I flipped them to flower this week, finally. They are way behind schedule because I didn't have enough space to keep them on their own 12/12 light schedule so they had to stay on 18/6 along with the other plants in the same grow space. They've gotten much bigger than I wanted them to due to that. But I'm hoping if I do the female forced pollen process correctly that'll hopefully mean more seeds to share 😁. I've been spraying the chosen males with colloidal silver for 3 days now. I take them outside to spray them & then let them fully dry before bringing them back in with the girls. Just a safety measure incase I mess up the forced female pollen process I'll still have good & untainted flower to use from the girls.

She is fully in flower now and is stretching 😻, hoping she stretches a lot more tho. She wasn't very thirsty, she only needed 2,4l of water. I again used 4ml of biobizz grow and bloom. I also removed a few leaves to make sure that every budsite gets enough sunlight.

Welcome, plant enthusiasts and accidental garden comedians, to the whimsical tale of Week 9 in my botanical circus! This week was a leafy spectacular, with more drama than a soap opera and more twists than a contortionist at a leafy circus. First in the spotlight is the topping extravaganza – imagine my plants auditioning for a leafy talent show, and voila! One of the ladies went above and beyond, not with one or two, but three tops! It's like my garden is hosting its own version of "America's Got Leafs," and the contestants are aiming for a standing ovation from the tiny plant audience. Now, onto the nutrient boost – it's like my plants discovered a secret stash of leafy steroids. They're devouring those nutrients like they stumbled upon an all-you-can-eat salad bar. If my garden had a Yelp page, it would probably say, "Five stars for the gourmet buffet – would photosynthesize again!" But with great growth comes great thirst, or so my diva plants declare. I can practically hear them demanding water with the urgency of a plant water-seeking missile. "Hydrate us, human! We're not just thirsty; we're in a botanical drought crisis!" And now, the grand revelation – last week's leafy fashion faux pas was all thanks to a faulty pH pen. The plants probably threw a mini leaf party when I introduced the new pH pen, complete with tiny leaf confetti. They're like, "Finally, accurate pH readings – no more plant tie-dye nightmares!" In a twist of fate, I had to embark on a plant-less journey for a few days. So, like a responsible plant parent on a comedy tour, I decided to water a bit earlier and a bit more before my departure. And lo and behold, the plants loved it! It's like they threw me a farewell bash, chanting "Water, water, party, party!" in their own leafy language. The early topping and Leafy Synchronized Training (LST) maneuvers have clearly paid off. My plants are now strutting their stuff like runway models in a botanical fashion show. I picture them doing the leafy version of the cha-cha. So, Week 9 has been a laugh-out-loud masterpiece – from topping triumphs to nutrient raves, from hydration demands to pH pen dramas. As I return to my green kingdom, I can't help but feel like a plant ringmaster who has navigated the garden circus with flair. Incredibile ma vero...ho trovato alcuni ragnetti rossi in una zona del palco. Dopo aver rimosso la parte "infetta",ho dato una passata di piretro(essendo solo alla seconda di fioritura,non dovrebbe creare peoblemi ma,per ogni evenienza,mi sono procurato dell'olio di neem) e per ora,sembra che i ragnetti rossi siano definitivamente deceduti,speriamo tutti. Cmq il mio bellissimo veleno cresce e ci sono un sacco di cime che si stanno riempiendo di peletti bianchi

Update 11/8...2nd plant is harvested and jarred. The terps on this strain are amazing! I harvested only 1 plant....her sister (the tall purple girl) is still under the lights. Based on dry weight on 4 upper colas harvested 5 days earlier I'm expecting a whopping 160 grams from just the one plant. The colas are super frosty and dense, holding their weight during drying. I've got 40 grams already curing, the rest is still hanging in the dry box. This strain was an absolute pleasure to grow and even an uncured bud smokes smooth and sweet with a nice, even slow burn and white to light grey ash. It's gonna be my go-to from my winter stash line-up!! Thank you Royal Queen Seeds for the opportunity to select and grow one of your strains and for Organic nute setup. It's obvious I snagged an excellent strain grown with topnotch nutrition. I've got 3 more Green Gelato beans and can't wait to pop em next grow.

12/12/2022: Getting close to the end. The Strawberry Gushers has turned completely purple. She may have a week or so to go. Just waiting for a bit more amber tricomes before I chop her. The Orange Bubblegum and Newberry are fading more every day, but they still have a couple more weeks. Just when I thought I got the fungas gnats under control more must have hatched. They are mainly concentrated in the Strawberry Gushers pot, so I threw in a new sticky trap and did a little watering with some mosquito bit tea. About 1/3 liter each. Just enough to get the first inch or two of soil wet. One lesson learned from this grow is start treating for pest issues when you first see them, instead of waiting for them to get bad like I did. Also, plan to implement or stricter IPM strategy next round. 12/15/2022: The Strawberry Gushers is just about done. Tricomes are about 20% amber, so she will be getting the chop this weekend. The Orange Bubblegum and Newberry still need more time, so I gave them a good watering today. They each got 1.5 liters of water at 6.6 ph, with ThermX-70, coconut powder, FishShit, and about 1 liter of mosquito bit tea for the gnats. 12/18/2022: only watered the Orange Bubblegum and Newberry today. They are both fading hard, but i think I'll give them another week or two before chopping. Gave each about 1.5 liters mixed with ThermX-70, FishShit, and mosquito bits. Still can't get these fungas gnats 100% under control, but keeping it at a manageable population at least. The Strawberry Gushers is getting chopped tomorrow, so she didn't get any water. Was originally planning to chop it today, but still need to get my drying space dialed in. Trying to get as close to 60° with 60% RH. Avg. VPD:1.6 PPFD: 600 DLI: 39

Day 13 from seed and she growing up so fast No feeds this week. Little water now n then, had to top up the soil as she was getting a little bit leggy. Lights running 50% at 45cm from to of plant 18 hour days. Extractor fan turned on today on low fire day light hours for now. Got a few fungus gnats, they are annoying but when don’t you get them. Let’s get it 💪🏽

Added some potassium sulfate and they seemed to bounce back but now they want calcium and I’m pretty sure the potassium I put in is antagonistic to calcium. I might harvest early to prevent any trichome degradation due to photosynthesis being halted, trichomes are looking milky too.
