~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2202 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. The #1 tester that has had the weird coloring and leaf texture is a beast @ 26" tall and I'm happy that she's come around! In my experience, more times than not I've had plants with issues when they started and debated yanking them but let them stay and all, and I mean every one, have turned out to be epic. I guess it's just dumb luck, or the fact I hate to kill any plants if I don't have to! 😎💚 The # 2 is doing exceptional as well and is beginning to get some purple coloration of the leaves in her flowers! I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #2 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying'.... a VERY happy girl she is and the #1 is showing signs of purple coloration in her flowers! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. OMG they're both looking fantastic with both looking tall and proud with a beautiful purple coloration expressing in their flowers and even into the leaves of the #2! I'm really looking forward to Week Five of flower where these ladies should really start to strut their stuff! 😍💚 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! En una de las fotos pueden observar un cogollo chiquito (lo saque de una rama lateral para secarlo y llevarle a mi hno que vive en otra ciudad). Es increible la cantidad de tricomas que tiene, es la primer planta que tengo con tanta produccion en resina realmente! Totalmente asombrado. P.D: La tuve que fumar porque no me aguante y el pegue que tiene es muy bueno, me deja muy loco pero a su vez me deja entablar una conversacion y mantenerla. Todo esto una flor cortada antes de tiempo y secada, sin curar si quiera.

08/04/2025 - 11 weeks 1 day since seeds were sown. Plants fed on 7/28/2025 (week 4 extended of NPK RAW schedule) Except plants everything sprayed with AzaMax. Critters be gone. Plants sprayed two weeks ago, no more whiteflies. Watering has not been necessary as the past two weeks we've had several gentle showers. The beginning soil amendments have proven to be good. Plants are very healthy and could grow on their own. So, the plants are not tall. 5 plants show female. The front left runt has a banana tree. That one I have to monitor for pistils. The wife wants seeds (you can never have enough seeds), and I have enough for the rest of my life. I am hesitant to pollenate with this male. Not real vigorous. After the flower stretch I'll be lucky to reach 5'. The grow tips of all but the male have been topped on 8/3/2025.

some issue with the super bud, my reserce i find out it was mangan/magnesium problem. Flush the roots with ph 6.34 water , now few days later it starts to recover again.

This plant will be grown again for sure. From start to finish there wasn’t a single issue and she performed well under my Optic LED and LST. Can’t wait to grow this again.

DAY 49 and the ladies are loving the switch to the hps.. should hav stuck with it all the way through.

04/28/2020 Week #8 of flowering begins will post more pics latter. 04/29/2020 Did some leaf removal had some powdery mildew on some leaves took infected leaves off, plus some for good measure. Drying out every day or two today she took one liter before run off. You can see in the video the colors? And sparkling buds? 04/30/2020 Day 50 I decided to take the top buds in pics , 47 grams wet. It is a 9-12 week strain but I think she need a week or two? But we will see.

Bueno esta semana ya regamos con guano de murciélago y abonamos con humus de lombriz hice unos riegos solo con agua después de eso y a los días ya arrancamos con el fertilizante de engorde , me gusta como bien esta muy fuerte y sana esperemos que siga así, vamos a ver la semana q viene como venimos

I put the plants into an NFT system couple weeks ago. I could have waited a bit longer for the plants to develop a stronger root system before placing the rockwool cubes into NFT but I was being impatient because of the slow start and wanted to get the plants under proper light. Now two weeks later they are growing well with good root development. I switched the lights to flowering cycle about a week ago so they should start stretching soon. No preflowers yet.

Had concerns over damping off towards start of the week as seedlings tall leggy and leaning over, reduced light height to 8 inches and increased power to 60%. Last time I grew autos the light was a lot lower and whilst good yield nice smoke they were very bushy and short and stocky so experimenting a little with light height this time to increase spacing between nodes, 20 inches was way too far, being careful though as lights 450w, brill light spider farmer but gotta watch power a bit. The drop in light height and introduction of small fan making the plants wobble slightly has dramatically improved their strength and thankfully no damping off. Extraction fan on permanently set to 1 or two so low settings, nice air flow. Also sealed a couple light leaks so plants are getting their restorative darkness for 6 hours a day and overall touch wood looking fit and healthy. Pleased with the amount of growth after two weeks. Very light touch with nutes and watering at mo, .4 litre daily with root juice and bio heaven promote healthy organic soil. Fingers crossed so far so good. Happy growing all. :)

Well and hmmm, there really is not much to say here as you can see. On the bright side she has a head, sort of, we think. All we can do is smile and hope she pulls herself together by the hairs of happiness that seem to be keeping her alive, it’s quite the reach! We have faith and hopefully there is a better report next week. It may be the name she was given but that is another wonderlands story!

Hello m8 welcome to this journey with me in this diary will have very interesting strains hope u find something useful Persian Girl - [ ] 1st week Veg: germinated in substrate lighting very close so it jets medium high humidity after the 3rd day they started sprouting - [ ] 2nd week Veg: this week my ventilator broke down and as the temperature stayed very warm nothing developed much - [ ] 3rd week Veg:fortunately this week i had fixed the ventilation and the temperature has go down a bit allowing the little plants to develop and reinforce - [ ] 4th week:very good developments in this week I already started feeding a bit two times but i didn’t have to…once was enough - [ ] 5th week Veg:this week they were very strong green i only had to water them good and keep the ventilators going no stop .They have good hight already ,but as i have to strains together.
