Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 6 2/9-15 The Cheese gals are in full flower, the buds are puffing out and stacking. I even see some lower buds connecting to the upper buds and some pistils are turning brown. There is some smell when I open the tent. The F1 genetics are reflected in that these 2 plants are almost identical. I don’t see much difference in their growth so far using the different mediums. Soil and soil/coco blend. Maybe harvest will show a difference in yield from each one. Time will tell. On 2/13 I did major defoliation on my Cheese gals. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have heard that 1) they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2) there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. Stretching has slowed down. Both girls grew only an inch and now 17 inches. This is only the end of flower week 2. Controller is set to flower. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. Jesus! Smells like pineapples and some sort of exotic juice. Amazing. Definitely coming from the purple afghani lineage side They’re chugging along nicely, will switch to the 10/14 next week and see if that helps with the ripening phase. Sticky as hell, just brushing against them will feel like glue on your skin. Sticky, frosty and stinky!

This week is going well, steady bud growth and development. Thc looks great and plants one of the girls looks about a month from finishing. Lowered light intensity I have no more space to place the light further away! Plants stressed quite a bit got foxtailing on some of the buds and leaf "canoeing" let's see now how she reacts with less light.

Day 64, 22nd of November 2021: Hi there! Here we go..... so basically pistils are appearing stronger this is the 2nd weeks since they started producing pre flowers. The plants getting a bit light might be some air circulation problem? However they look good and of course closer to the end the gettin' older so the leaves also die. Set up and timing is the same since flower season started. ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity. Ventilation: 12 hours period when the lamp is on it switches 1 hour on and after one hour off mostly to keep the temperature and of course because of fresh air flow. When the lamp is off it switches on in every 2 hours for 15 min at the same time with the extraction fan. The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it switches on in every 2 hours for 30 min. That's all a bit more water for them from today also. Humidity quite the same approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius. Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above. The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.

Don't have a lot of time these days to take pics so I'll sum things up. CO2 got outta control and the plants took tf off literally. The video is around middle of week 3, I had to flip at week 4 BC I literally ran out of room and I had to constantly defoliate.

Seventh week of flowering. All beautiful, healthy plants, but very different phenotypes. Two plants are ready to be harvested in 7-10 weeks, but the slowest one is at least three weeks away.

Massive dense colas. Is definately going to be the biggest yield of the three.

I am feeding with tps one and CalMag oac one time, then it’s back to regular tap water (well water) that comes at 8.5 pH with 156ppm of tds. The feed was approx a pH of 6.5. More importantly is the consistent soil pH which appears fixed at 6.8 I know it’s lazy! However…. I have noticed doing this to reveal to me that the soil pH is very stubborn and not easily changed by the pH of the water alone. Stuff in the water can definitely have an impact. But still, most feed waters I use don’t change the soil ph. I do make sure the pH is within a healthy range for soil, something between 6 and 7 I figure is ideal. I’ve found if there is enough lime in the mix, and as long as I don’t over feed soluble nutes, then the soil pH appears stable and fixed. With enough lime in the mix, I can ultimately arrest the soil pH at 7. It’s really cool. I thought adding too much lime would give me something potentially alkaline, and maybe it will. But I’ve added lots of lime before and still haven’t gotten past 7 pH. Maybe I didn’t add enough to go further? Nevertheless I’m not interested in going past 7. I haven’t seen any issues with the speed of growth watering with 8.5 tap water, surprisingly. As I’ve said the soil pH would read 6.8 before and immediately after watering with the 8.5 tap. So….. I’m thinking the stability of the soil pH is a positive indication that the microbes are not being subjected to pH shifts, or at least nothing substantial. I mean, at the end of the day when things are looking good, I feel like I must have something right.

Hi all, My second week posting on here. Just to confirm that the plants are in London, in a basement. 38 plants in a room approximately 4 meters my 3 meter. It’s been a busy one! Lots of jobs done, tho not sure if I’m getting things right... if you’d like to comment please feel welcome to make suggestions, or call me and my ideas stupid lol SATURDAY At the start of the week I started pruning the plants. I removed all buds, leafs and non-main branches from the bottom 20% of the plants. MONDAY After giving the plants a couple of days to recover and so I was sure my pruning didn’t have a negative affect I started removing small buds and all of the older fan leafs from the rest of the plants I started a different watering routine today after learning that the humidity was too high. It was between 65-85. Cropping a lot of the leafs off the plants helped, so did installing fans to suck air in from outside. Also I stopped leaving buckets of water in the grow rooms. Yesterday I did not water the plants at all. So this morning they were all very dry, but looks good too. Today they had a lot to drink. Added more circulation fans too. Anyway, managed to get the humidity to 40 when lights on, and up to 60 when off. Still working on bring it down to below 50 at night. WEDNESDAY Finished pruning today. With half the plants I took off 65% of the leafs, stems and buds, leaving only the bigger bud areas and sugar leafs, plus a few fan leafs.

Y desprenden ya un aroma increíble. Hasta aquí todo bien el único suplicio que sufro son altas temperaturas por estar en pleno verano. Acabaré este proyecto y daremos parón unas semanas. Que avance algo más el verano. Máximas de 30 y mínimas de 27 ahora viene el calor y ando jodido en humedad ronda el 40%.
