Top of the tent. Has a dimmer switch to help regulate temperature. I have it mounted at the top of the tent 55" from top of soil. If it was any lower it would overheat my tent. I also have a 6" inline fan with a 4" carbon filter running full tilt. I also have two 8" fresh air vents pulled out at bottom of tent. It's also reinforced with a wood frame so I can have a lot of negative pressure without collapsing the tent.

Going to start feeding GHE CALiMAGic 2.5ml per gal, and Floraflex V1+V2 at a 1:1 ratio of 1.5 grams per gallon PH 6.1 daily. Also adding a CO2 generator in hopes to promote vigorous growth early on since this is supposed to be a quicker flowering stain. Growers Recharge will be applied once a week on Saturdays from here on out.

So far so good, Can anyone out there please advise if these are ready now or a few more days... Tis getting warmer now where I am. How hot is too hot for plants? Thanks in advance..

Welcome to my Ganja Farmer contest grow. Drop a like if you want me to drop by your grows. Either way thanks for dropping by She's doing really well. Would like for her to have bigger buds. Should of started flowering her under my P1000. She has a lovely structure and some nice colors showing up on the buds which seem to be getting nice and dense 20/6/22 she's doing really well. Growing nice and strong. This time I think I'm going to have to do bud washing as the hair is just beyond a joke now. I'm going to do a deep tent clean this week. Just waiting on some stuff and I'm going to get my tents in order. Plant is at to getting struck down with what I'm nearly sure is iron defs. Found 1 to 2 leafs starting out yellow with green vains. Let the soil dry out after a few watering and gave them a boost of Iron (fe). (Have put up a video and focused partly on showing a light iron def. This leaf showed up like this 4 days ago. Took me a day to dry out the soil so it was a little harder to notice) but if I hadn't of fixed you'd of seen what looked like a N def (a yellow leaf with green vains) hope this video helps to help u. Feel free to DM me if you need me to go into any fixes 24/6 Have installed my new AC intake unit, it's more of an AC unit the way I have it set up. I have it outside the tent. And have a negative pressure environment. So, if I can drop my outside temp then in turn the inside temp will drop. There's no point in having it set up inside with the lights off as the RH will go sky high with no exhaust set up as that would defeat the purpose of having AC in an unsealed tent setup. Be good though when I want to grow with co2 this beast will have no issues keeping the temp in check. It's doing my whole top floor. Yeah, it's struggling. Have it set at 20% but it won't drop to 20% until you reach the temp you have it set at. It was 31.5 brought it down to 27.5 in 15mins and that's a top floor in a 3 bed big bedroom house. Id say it would work quicker with the door closed but my RH will only go high and I'd have to run my Dehumidifier and that well, raise the temp. Going to see what happens by dropping the temp to 24c when the air around the pre attached probe goes down to 24 it will go to the % you have it set at. But until then, (you reach the temp) it runs at full steam. It has brought the temperature down 2.8-3c in 15mins. Update. My AC unit intake is nothing but a big ass temp controlled intake, not control temperature. It does help draw up cold air from an extended 10m ducting so I can get 18c air if I want. Just gotta run big ass ducting threw my house. Just until I can punch a hole up into my attic. It runs 16c up there. But I'll need a filter 1st and then I can drop temps rapidly. Looked into an AC unit. They are affordable. A 7000 Btu unit would do my grow room. Runs at 800watts an hour but you have to hook it up to a window. My air outside at night is that temp so I'd be better just running poxy ducting from my attic using this powerful 110watt intake. It'll be great for air flow with co2 growing. I'll hook it up from the bottom to the top and run the ducting either side and let the unit sit on top of the tent. It's so powerful won't need any fans. Just co2 and high ppfd which I have now. The Cookies ladies have been growing along side the Betty’s, doing their thing ❤️ The 2x4 is coming along, not quite as big and plump as my big tent, but producing some nice nugs nonetheless. The frost is starting! These girls were not as early producers, but seem to be responding well to the wind and light stress! The second trellis was definitely needed, even though they are not quite as tall as their grow mates. They have been keeping to the same schedule of needing to be watered every 72 hours. I will be switching from cal/Mag to Mag/Sulphur supplements later this week. I ❤️ how readily available these Advanced Nutrients are. 😎 The nutrient burn on some of the tips has not spread or gotten worse. The feed range seems to be the 700-750 range. Still keeping to the feed, water, feed schedule, with the 2nd feed being a much lighter dose of nutrients. I’ve increased the light intensity of the SF 4000 to 90% and will probably be stopping there. The temps have been getting as high as 81 degrees, and low as 73 at night. I’ve decreased the humidity to fluctuate around 50% , giving a reasonable VPD for most of the time, thanks to the automation of the in-line exhaust fan. Still have 4-5 weeks for these babies, I’m hoping they continue to plump up, they are showing some great promise. Happy Gardening 🤗❤️👊🇨🇦

I got a new, bigger light. The old one just didn't seem to be doing much at 25w. This new one is 150w. Been keeping up the same feeding. Every feeding is 200ml. Every other one has 5ml of the grow big. Now that it seems to be at flowering stage, I'll be moving onto big bloom for nutrients next feeding. Staying at the same 5ml. I hear with plants less is more. I'd say I'm watering plant two every three days. Plant one has miracle grow in it. So I water it maybe once a week. The m.g. retains water for a very long time.

2 weeks now , I had some mold on my soil I scrapped out with a Spoon , I added more soil & everything seems Healthy! Also had mini fits but they are no longer with us

I can only focus on one plant these days….this girl is stretching and I’m loving it I plant to veg her as long as I can.

5/3 Week 6 Last day for Grow nuets looks like stretch is stopping. Will confirm in the AM. Also be ending the round of PK tomorrow. Lights at full power and set to @16 inches to start. Leaving the MH bulb in place a couple of weeks Very light defoliation just to keep middle of the plants open, this strain does not need much at all. 5/4 Ending Grow nuets as stretch is playing out so no further need of the Nitrogen, lot in the pot still. Last day for the PK on this go round. Next time we grow this strain going to look at alternate methods of training, FIM is the likely candidate. 5/5 Back down to just Bloom A/B nuets Stretch slowing down as Baba and Sally reach the same height as Athena that started first. Everybody seems happy even the little one 5/6 Moved up the lights, was seeing some light stress on the girls, leaf praying. Bumping up the Bloom nuets for now see how it goes, getting close to next round of PK booster waiting for the cotton balls to develop sufficiently. Gave all a shot of Fish Sh!T this morning 4ml/gal. Pretty much all of it 5/7 Pics Raised lights further still have some praying leaves. Tomorrow should be PK day as the cotton balls should be formed by then. 5/8 Looks like the last the stretch has finally ended on Baba, thought she was going to be a good kind of problem but didnt have to raise the lights today so there is that. Have to be careful with these lights and watch for light stress more diligently than I have so far. HID at 600w is 17 inches above the rear plants, TS at 150W is 18 inches above the tallest front plant(Sally), seems to be working. Added KoolBloom back into the feed, 2ml/gal, the buds have become little cotton balls so its time. Cleaned up the lower end of the plants, was getting snaky down there. 5/9 pics Ending the week by doing a little bending on the tallest branches on Baba, they were a full two inches higher than any other. She is still growing a little but nothing to really notice.

So this is a good experiment, lets see indoors how she will compare. —GERMINATION— My germination process always start by scarifying the seeds, i created a little tool for that. I just a little container with sandpaper walls. Shake gently for about 60 secs+, this allows for the water to penetrate better in the seed shell, once you soak. Then i soak overnight from 12 to 20 hours max. From there i either plant straight or use the paper towel method to see the tap root before. If you are a bit on the impatient side seen the tap root is advisable so you see some movement before planting. Lol! —ROYAL QUEEN SEEDS . QUICK ONE . INFO — Chose this strain because is basic and I have to travel for a month soon, and someone else is going to take care for this time. :) Quick One is a fast-growing autoflowering strain. Bonjour à tous les padawans et les maîtres jedis Pour cette semaine je prévoit de pratiquer comme technique spéciale le LST et juste un arrosage. Pour cela comme à mon habitude j'attend le cinquième noeud ou que je juge la plante robuste. Je profite que cette semaine qui va être relativement calme pour faire un LST appliqué et vous faire un rappel de ce qui est pour moi la meilleure technique pour arroser une autofloraison et la façon dont je pratique le LST. En suivant ces quelques simples conseils vous obtiendrez un résultat optimal tout au long de votre culture : Le cannabis est une plante qui n’aime pas recevoir un léger arrosage en continu. Il est impératif de l’arroser en grosse quantité, puis d’attendre que la terre soit bien sèche avant d’arroser à nouveau! Pour calculer la quantité d’eau nécessaire à chaque plante, suivez cette règle : Le volume d’eau à donner lors de chaque arrosage doit représenter au moins environ un quart du volume du pot !! Exemples : pour un pot d’1L, donnez 0,25L d’eau à chaque arrosage pour un pot de 4L, donnez 1L d’eau à chaque arrosage pour un pot de 12L, donnez 3L d’eau à chaque arrosage pour un pot de 30L, donnez 7,5L d’eau à chaque arrosage !etc… Pour donner un tel volume d’eau, il est souvent nécessaire d’arroser en deux (voir trois) fois, lentement et uniformément sur toute la surface. Disposez de bonnes coupelles sous les pots, celles ci se rempliront d’eau qui remontera dans le pot par capillarité en moins d’une journée. Il est également très important d’utiliser un bon terreau de qualité, avec une bonne capacité de rétention d’eau mais qui assure également un bon drainage (celui ci doit contenir de la perlite, et/ou de la coco, etc..) Il vous faut alors maintenant attendre quelques jours en sous-pesant régulièrement les pot avec vos bras. Quand ils seront redevenus très légers, vous pourrez arroser à nouveau !! En effet, comme l’eau pèse beaucoup plus lourd que la terre, un pot gorgé d’eau pèse plusieurs fois le poids d’un pot d’une plante prête à être arrosée. Avec un peu d’entraînement, vous apprendrez donc très rapidement à sous-peser vos pots pour savoir quand une plante a soif. C’est une technique à la fois très facile et très efficace, et qui peut être appliquée à toutes les plantes en pots ! En arrosant de cette façon, en général vous devrez arroser vos plantes tous les 3 à 6 jours. Pour cette semaine 3 au jour 17 ma plante fais 12 centimètres et son cinquième noeud apparaît je décide donc de pratiquer un LST sur ma plante. Pour ce j'utilise du fil de fer galvanisé que je plante directement dans le substrat en faisant attention de ne pas endommagé les racines car n'oublions pas que ce qui pousse dessus pousse aussi dessous. Jour 17 je pulvérise du une solution composé d'une cuillère à café de savon noir mou dilué dans un litre d'eau en prévention d'éventuels nuisibles. Je corrige mon LST suivant la pousse de ma plante ... Pour ma par c'est la manière dont je procède. Comme promis petit rapel de: Quand commencer à appliquer la technique LST De nombreux cultivateurs commencent la manipulation dés que les plantes possèdent entre 3 et 6 nœuds ou une paire de feuilles. Durant cette première étape de la croissance, le tronc encore flexible est pliable sans risque qu’il ne se casse, même si au fur et à mesure du développement de la plante il sera de plus en plus difficile de le plier. Nous pouvons continuer à guider la croissance des branches durant toute la culture, même durant la floraison, ce qui pour cette étape représente un grand avantage face à la taille, qui n’est pas du tout recommandé une fois que la formation des têtes commence, cela stressera en effet la plante, ce qui aura pour effet de retarder la récolte. Comment appliquer la technique de guidage LST Si nous sommes prudents, la flexibilité naturelle des fibres du cannabis permet de plier leur tronc et branches avec une relative facilitée, même durant la floraison des plantes. En utilisant une corde fine, nous pouvons accrocher la pointe de la plante à la base du pot par exemple ou à un tuteur que nous aurons planté dans le substrat. Nous plierons le tronc avec précaution et nous le fixerons avec la corde, à partir de là, nous pouvons augmenter progressivement la tension de la corde, chaque jour un peu plus, jusqu’à obtenir la position souhaitée. Soyez attentif à la réaction de la plante, essayez de ne pas appliquer trop de pression sur la corde et rappelez-vous que la flexibilité des branches peut varier d’une plante à l’autre. Pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats, il suffit de suivre quelques règles simples. Pour commencer, nous devons choisir une corde fine mais pas trop pour ne pas blesser les troncs au fur et à mesure qu’ils grandissent et qu’ils deviennent plus gros. Nous pouvons utiliser des crochets en plastique souple ou de n’importe quelle autre matière flexible pour éviter d’endommager les plantes. Spécialement en intérieur, utiliser des cordons en plastique de couleur (voir les diaries de @Silky) est très pratique pour voir facilement les accroches et faciliter le travail au milieu du réseau formés par les cordes, les tuteurs, les mailles ou les supports que nous aurons dans la culture. Bien entendu, en culture extérieure et surtout en guerilla nous ferons juste le contraire et nous utiliserons des matériaux de couleur qui n’attirent pas l’attention pour que notre jardin reste discret. Pour stresser les plantes au minimum, la mieux est de réaliser ces manipulations le soir ou juste après que les lampes en intérieur s’éteignent, ce qui leur permettra de se remettre durant la nuit. Normalement, le jour suivant nous pourrons observer comme les pointes des branches que nous avons pliées se dressent de nouveau vers le haut à la recherche d’une source de lumière. Today October 25th is the First day of Week 6 In Flower. Received the Refractometer and got right to pressing. First I tried a mortar and pestle to extract the sap -- this worked ok but took a lot of time and force. Then I tried 2 spoons held together and squeezed with vice grips (didn't work for me). 2 Pieces of MDF board squeezed together with vice grips didn't work either. I guess I'm not strong enough. Tried a blender, a hand blender...neither of these worked! Then the vice, it was faster and took less force to extract the sap. Works great! Took leaves from top to bottom of each individual plant. (16 plants) Rolled a few leaves up, put in a numbered piece of parchment and pressed.....voila...sap😃 Refractometer was already calibrated and ready to go. Placed sap on meter, held up to light and there it is! My first BRIX reading😮 using $28 Refractometer. Going to change base nutrients to a "hard water" formula. So impressed with Harley Smith that I've ordered some NPK RAW products. Like the idea of micro dosing. I sent Harley an email and he replied the same day! Not a canned response either. So cool. Thanks Harley! AND he took a look at GrowDiaries and this grow✊😃 What a kind gentleman. 😇 Hope I didn't go overboard but I watered again today with amino acids and cal mend to try to fix this Calcium def. Will Brix leaves tomorrow and see if this makes a difference. The brix line yesterday was very clear and very easy to read indicating a calcium def. Maybe locked out from too much phosphorous or hard water? Watered Oct 29 & 30 Temp 20 PH 6.4 EC 1.9 Runoff EC 1.9 to 2.3 after at least 2-3 Gallons of water put thru each pot. Some pots Runoff were way off the charts😵EC 3.6! . Put water thru until EC hit 2.3 on 2 pots others were EC 1.9 to 2.1. Put 56 Gallons or 220L thru plants over a 2 day period until I reached a better EC.
