Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! The next phase will depend on how fast they continue to spread, and adjustments will be made accordingly. Closing Thoughts & What’s Next? This week was all about structural optimization—ensuring proper airflow, training the plants with the SCROG net, and keeping everything in balance before the transition to flower. unfortunatly the weather changed and temperature outside dropped down to 12 degrees celsius. It had a big impact on my plants. One plant after another wilted and i tossed 28 of them. The substrate is also to wet and maybe it was to often recycled. Only 42 plants left and only some really look healthy like they should. I have to start again with new seeds to fill may table. I am so angry about the wasted time.

Hi Growmies, I continuously scrog and defoliate her until the screen is filled (what shouldn’t take too long anymore). She is taking very well too the scrogging not getting stunned from all the bending and massaging. I think that’ll be her last week of veg. So as of next week I will flip her and initiate the preflower nutes, including Rezin and the boost accelerator from canna. We are full go on flower for the girls. The Purple Punch buds are looking great and smell fantastic already. My inexperience growing shows in the fact that I should have topped the tallest ones one or two more times. I’ll watch early intermodal growth in future grows. I appreciate any thoughts or comments.

I really notice the flowers on the northern lights. The three easy bud are following suit. My box is small and i am might be forced to move them if i cant get them trained. I have also seen a small hole in one leaf and what looks like a small bleach spot on newer leafs. Only two spots at the bottom.

Buenos días familia, volvemos con la cuarta semana de floración con nuestras skunk de zambezaseeds y hay que recalcar que esta variedad tiene una rápida floración, apostaría Que será lo primero que cortemos. El ph está controlado en 6.5 a partir de esta semana añadimos overdrive en nuestros riegos. Temperatura y humedad ideales para la Avanzada etapa de floración. Esta cepa es bastante resistente y Fácil de cultivar , os la recomendaría sobretodo a cultivadores novatos, y no tan novatos claro , ya que se valora mucho una floración rápida en indoor.

Seit 4 Tagen nun endlich befinden sich meine 3 Ladys in der Blüte. Schon nach 2 Tagen haben sie einen ordentlichen Stretch hingelegt. Leider bilden sie immer noch Zahlreiche Seitentriebedann aus, ich war auch schon kurz davor diese wegzuschneiden, doch ich befürchte sie könnten dann zwittern. Allerhöchstens entlauben kommt für mich jetzt noch in Frage, um die Qualität der Ernte nicht zu gefährden. Da nehme ich lieber weniger g in Kauf 👌

Now that I see how these girls turned out it was probably a blessing I had some herms to cut out because there would’ve been no room. Especially in the pc/ssh tent because Pcrit and Sundae Driver were looking to be the biggest plants before I found balls and cut them down. The humidity has been surprisingly high but we’ve had warmer, wet weather for this time of year. I’m not sure I would’ve been able to keep it down with a tent packed wall to wall. I’m just thankful for how everything has worked out. If I ever do two plants per earthbound again I’ll make sure to veg for less time. I’m hoping to give these girls another week but the weather once again is going to be warm and wet so I will probably need to cut them down

So this week saw lots of frost and leaves praying all day now . The buds are starting to stack nice and smells are strong of fruit and skunk . I've done my contest shots for Christmas entries on both the picture and video strain reviews . June 15: looks really good and will do second round of topping tomorrow. The last 30 days have been cooler than the historic average, and last year was way above average. So, she’s doing great despite cool weather. June 16: adjusted tie downs and watered with soluble seaweed extract. June 17: second round of topping to make 8 colas done this morning. Will do another round in a week or two to get the final 16 cola layout I want. June 20: released tie downs this morning. Looks really good on the last day of spring. Solstice and the photoperiods are right on schedule, unlike my two autos. Made second compost tea as shown in video. Key things are blackstrap molasses (sugar and trace metals), good compost, and I use coco coir for something for the bacteria to physically live on (substrate or matrix). #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds

Que pasa familia, vamos con la segunda semana de floración de estas Papaya Zoap F1 de Sweetseeds. Vamos al lío, me quede con 3 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros. Y también superaron el shock por el trasplante se recuperaron 100%. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El fotoperiodo esta a 12/12 para floración. Las jodidas estiraron bastante, y es algo que no me gusta de todas las F1, que cultive hasta ahora. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨
