The plant is doing well overall this week! 💪 To handle a few fungus gnats that started showing up, I introduced nematodes into the soil and placed some yellow sticky traps, seems to be keeping things under control so far. She's growing quite tall now, definitely stretching up nicely, but not really filling out much in width. A true lemony skyscraper in the tent!😂💚

The last week of vegetative state. Some of those are pretty dense, they look like salad. Maybe adding a bit of blue to this 80 CRI LED is a good idea to get a bit more elongation. Work a lot on LST tonight. I'm trying to make some clone with a technique I've seen long time ago. I put the cube directly on the plant. I remove the skin surface of the branch before putting the rockwool cube around . All cube are wrap in plastic to avoid excessive drying. No hormones. I will wait one week before cutting those clone out of the plant( thats my dead line before flowering). They all receive 200ml of PH 6.5 water this morninig and 200 more this afternoon. Adjusting LST and adding some defoliation. Noticed the blueberry requires lots of nitrogen and stretches much. All plants fed nutrients 1 per week and microbes once per week with regular watering in between. Start of 5th week of flower.

This clone was neglected so badly. The dispensary got them from had no idea on how to take care of plants. I wanted to take them all to give them better homes. The leaves were so thin that they felt like paper. I've never felt a plant like this one felt. I will make her beautiful. She's exploding with new root

End of course for this Persian Prince project! Unfortunately, he failed to cut short this flowering a few days in advance following the start of a pest attack. Our two beautiful ones would have certainly enjoyed crunching life with full roots for another week, but prudence forced us to cut a little prematurely. Never mind, our flowers have dried for 10 days and are now ready to begin their maturing period in a jar. Despite these conditions, which are very well known to them, our Persian Princes still present impressive characters: the buds are huge, covered with a thick layer of trichomes and very fragrant. In terms of flavors, cheesy dominates 🧀 the two phenos smell strongly of semi-roller/Emmental style hard cheese, definitely the dominant aroma, for one of our two plants it is the only aroma that I am capable of to raise. The other phenotype is more complex, on the salty-cheesy smell a fresher and tangy/lemony smell is superimposed, very pleasant and different from its sister and at the same time linked to it by its common dominant cheesy aroma. After the soak, planted the seed about 1/4 inch down directly into my soil mix, which is basically promix HP with worm castings, and moistened the soil with a 1 litre spray bottle of ph’d distilled water and 1 ml of Sensi Cal Mag plus 2-0-0. I have a digital humidifier which was set to 70% , and a small 250watt heater I place outside my tent behind my intake fan to draw in the warm air. Keeps the tent at a nice and cozy 25* C or 79* F. I raised my BP2500 as high as I could, and dimmed it down (manually - there is a screw on the side of the driver to adjust) to about 115watts at the wall. The seeds were planted on the evening of Aug 29/2022. I typically place a humidity dome over the pot to increase humidity during germination. All 3 sprouted on Sept 1/2022 by the end of the work day. 🌱 spent the week refilling the humidifier, and using my ph’d distilled water/cal mag solution in a spray bottle twice a day, just little spritz’s at a time.
