Day 56: Merry Christmas everyone. Today It seems the K deficency symptoms aren't getting any worse and a few of the smaller and less effected leaves are returning to green already! I guess the other leaves will take time IF they go green at all by the end of the grow. The flowers have swollen again so even though there was a deficiency she doesn't seem to have slowed down too much. Score one for having loads of leaf mass I guess! I'm going to monitor her closely today and tomorrow, he pot is still very wet and humic acid helps soil hold onto water so it may be another 24 hours before she needs watering at least! But I think a water with no nutes will be fine this time. The overall plant has taken on a healthy shade of green, it's just the parts that had gone pale from the k def that are still the wrong colour, hopefully these will gain a healthier green over the day / tomorrow, I think 1 more week and she'll be ready to defoliate and head into the flush stage. Looks like it might be a satisfying first harvest! Day 57: It doesn't look it so much from the pictures, but today the plant is looking a much healthier shade of green, in the leaves in the central mass we still have some leaves that aren't fully green because they were hidden in the depths of the plant. Today I did some very light LST just to pull the flowers out slightly further, I noticed there's a lot of buds on some of the stems and I've tried to expose the light as deep into the light as possible, in about 1/2 weeks I'll defoliate again and try and expose more of the lower down flowers to the light, today I simply tidied up the base of the plant and exposed the main stem base to more airflow, I think the stalk is looking healthy, I've never seen a healthy stalk before but there's a white film that I recognise from being the skin earlier on, raised the grow question to be sure I also trimmed off some tiny flowers near the base of the plant, they were never going to reach anything significant and I understand taking these smaller flowers can stress the plant in the right way to grow the rest bigger, So today I took 3 flowers that weren't even going to be larf by the end. As well as exposing more of each tops stem to more light I hope to stimulate growth along some of the stems that look like they'll produce a good amount of popcorn buds

1/16 - got the first topping done for the mainline. Cleaned up the rest of the shoots below. Excited to do a proper mainline for the first time!! Going for 8 tops 1/21 - pretty sure I overfed her! She will be getting phed water next feeding. She's coming along though! I may not cut her for another week to let her fully recover and start thriving again 1/23 - not topping her just yet, she is still developing that 3rd node on the 2 mains so I will shop her in a few days and clean up some of the lower stuff. Knuckles looking thick!

I am seeing a magnesium deficiency with yellowing except the stems and veins.

Again a very uneventful week. All muted were removed from the mix and only cannazym and boost were given until Wednesday and then only RO water.

Week 3 camera/storage issues.

As the plant enters the fifth week of flowering, the first trichomes have begun to form. The buds have started to thicken considerably during this week. They are becoming denser and more robust, which indicates that the plant is channeling its energy into producing larger, more resinous flowers. Throughout the growth process, the cannabis plant has shown no signs of health issues. It has remained vigorous and resilient, with no observable deficiencies or diseases. To ensure optimal light penetration and airflow, the plant was lightly defoliated this week. The cannabis plant is progressing well in its fifth week of flowering. The formation of trichomes, the thickening of buds, and the plant's overall health are all promising indicators of a successful flowering phase.

Hello. This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of flowering. I'm a bit bummed about this grow. I've read that you just need to force a plant to flower, that's 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark for the first 3 weeks (I had a tent inside the greenhouse) and then put it outside and it will continue to flower. I thought that was amazing, so I wanted to give it a try. Well, here we are at the end of the 7th week and it looks like the plants are going back into veg. Last year I didn't do up the tent for the last 2 weeks and everything was fine so I thought I would give this keeping it open after the 3rd week a try. Now I know. I can always turn it into hash, maybe dry ice hash. Here's another reason I'm bummed about this grow. I've got spider mites. I'm doing my best to knock them down with my hypochlorous acid. I'm spraying twice a week, but had some yellowish looking leaves, I reread the article (I put up a pic of it a few of weeks ago) and found I had to rinse the indoor plants. So after I sprayed the 1/2 strength acid I waited 10 minutes and rinsed with water. Today I can see more mites than when I sprayed before. So next time I'll wait till the 1/2 acid mix is dry before I rinse the leaves and see if that knocks them down more. If you don't try new things you don't learn. That's what this grow is about, to see if the plants can still keep flowering at my latitude and now that I have mites, to see if the hypochlorous acid will work without killing the plants. March 18 I've moved the plant to a separate tent from the other, so that I can flip that plant to 12/12 light schedule for flowering. That plant is going to need all the space it can get too. This second tent is quite a bit colder being in a different room with only one grow light. For now I'm going to default to a 24 hour schedule, but will soon be switching to a 20/4 schedule to give some sleeping time. We're just about ready for another round of feeding either tonight or tomorrow.

Day 36 start of week 6. Nothing new to report. Day 38 fed girls 2 liters each nutes .Did light defoliation and adjusted ties for the Lst. Moved light strength to around 85 percent and moved light up a couple inches to see how the react.Day 39 watered with gallon distilled water with Cal-mag phed to 6.3. Each took a gallon of water. Pat Benatar is up to 23 inches tall. Blondie is short and extremely bushy.And only a foot tall. Banana Purple Punch is around 22 into tall. Today is day 42 and end of week six. Fed 3 of biggest plants today. Split one gallon distilled water mixed with between the 3 plants.
