Plants are filling out nicely. Thick crystal production and smells very sweet and fruity in the tent as soon as you crack the zipper. Can't wait to see if we get some fading.

WEEK 16 - (06/13/2021 - 06/19/2021) Week 8, Day 50 - FLOWER: 06/13/2021 After inspecting the trichome development for the last 7-10 days or so, I’ve decided that today would be the ideal time to begin flushing. The American Pie #1 does not look like it’s ready to begin flushing quite yet, as she appears to be about a week behind in maturity. Despite that, I’ll still begin flushing her today too. Recycled water: 70ppm, 69℉ + pH Up: 7ml Mixture: 95ppm, 6.4 pH, 69℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 895/800, 6.1 pH AP#1 - 529/434, 6.5 pH AP#2 - 365/270, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 624/529, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 8, Day 51 - FLOWER: 06/14/2021 Did a trichome check on the plants today. Spent more time with the Jelly Banana to better determine her maturity level. She actually looks like she is ready to harvest today. I’d say trichomes are 75-80% milky, with an amber trichome here and there. I’m going to try and push her through at least one more low-ppm watering and test the runoff. I would believe this variety again ... I think it could be better ... and do not make some mistakes in it ... I recommend it to all growers ...

Hi Growmies, She did not take well to the ec of 2.0 that I intended to feed her, so I changed the reservoir again midweek and went down to 1.6, after feeding her canna flush with RO water for 24 hours. She seems very forgiving, as she didn’t even get stunted by the lockout. 4 of the 8 shoots went through scrog and were super cropped underneath the screen. The others should catch up any day now and will be trained in a similar fashion. Rootball looks also amazing. I will experiment with continuously feeding her orca every 3 days, as it feels like the mycorrhizal inoculants seem to go down after 3 days and root growth slows down. Let’s see if it’ll work. After adding the nutrients and checking the EC, I ph'd the solution to 6.0 @ 74℉. 11/24- I didn't water her today as her pot still had some weight to it. Her color and stamina remain excellent and she's approaching 6" tall now! 11/26- Today when I checked her pot it was feather light so I went ahead and watered/fed her with 0.25g of well water with a base ppm of 100 that I allowed the excess to drain to waste. To the well water I added the following Dutch Pro nutrients: Grow 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g, Multi Total @ 7.6 ml/g, Take Root @ 3.8 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 850ppm nutrient solution. Welcome to my Alien Moonrocks Diary. Have to say, out of all 3 plants from original sensible seeds. They have been the biggest, easiest plants I've ever grown. They don't demand much in the way of nutrients are really great growers. The stems that come off from the nodes are huge. And have nice flower points that will no doubt make for some great harvests. (Touch bud). This lady has been ran off Terra Power and has loved the enzymes. The roots are practically coming out of all drainage holes at the end of the pot. The silca has really taken affect too make for really strong leafs and nodes that responsed really well to late LST. In her 1st week of pre flower she grew 13cm. I've been using my far red IR 730nm to increase the lighting time the plant is under and the change has been so rapid. Usually what takes the other females I grew, takes a week before I'd see pistils. Within 2 days I've seen pistils and well has came together really well. All her flower sites on top & below they are all showing signs of sex and throwing it pistils.. can't wait to see her in a few weeks to see her true pedigree. Semana terminou com mais uma poda e defoliação, feito preventiva. Dia de aproveitar e guardar alguns clones. Uma flor de Industrial Plant x Girl Scout Cookies F2 que fiz em 2014, sementes germinam muito bem. Ótima flor com perfil aromático old school, Kush, bem terroso e com nota de coca cola. Leve picancia e nada doce.

Beginning of week.. Gonna go down on the Armor Si.. Up on the Kushie Kush and call it a week lol.. She is stackin nicely.. Smelling kinda strong for her size already.. Not a bad strain to have as a freebie!.. Mid week.. Noticing some nute burn on the tips of leaves.. Gonna go down on some nutes.. Not sure which yet.. I got a few days till I feed again.. I went ahead and defoliated the shit outta her.. I feel it's going to help with all the airflow that's able to get around in there now.. I've had great results with defoliating this much.. I've had awful results with defoliating barely anything.. But with this strain, I think she will NOT disappoint! The smell is getting pretty strong! Still don't really smell much of a cheese.. But she is gonna be DANK af for sure! These bulbs are a little too close to the 2 tall skinny colas.. The leaves are beginning to show some yellowing in between the veins.. Not much I can do.. Maybe tie them down somewhere.. I may just let her keep going this way.. Other colas look fine.. If I can raise the bulbs 2 inches or so, I will.. But as for now, they stay till I can figure it out. Not a bad strain at all! 👍 End of week.. Wow she is smelling amazing! Trichomes are everywhere! This is a very frosty lady! I've cut out the Armor Si (Silica) and went down on the Kushie Kush (bloom booster) from Advanced Nutrients.. If I still keep seeing the burnt tips, I will lower what needs to be lowered again. But she is just.. Wow.. The colas still have plenty of time to fatten up. I have some AC Infinty computer fans that I need to install onto this grow box.. They are much better than what I've been using.. They are both on one USB plug but can be controlled by a switch with high, medium and low settings.. Pretty cool and powerful little fans.. I'll have one for exhaust and one for circulation around the plant.. How I already have it setup basically.. Just with these AC Infinity fans.. Gonna try to get them in next week.. Another week down.. Not too many more to go! Awesome strain! Very happy with this freebie.. I wish I would have made some fem seeds, or at least fem pollen with her! I may try a reveg, cut 2 clones from it and try that at a later day.. Anyways.. On to the next!...

As said before, I'm incredibly happy that I got to harvest a little bit. Never expected her to make it, but she kind off did! The smell was pungent and sweet like an amnesia haze should be, hoping that will be even better after drying and curing!

Noticed I was feeding too much nitrogen into flowering so cut back on that in the last couple weeks. Also noticed runoff TDS creeping up so I'm feeding each plant with slightly lower nutes at 1.5 gal a day w/ about 25% runoff. Currently about 700 going in with 1400 coming out. Nothing much other than that, just trying to keep them happy.
