End of day 35 flower Had an issue with cal/mag deficiency with the White Widow so I had to flush her and increase cal/mag to 5ml/gal. So she should be back on track to produce fatter buds. Royal Gorilla isn't fattening up so hopefully she will this coming week. Also gave her a good flush with some florakleen. Defloiated so the buds on the bottom can get more light. I was going to install a second trellis net, but decided to just use the single net and do some HST on her to keep her canopy opened up. 6/13- I gave the Wedding Cheesecake FF a good watering today at sundown via the garden hose with straight well water. I am planning on top dressing her in roughly 7-10 days from now with a blend of 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with some worm castings in anticipation of the start of flowering in the near future. 6/16- I watered today and also did a little canopy maintence, removing some leaves that were old and yellowing, along with some small shoots that would have only produced small larfy buds. There's another week chalked up and it won't be long until this lady begins pre-flowering which will mark the start of the real excitement! This is the last week of vegetative growth. The plant is growing very strong, forming strong branches and big fan leaves. Continued LST on the main stem and some other major branches. Growth is now penetrating the canopy and is being tucked under the net to fill it up. Pruned a few stems and leaves from below the canopy which may never see the light of day. Pale leaf tips/edges may be due to light stress, so maintained the light distance whilst tucking branches under the net as they shoot through. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained at twice a day (at lights on and 4hrs prior to lights off period) to maintain the target EC. The RainBow Sherbet really have everything in its place, they are beautiful plants, one was planted a few days later because a little sister damaged by the placenta was replaced, but we are talking about 4 (5 days of difference between the two, nothing special, I will not have to do hrvest on the same day. Growing projects for autoflowering plants ----- As for autoflowering plants, I really love preserving the Main Cola. So I will try to make the plants grow well or badly without damaging the main cola. Nowadays, topping autoflowering plants is very accepted but it is not my favorite thing to transform a baby born to finish in 10 weeks into a baby who finishes in 14, I say at this point I do photoperiodic. But in times of people who only grow autoflowering everything is permitted for goodness sake if you want to do it, do it, I will not be the one to stop you. Also because the results are excellent, nothing to really discuss about anything except time. All this to tell us that I recommend for example fimming on plants that tend to grow tall to give power to the side branches, LST as much as you want, I don't like too much, I need space. CLOSE!!!!!! she is absolutely friggin caked with trichs!!!! just need her to plump up a little so we got some weight to her but she definelty looks potent af!!!!! only issue this run really was the stretching. I have a theory about why this happened and will test it out next crop, got the next ladies germed up already. I think removing the third fan allowed it to be to calm in there and the ladies to stretch more, this is just a theory i'll test out. If i had the space, i wouldnt mind the stretch but being in my little 5.5 x 5.5 tent i cant waste any space!!! am i going to break the tent record of just under 800 grams dried? probably not lol but lets hope for 600+
