Hello Growmies, The final chapter of this incredible journey has unfolded, and it's time to share the bountiful harvest and reflections on the entire cultivation process. Trimming the plant was a joy, and with gentle fingers, I removed all the large fan leaves. The precision in this process revealed the true beauty of the buds, setting the stage for a smooth harvest. With care and gratitude, the plant was chopped, and the buds were hung to dry. The anticipation for what lies ahead only adds to the sense of accomplishment. The wet weight, excluding fan leaves, stands at an impressive 782 grams. The buds are massive, a testament to the efficacy of the nutrients used, particularly the Power Buds. The name seems apt, as the result is a collection of sticky, dense buds with subtle lemon notes and sweet pungent undertones. In the final moments, the plant unveiled some delightful purple hues. While I wish I could have allowed them to intensify further, it's a reminder that each grow is a learning experience. In hindsight, a slightly longer fading period would have accentuated those beautiful colors. We live and learn, and that's the essence of this journey. Really happy to harvest this girl. Made sure I pushed her to the max. Just about 70 days. She was done around 65. 14hrs into pre fower and beyond. I find that with High ppf with less hrs. Makes for much better phenos. Really happy to say. This is SUCH A 100% TOP strain. And it'll be 500% a auto that I'll repeat Mind you I've hardly ever repeated any strains. Except mimosa X orange punch auto and super lemon haze. And a few CBDs. So, if anything that should speak volumes to me saying this is a tip top strain. Going to run her with one of their new autos, apple strudel is meant to have very high terps. All about the taste. And this Apricot Auto from Fastbuds has this in spades.

Into flower now on a 12/12, looking forward to some bud growth.

We planted a second Jack Herer Auto from Quebec Cannabis Seeds in a 1 gallon pot as an experiment to see how it does compared to our jack herer auto in the 3 gallon pot. We wanted to see which plant would give us the best yield for the space available. This will help us decide how we want to do our next few rounds of grows and if we want a SOG or just have a few big plants in the tent.

A-Day 95, B&C-Day 91🌱😎💨 A-was watching her closely this week. All tricomes were cloudy, with about 10% amber by Saturday. She is getting the chop! B-she has stacked some weight on this week! Her ring of buds around the pot have thickened up quite a bit. Her tricomes are mostly cloudy, some amber. She has some nice purples, and the leaves have just started to fade like A did. Clear signs she is nearing her short auto lifespan🤗 C-there are still some clear tricomes, maybe 10-15%, but most are cloudy, and about 5% are amber coloured, or on their way. I have been drastically reducing the nutrients, not entirely but close. Bringing it down to just PH’d water. I will be harvesting A, and then giving B and C a little more time. I have been setting up my new tent this past week, made some orders on Valentine’s Day with Spider Farmer! Got a great deal on an upgraded version of the SF4000, and 6”in-line/digital humidity and temperature controlled fan. Fan is here but light is still on the way 😢

Day 22, 11th of October 2021: Here we go 1st day of the 4th week. I knew, and as we know Afghani Gold and Spliffs Strawberry are one week younger but they pickin' up quick so soon it can not be seen. Anyways all good yes they grew a lot. CBD Medi Kush is amazing I fimmed a bit by accident of the top "head" no problem at all and again continued with LST. She is a beast. Blue Berry seems to be a bit "pale" let's say light but apart from that she is more than okay. LST is done on her too... Afghani Gold I just love her chunky indica comin' I can see the leaves lol. She received her first LST as well. Spliffs Strawberry is alright as well so I am happy. Actually, not much has changed since last week I just set the lamp back to 125W so approx 40% of the max and the water intake is more a bit so: Lamp is set to be on 125W approx 40% of the full power..... Humidity stays on approx 60% Ventilation switches on in every 2 hours for 5 min.... Watering like 0.08l per day.... Fertilization also with Bat Guano, Biobizz family - BioGrow, BioBloom, TopMax... so these ones 2x a week.... Epsom salt.... 1x a week.... Ratio can be found above. So that's all basically. Introduced low stress training to the plants. Notices some nitrogen toxicity so cut out the gro to utilise the nitrogen from the micro & bloom. Spray the canopy lightly with the canna cure.

12/9/2017 - The stretch these girls put on when they hit flower is insane. I'm getting ready to add bamboo stakes for support because I already can tell they are going to have massive nugs on them. They jumped from 9-10inches tall to just shy of 24 inches in under a week. They have now stopped all veg growth and are starting to pack on pistils already. I just got a new bottle of mammoth P so that will be added back into the nutrients starting now. 12/12/2017 - Definitely 2 completely different phenotypes. One is extremely tall (30 inches from pot) and stretched out with a bunch of long side branches. The other is shorter (24 inches from pot) and bushier. It will need some leaf tucking during flower for sure. They are both responding very well to the environment and nutrients (I got more mammoth p finally!!!) I've also used bamboo chutes and this gardening velcro tape stuff that I love to support all of the branches. Based on my Gold Glue grow these plants are about to produce some monster buds that the branches wouldn't be able to support.

Both are doing great! Finally got the temperature and humidity corrected enough that the plants are stressing less, and i also increased the lights back to 200W after 5 days. I think they're large enough now to handle more light - going to increase the light slowly over the next few weeks as well. No other issues - haven't had to add much nutrient solution or anything really... ph is super stable in both reservoirs as well. All that being said, I know the reality is that i'm going to run into a bunch of issues now that i've said i haven't yet.

Initial cuttings entry for this journal on the to-be-pollinated F2s. We’ll be backing out each plant specimen against some F1 pollen in an effort to trait stabilize the best bud of the lot. Still debating on pushing my luck with just the aero-cloner through the whole shortened cycle. If not I’ll have to cobble together some sort of shallow dwc bin from scratch to accommodate them for the long haul. Pollen as soon as we see prevalent pistils. ***Grow notes: 2 cuts from each plant specimen against- #5 potentially a male. All lookn great and perky post-cutting. Let’s hope the F1 pollen is still preserved🤞🤞🤞.

I got my humidity under control. From now on there is only H2O without fertilizer. But I think my gorilla is a little too brown. I really hope it has to be that way. Otherwise all the other ladies are looking great.

Nun ist es bald geschafft und ein holpriger Grow geht der Ernte entgegen. In 3 Tagen plane ich die Ernte. Glücklicherweise waren die letzten Wochen für die Mädels nicht mehr so stressig, um so mehr für mich 😜 Die Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit aufrecht zu erhalten war nicht immer leicht. Ich habe viel Zeit mit basteln verbracht 😎 Es hat sich gelohnt! Mittlerweile sind die Blätter schon recht hell und haben sich stark zusammengezogen. Die Trichome sehen milchig bis leicht bräunlich aus. Sie richen appetitlich 😋 wie ein Gewürz

Hi grow Buddies. It has been a steady week while watching them swell slowly ( never feels fast enough !!) . I have switched to the Dragon force to feed them extra during the last 2 weeks. it boosts the final phase instead of the starving out or flushing myth robbing the final yield.lol I began taking the branches that were very ready off the #1 lady at 8 weeks and have used about 15g from week 8. not a bad start but I rush dried it and did lose a lot of terps and potency as I expected. I also took most of her tops put to encourage the lowers to boost to a finish with the extra light available to them. I got approx 17g off the 4 mains I topped and that's not too bad for the 1st batch at 9 weeks f. I now have bud to smoke again , yippee. been a sparse month or so .haha. The rest of the girls are still going towards a finish but swelling nicely so I expect they will bring a good yield on the whole. Another week at least I think. until then , be safe and well. love the world and the people in it regardless of their feelings !.
