Bobbing along, no vertical growth this week. A little more leaf tip nutrient damage so I diluted the nutrient water down. A few brown pistils, say 5 %, if I was a betting man I'd say 3 weeks till harvest. Expect my crystal ball prediction will be well off the mark!

BAD NEWS: Half of the blue diodes have gone out in the TMLAPY light. This light was actually gifted to me shortly after a friend purchased it from Amazon and realized it was too small for their space. It seemed to be serving it's purpose well for vegging photos and running bumper crops of autoflowers but it failed only four months after the warranty period ended! Weak-Sauce! GOOD NEWS: So, I upgraded the 24"x48" tent to Samsung LM301H boards. I ordered a 320w straight single piece heatsink with 3 boards from Geeklight. Day 71: Hope everything's going well for you. Unfortunately, it's still way too hot here. The outside temperature is 29°C, so it's pretty similar inside the tent. I do have a portable air conditioner, but it would have to run constantly, and that's too expensive for me. That's why I’ve increased the humidity a bit. Otherwise, they look healthy and the buds are getting bigger. I removed two leaves from the Tropical Marker that seemed a bit burned — at least that's what I suspect. Day 74: Today, like every two days, the ladies were watered again with 2 liters of water mixed with fertilizer and Cal-Mag. The girls are looking beautiful. The Tropical Marker is very frosty, but the Purple Kush is also getting frostier. Today, I wedged a board with a hole for the exhaust fan into my window. I hope the room will get a bit cooler now. Additionally, I temporarily hung the lamp’s power supply outside the tent. Day 75: Today, for once, I didn't do anything. Thanks to the new exhaust outlet, the temperature in the tent is actually 5 degrees Celsius lower. The VPD is now back at 1.6. Yesterday, I lowered the exhaust from 80% to 50% to better maintain the 60% humidity, which is working well now. The buds continue to grow, the girls look beautiful, and the smell is getting stronger. Day 76: Today the ladies got 2 liters of water again, this time without any fertilizer. The buds are getting bigger and the girls are looking wonderful. Other than that, I had a little chat with them and then left them in peace again.

I subjected her to my version of "light" HST this week (i.e. I snap the stem ~20cm from the top so it's broken but attached, then I massage/twist the broken stem between my fingers until it's crushed and soft, but I don't tip them 90° instead I leave them standing tall). I normally tip them 90° bit this is something I started to do recently and it's more convenient with bushy tight plants (imo).

The girls loved these past sunny two days but tomorrow we have rain again. Around the weekend we Will have alot of sun! Yet another day of rain so the girls are once again under a roof outside. Sun is coming the say but they need it now! cheers! Another rainy day tomorrow

Just got them potted. Plants are in Shock. Removed Damaged Leaves. after Day 1. New growth is standing up and Praying. Flooding every 3 hours. 9/18/2020 had a problem that looked like Cal-Mag issues & overwatering... Was using the tank labels for water marks to tell how much water was in the tank. Discovered that the marks from the factory are wrong. Measured back in exactly 100 Gallons of water and re-nuted the tank. It didn't solve my issue. So I changed the water flood schedule to see if I was overwatering or underwatering. no response from the plants except it was getting worse. After trying things for two days, I "Phoned a friend"... and they suggested to turn the lights down to 25%. BAM! after 20 min or so, there was a positive response and lifting of the leaves... Moral of the story is to start your clones and a lower light setting and gradually bring them up over time. Pics included...

Week 2 (08.29.2021 - 09.04.2021) Nothing much to report this week. The ladies are looking fantastic. The canopy is from wall-to-wall. The stretch seems to have slowed down quite a bit. However, I've raised my light up as high as it will go with the rope ratchets. If the canopy gets much closer to the light fixture I'm going to have to figure out a way to create some distance. Tying down some branches at this point would be a real pain in the ass, so I'm trying to avoid that. This week the wedding cheesecake has come along fine, she is as low as i can get her and has probably finished stretching, this one has probably had the biggest stretch out of the 4. All 4 strains in the tent are quite close in development still but this one is a little behind at the moment. Notes Day 50 manually feed this weeks nutes Day 51 nothing Day 52 nothing Day 53 autofeed water. Day 54 nothing Day 55 autofeed this weeks nutes Day 56 big defoliation. 461 ppfd, 29.9 DLi.
