Week 2 of veg and these girls have started to really grow!! Keeping up with LST as I know these can be really big girls. No defoliation yet, will do just before flower UPDATE: LST everyday this week in preparation for them to switch to flower. I will defoliate and lollipop at the end of the week.

Partially drained the tank at the start of the week and topped up with ro water and 1ml of final solution per Litre. Last 2.5 days were in darkness. I trimmed the majority of fan leaves before hanging up to dry in the tent today. Started out trimming with the plants in the tent and soon realised it would be much easier to just cut them down whole, hang them upside down outside the tent and trim them up a bit. I have a small dehumidifier and a small fan heater setup in the tent and they have been keeping a humidity level of about 60% and a temp of 16 Celsius for the last few days while the lights have been off. I figure that's a good starting point for drying and I can increase the temperature if needed, that will drop the humidity also. Intake fan at the bottom and extract fan at the top are running constantly as they have been since the grow started (low power 4" fans). I might add back in a fan for circulation depending on how the drying goes, or maybe even trim or hang the plants better to get more airflow around the buds

Shortly after they were switched to flowering (after week 3) the plants continue to stretch and then start to develop their first flowers. Now in week 7 all plants have very nice flower clusters all over the plant and side branches. They have grown to 45 cm (=Shiva Skunk on left side) and 40 cm (Serious Kush on right side of aisle) in height respectively and all plants have a nice dark green color, which shows they are healthy and also that the Advanced Nutrients schedule works like a treat. The Q6W-Gen.2 LED-Lamps are now dimmed to 100% (=three green LEDs on the dimmer) and work on FULL POWER, which ensures full fledged flower production. Both varieties have now started to exude their typical aroma. The Shiva Skunk starts to smell musky and sweet, while the Serious Kush smells 'gassy' and 'fuely' like its OG-Kush heritage. The flower clusters on the Serious Kush appear to grow denser than the clusters on the Shiva Skunk.

whatever it is, it's a pity, but you can't fight with Nature :) as far as I can see from the drone flight, the girls are simply gone :D:D they are under water,.... it's a pity.... it rained a lot during the week, there is a river 300m away which flooded, here is the result: D I see this for the first time in 9 years .... well, nothing new automatic seeds, already thrown into the ground :) so I will wait for new girls :).

Lost of changes these last few weeks in addition to changing the light position and duration I back off the feeding and giving both jst purified water. Did a flush today since their looking close to home plate. Had to do a heavy defoliation with some of the leaves on both plants. It looked like some mold developed but after cleaning the tent and letting the girls get bone dry to avoid it’s return everything is a go! It’s been a exciting and knowledgeable grow

I'm like 5 days late with this update so I have had to pin videos that I took the same week while I was communicating with TRYHARD so ignore any dialogue that's out of context they aren't diary logs they are simply correspondence between myself And TRY, oh and sorry about my language I'm common as muck me. The pictures are just random pics I took that week as oppose to my usual more organised method but hey ho I'll do a more tidy job next week. The week went swimmingly barring some nitrogen deff on the lowers which I initially put down to the hot weather drying the pots too quickly and causing nute lockout with the salt buildup so I flushed then gave them a nice feed after they dried the pot at which point I noticed the most heavily afflicted by the N deff were also the quickest drinkers and had lower EC on the runoff so I have been giving them a slightly stronger feed than the others and it seems to have solved everything so I'm happy with that. Bud development is nice, frost is nice, terps are through the roof right now..... Zkittlez ones are really stinking of lime and candy bubblegum Punch ones are stinking berry berry nice! Winter Greenhouse grow #1 Dinafem seeds Cheese 6th May 2020 Last night we had a severe storm here with wind gusts at or above 100kmh an hour and heavy rain of about 45mm in the rain guage this morning. The temp is currently 8 degrees outside at 12 noon and the minimum was 2 @ 630 am this morning. I was half expecting to see the greenhouse had been smashed to pieces but luckily it seems to have survived so far relatively unscathed, apart from the odd rip in the roof that is letting in water from the rain. The little cheese plant has grown a tiny bit despite the rain but I'm really iffy about whether it will ever come to much 😏 Its just been too bloody cold and wet . Time will tell I guess and I'll try to patch up the greenhouse when the weather improves other than that not a lot I can do. Cheers for stopping by again 😀👍

This week with this girl has been awesome she has really started to take off now that her soil is rite! She grew over 5" in the last week and that's what I chose to take for my clones. 2 to be exact and hopefully will have better results with this go around. Took me 2 clones off this mom plant so now she has been topped twice. Hopefully with the lessons from personalsmoke will end up with a couple clones of puffinz. They look sad at the moment but I havnt seen what normaly happens to clones 24 hours later. I give momma about 330 ml of de-clorinated 6.8 ph water every 2 or 3 days when the hydrometer goes around 3. She is in living soil so for now will just sit how we are and just straight water to make her happy! Thanks everyone for the love All sent back 10 fold love

Hi everyone, I transplanted the lady into a bigger pot before her last transplant for early August. I added mycorrhizae and I pinched the stems to control the height. She looks very happy .it resists very well to very high temperatures. 38 degrees in the shade in the middle of the afternoon.

Day 29, Too many bugs! Mini grasshoppers and one of those leaf tunneling bugs, as well as a respiratory bug within myself! I’ve taken care of the bug inside myself, now time for the Diatomaceous Earth!!!! And to get that bug out of that leaf! Still feeding a little cal mag. I think it’s necessary. Day 31 - Day 1F Going to ramp it up from 1mg to 3mg per Gal of CalMag OAC. I will top dress something special, maybe the mother earth acid mix, or maybe I will do a seabird guano with insect frass and top it off with an Epsom Salt solution feed. I’m trying to practice using less of a branded store-bought approach. But to source everything is so much easier out of a store bought package, so for now, I might just do a small amount of seabird and insect frass, maybe just a super small sprinkle on the soil surface, not in water. Day 5 of flower: and WTF is up with this foul weather. Only 46 degrees Fahrenheit! (7.8 C) Cloudy with 15-20 mph winds. Gonna drop to 29 tonight… this is ridiculous. I don’t have access to the tent at this time, so it’s cold weather today. I could bring her inside where it’s warmer, and there is no light! Or those house lights put out only a few candelas worth, not exactly light for a plant. Do she would just stretch and go hungry inside. I’m leaving her outside. Bringing her in over night obviously! But not much growth is expected. Just gotta roll with the punches. I thought we were flowering this week, but barely small preflower development. So this is switched back to a Veg week.

But some plants could use one or more extra weeks of flowering, 😶 The fragrance varies widely. From fruity candies to strong diesel scent. 😊 The size and appearance of the plants also varies greatly. Not really suitable for SOG. 😪 This week only water. 😨 Low RH% 40-45 --------------------------------------------- Plant size and description : #1 89cm Promising in the first weeks, but ultimately only a small plant with a low yield.😥 #2 144cm Monster-tall beautiful large sativa-like plant, with beautiful fat buds. I love her. 😍 #3 144cm By far the most typical sativa plant. Enormous length with loose foxtail buds. Could use a few more weeks of flowering. 😵 #4 129cm Tall plant with fewer buds. Maybe because this girl is in the corner of the growing room where she doesn't get that much light. Nice and ripe anyway.😳 #5 117cm Beautiful semi-tall plant.
