Pictures are day 23 above soil I dropped temp set point on INKBIRD ITC-308 to 23C and narrowed range to 1C high and 1C low. The humidity was getting too high before the 25-26C max temp point kicked in and exhaust would vent. Mositure build up at bottom of tent was main issue as temps outside the tent are -2 to -10C. So the air closest to tent walls rapidly cools and moisture condenses out. VPD..... cold climate growing. Shed growing.

18/10 - comienza su quinta semana en etapa de floracion. Su evolución fue muy rapida, apenas entro en flora cambio totalmente la planta. Los cocos están perfectos, super resinosos con olor muy fuerte. El banco de semillas recomienda que este en flora de 8 a 9 semanas. Seguramente la deje hasta la semana 8. Esta bastante avanzada. No tuve problemas en ninguna etapa. Sin dudas es una genetica que volvera a cultivar. Cabe aclarar que esta planta genera mucha resina por que es ideal para extracciones. Hello All. I took a lot of pictures. Hope you don't mine, but I had fun. I think everyone likes to see large harvest pictures. It all started back in early January when I took clones of my favorite plants. It was a cold winter here this year, for these parts. So it was mid March when I got the plants out in the greenhouse. The spring was damp and cold too. I found powdery mildew in the garden about 2 weeks before I found it in the greenhouse. I got it on the Skunkberry and the Burmberry, But not on either Amnesia Lemon or the Sister Amnesia Lemon. I was very pleased about that :) I found some spider mites in the last week and a half. I decided to turn up the fans instead of spray. Yes they still spread but very slowly when they can't spin their webs. I didn't find many when I harvested. Everything else went well this season. I found a male Dr. Atomic Northern Lights that I liked. So I'll try to make some seeds with the Amnesia Lemon, Skunkberry and the Burmberry. I'm trying to fatten up the Burmberry. I'm interested to see if the Amnesia Lemon gets fatter buds and carries the P.M. resistance to the seeds, I'm hoping. The tall Sister Amnesia lemon in the middle did cause a drop of production from the plants on either side of it. They were in more shade. Something to work on for next year :) The Skunkberry had the most P.M. I used a new produce that I'm pleased with, it's White Wash frequency altered water. Knocks the P.M. right out. I found that if you put a large tray under where you are spraying you can catch the run off. I could use it a couple of times with no change in effectiveness. It must be the Scottish in me. I try to reuse or recycle as much as possible. Cuts costs, and help make me feel like I'm doing good and helping the planet. My feeding schedule was: I had a 15 gallon half barrel and pump with hoses and nozzles. I filled the barrel with nutrient solution and watered by minuets, 15 for clod days and 25 or 30 minuets on hot days. After 3 or4 days I added water when the solution got low. Mixed new solution once a week, and cleaned the barrel and pump. I also took the hose in the greenhouse and soaked them till run off once a week and measured the ph. I saw a few fungus gnats, but the spiders and nematodes (from my compost I added when I mixed soil) sure help to keep the numbers down. I like to put my buds in a paper bag to dry and cure. Inside I hang the buds for 3 days before putting the buds in paper bags. But it was so hot in the green house that 2 days was more that enough before putting the buds in the paper bags. The bags sat in the greenhouse for 3 days and then went in to the basement to finish. The old hippies told me that they use to put their buds to cure in the middle of a bushel of straw. I seems that the drying buds gives off a gas, that when trapped around the buds helps to take away the bitterness and raunchiness' of the uncured buds. The bags also help in wicking away the moisture of the drying buds, just like the straw did. After a week I check to see if it is dry enough. If the buds are dense the bag might need to be rehung for a few days to finish. I prefer a dryer bud. I like to hear a light crunch when I put a bud in my pipe. I'm very happy with the results. I was concerned because I have 2 rental houses behind me and one of them had a big backyard party at my week 5 of flowering. You could smell the grow by then and I was hoping I wasn't going to get ripped off. I looked through the fence a few days later and saw about 12 large plant pots, growing cannabis. I'm very happy. Hey there, Welcome to another week in the tent. All plants are proceeding well, only thing is the gelato leaves are very light green in places bordering on yellow. I have added a little exra N nutes to that plant to try and remedy. Other than that its plain sailing. Very easy going plants. Might just be me, but im sure that the QB has bought out the pistils sooner than the HPS did, but who knows. Light is doing very well, ecstatic with the upgrade. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Week one of flower in the books I watered Monday with grow nutrients !! Then watered late in the week with phd water and molasses now I’ve switched to my bloom nutes as of this morning I did find that my ph meter is off glad I found the problem early on in flower could’ve been bad later on Oan in another 5 days I’ll do one more defoliation after that I won’t bother them again till harvest !!! Welcome to week 4 of flower for this lovely project! I anticipate that things will slow down in the manner of stretching this week and the plants will start focusing on flower growth. I don't think the plants are too affected by the slight mishap of last week ( timer failure ) but only time will tell. Some of the plants are starting to put out a nice nose while others are really subtle still. Over all very excited to see what's going to happen this week! Trichomes are starting to stack up really early on these girls. Day#25F The ladies are growing along nicely, adding weight to them flowers daily! D67 removed ScrOG and repeated LST on left plant so lower buds will get more light. There is not enough space in tent to do the same with the right plant.

24/05/2023 - 82 days since my little girl sprouted from a seed🌱 Tenth week of my Larry Bird Kush 🏀🏀🏀 Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish - 2ml - I rinse the plants two weeks before harvesting so that they have a clean taste and smell 😋👃🌴 -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------- Lights: I use a Mars Hydro TS1000 - 150w full spectrum, great light for vegetation and flowering use 💡💡 Training: No training is needed this week In general: My fears were confirmed, Larry has seeds in buds, while no plant has bananas. They've been having a bit of trouble with calcium deficiency due to me overwatering them and not giving them CalMag every feed but have learnt my lesson for next time and will be getting the bare minimum nutrients from a recommended supplier. Been feeding them half nutrients one feed and pHd water with CalMag the other, and that's taking a day break between watering. Think they've only got this week left now then I'll start flushing with water I think, the one in the corner may need another week or 2 but at least it'll have loads of space to finish up when they're out of there 🙂 Was gonna start flushing this week but they just look so poorly so gonna have 1 more week with nutes every day cause I think they're thirsty bitches which has slowed them down possibly, full nutes, no nutes doesn't seem to be doing me any favours so I'll start flush the 2 that I think are ready next week and the last one a week after 😊😓 Have ordered a microscope to check the trichomes, no idea what to look for but I'm sure I'll see something.. feeding them everyday again as it's been another hot week should've just stuck with a daily feed probably. Will upload some trichome pics soon hopefully 😊
