Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Me hubiera gustado menos dias en 1L pero tenia ocupado este armario con otras plantas este el seguimiento https://growdiaries.woodroom.tel/diaries/188469-ogkush-grow-journal-by-gr3g4l?in_active_week_choose=1 esta semana se pasaron al armario de 74 x 74 x 170 ctms. con el Lumatek Pro 300W A mitad de semana después de 2 dias en un vaso y 22 en maceta de 1L. bajo 150W Fluorescente las transplanté a maceta téxtil e 7L. áprox. bajo el Lumatek Pro a 220W. Una vez transplantadas les hice un riego, 1100ml/planta con MicroVita 5gr. / 10L. para potenciar la vida de bacterias y microorganismos saludables para la planta. A final de semana me dió por hacerles una poda de hojas abanico. Algunas plantas miden más de 22 ctms y con la poda espero frenarlas en altura y que ganen en anchura.

We have made it to day 42! 31/12/20 All the girls have started flowering now! I'm super keen to see them start to thicken up. Feeding as usual, nothings changed. Update - day 46 04/01/21 I'm a little concerned about the 2 runts that were laggin behind the rest, all of a sudden theyve decided they want to take up most of the room in the tent. I've never grown autos so big.. I was contemplating putting the runts outside but it's just going to make more problems as my outdoors are under attack from some kind of bug. I will keep the diary updated on the runts, other than that the other girls are doing just great, flowering is really coming along. Thanks for stopping by!

Let’s Go day 85 from Seed!! These ladies have all got the chop !! We will be hanging to dry over the next 2 weeks or 12-14 days an we will be ready for trim an jar up for cure! Aug 31: Overdose is doing fine and is now five weeks into flowering (or a week behind my two big photoperiods). I broke one of the main stems about a week after topping so it has a weird shape but there are lots of good bud sites so she’ll be fine. Shorter veg time than my two big photoperiod plants and only topped once because I was expecting an auto not a photoperiod plant. If it’s Overdose Fast I’m cool with that as I’ve decided that I prefer fast photos to autos which are more sensitive to setbacks and generally trickier to deal with at large scale. Sep 2: strong plant with lots of buds. Sep 4: adding some potassium silicate every couple days lately while watering.

SATURDAY 8/25: I prepped WW#2 for slaughter..one more good flush and a haircut. She'll have one more day in the sun, then it's a dark day and the axe. She's got a few resin leaks that I can't quite get a good picture of..looks like a drop of oil oozing out of a calyx. Makes my mouth water... Seedlings are doing well. I transplanted two of them into tall 5 gal pots and they are doing fine. EM#2 will get another nutrient douche along with EM#3 and both Candy Canes tomorrow. I'm thinking that might also be CC#1's last taste of nutes. An interesting thing about CC#2 is that while her trichromes are pretty much all cloudy and/or amber, the majority of her stigmas aren't withered...I haven't seen that before, but I've never really grown any indica genetics before this grow. CC#1 is delightfully redhaired. I jarred up WW#1 into 3 x quart jars, EM#4 into 4 x quart jars, and EM#1 into 4 pint jars (barely). Bought more quart jars later today and will rejar EM#1 tomorrow SUNDAY: I did the harvest report on WW#1, EM#1, and EM#4 today. EM#4 is now is 3 x quart jars. I harvested WW#2 today...yowsa! (see pics) I mixed up a batch of nutes for EM#3, but after a close look at everybody, I decided to start flushing CC#1, CC#2..they are both suddenly ready. 15-20% amber trichromes. They'll get a few more days in the sun before meeting their maker. I flushed EM#2 again. I'm gonna harvest her tomorrow. She's at about 25% amber trichs today! Really oozing the good stuff.. MONDAY: (queue Metallica's 'Harvester of Sorrow'..) WW#2 got the axe today and thoroughly saturated the air with her odoriferous emanations. A wondrous bouquet! The big tent is getting empty, so I rearranged the remaining girls for optimized PAR and spectra. I really need those seedlings and clones to hurry the phuk up. WW#2 is drying nice and slow in the top basket and EM#2 is now right below her in the second basket. CC#1 will be in the basket below them tomorrow...she's ready. CC#2 will also be drying in the next day or two after that. That will leave EM#3 (Bush Bitch) as the last remaining original member of this crop. Besides her, there's the Pineapple Express gift from my other diary and that's it for my bloomers. As I said before, I sure wish I had taken the fine print more seriously and believed that they'd really finish so quickly. I should have started these seedlings at least 2 weeks earlier... TUESDAY: I harvested both CC's today. They couldn't be more ripe. 68 days from seed...impressive. I just wish they had packed on a little more size in the first few weeks so that these super-sugary buds were bigger. This stuff is far more sticky and stiNky than the WW or the EM, but I'll be lucky to get 2 ounces from each of them. When you factor that in with the fact that I only got 3 of 7 to grow (one in current batch of seedlings), the taste/effect will have to be completely off the charts for me to even consider ever ordering any more of them. WEDNESDAY: I recharged 50gals of soil and have it cooking up now I gave Bush Bitch some water and will give her nutes on Friday. THURSDAY: The video I added today is the total harvested bud for this grow, minus EM#3/Bush Bitch...I'm betting she'll be 4 quart jars by herself. From right to left, it's: 3 x 1-quart jars of EM#4, 2 x 1-quart jars of EM#1, the 2 purple lidded 1-quart jars are CC#1, and the tall 2-quart jar between them is CC#2...the two red lidded 1-quart jars are WW#1, the 2.5 gallon jar is WW#2, and the 1.5 gal jar is EM#2. WW#2 was dry and went into 3 x 1-quart jars. She weighed 90g..not too bad. EM#2 is still in the biggest jar with the lid off and some bovedas. CC#1 was about 70% dry so I put it into a big jar with some bovedas and the lid open, branches intact. CC#2 was mostly dry except for her main cola. She went into a big jar after the photo shoot with the lid off and some bovedas. I feel so stupid..I had my diary listed with "published wattage" rather than actual draw wattage. for a week now they have started to take root. you can see how the plants consume their nutrients and turn yellow. in the next few days they should start to grow. the system runs perfectly and is ready to grow. :-) a few have already been sorted out until there are 4 plants left at the end.

Week 6 – Day 44 (BT20) RedPure#4 is holding steady at 40 cm – vertical growth has stopped, but the buds are visibly swelling 🍇 Her purple fade is getting stronger 💜 and the aroma is becoming more noticeable and pleasant 👃 She’s currently on 50% of the feeding schedule, which results in EC 0.9. ⚠️ With Advanced Nutrients, I let the solution rest for 20 minutes before measuring – otherwise the EC reading is inaccurate. Before resting: EC 1.7 → After resting: EC 0.9 This happens because A+B nutrients bind slowly at low dosages. 💡 I also remeasured the Fluxshield LED, which lights RedPure exclusively. It seems to have lost some intensity over time, so I increased the dimmer by one step to match the original PPFD levels. All in all, she's developing nicely and stays compact – true to her autoflower nature 🌿
