Super stoked for last week, watching her flower is pretty incredible, so from pretty much week 9 of veg up till now I've been feeding her half strength base nutrients with fluctuating strengths of sensizym and Cal-Mag always mixed with 8L of basic filtered water. Update January 5 2020. Back from my fishing trip! Happy to say that everything with the durban is going swimmingly, I fed her today 8L with half strength base nutrients and half strength of sensizym. I will probably do one more feeding with sensizym and call it good.. in two-three weeks I will start adding my Overdrive nutrients to my base. January 11 update: Not much going. Just playing the waiting game now. January 13 update: its gotten really cold here, like -37 with wind so I put a ceramic heat emitter back in, now back up to 250w heat running 24/7. Growing in an unheated shop is definitely a challenge! But with the other one in things are picking up and shits drying out finally. Should have put the other heater back in a week ago. My bad. January 15 update: -37!! Holy fu*ck, fed her 3L of mixed nutrients at half strength. With just a splash of overdrive. January 17 update: outside temps finally warming up to -25°c yay!! Inside grow box temps up to 28°c she likes it warm, Fed her the remaining food I had mixed up, she got about 5L. Seeing fattening of the bud sites👀👌 January 19 update: No idea when this happened but it did.. got a crack right at first top. Now I know to leave more of stem above where it splits off into two. Quick tape fix till I figure it out, fed her 5L of mixed food with just under full strength OverDrive and some organic growth plus.. it has a high pk so I'm using it once. More updates to follow. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2205 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #1 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying'.... a VERY happy girl she is and the #2 is just enormous with tons of bud sites and flowers that are starting to get a coating of white trichomes giving her that frosty appearance! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. Both testers are extremely healthy and in max flower mode. Both testers are looking amazing and always in a constant state of 'praying'! 1/12: impatiently waiting for lemon auto to finish up. Still not sure what the northern lights is trying to do, but..the little buds are slowly growing. S l o w l y... 1/14: things are getting out of hand in here. Northern lights is bushy AF again but the budlets appear to be increasing in size. Lemon is getting closer every day. Looks like I've got milky trichomes and the pistils are darkening. Still a bit early, but I'd be lying if I wasn't anxious for the space.. 1/15: I've accepted that I have at least a week ish left on Lemon auto,but she's getting there! I did some rather risky defoliation on northern lights and holy shit, she's got potential. I'm hoping she's just a slow grower and those buds will really fatten up! Perhaps lemon is just a really fast growing plant? I've also decided that since space is limited, my best bet is to probably rotate the plants every other day to allow all bid sites an opportunity for direct light. I'm reigning myself in. Once lemon auto is harvested I need to NOT immediately plant another. I've got some mephosito seeds I want to get going, but I've learned my lesson. This tent fits two 5 gallon mature plants... Uncomfortably. Three is too many 😂 1/17: wondering if northern lights has is it her to fatten up. Gave her a good flush &feed. Popcorn buds or not, I'm invested (#forscience). Lemon auto is still finishing up. Can't get good enough pics with phone to see trichomes. Clearly, I have a minimum of a week left, but I got a digital microscope so I can keep track! Diese Woche war für die Pflanzen eine große Belastung, da sie in den Keller umgezogen sind. In der Wohnung wurde es einfach zu warm. Die Box hat einen Zuluftschlauch bekommen, sodass immer Frischluft von außen kommt. Die Abluft wird auch nach außen abgeführt. Der Keller wird zusätzlich mit einem Amazon Badezimmerlüfter belüftet. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit konnte somit im Durchschnitt auf 60 Prozent gesenkt werden. Bei Regen hatte ich auch schon Höchstwerte von 82 Prozent in der Box. Dazu habe ich einen zusätzlichen Handylüfter in der Box installiert, der 40 Watt hat und für gute Belüftung sorgt. Zusätzlich baue ich mir nächste Woche ein Belüftungssystem mit KG-Rohren. Ich nehme zwei Stück und installiere sie an der Zuluft der Box. Dann werden sie am Rand der Box platziert und Löcher rein gebohrt, um die Pflanzen von unten zu belüften. Die Rohre kommen auf die ganze Fläche von 1,5 Metern. Was den Dünger betrifft, kann ich nur sagen, ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Buds werden langsam echt fett. Die Pflanzen weisen keine Mängel auf, bis auf Calzium-Magnesium, das zusätzlich über das Gießwasser eingebracht wird. Apropos Gießwasser: Ich habe mir Tropfer und ein 100-l-Autotop-Flexi-Tank bestellt. Dazu ausführlicher Bericht nächste Woche, so wie zu der ab und zu Luft. Die Lampen laufen mittlerweile auf 100 Prozent. Die Titan sind mittlerweile im Schnitt 75 cm groß, so wie die Cosmos. Diese Pflanze ist sehr durstig und bekommt mehr Wasser als die anderen und ist im Umfang deutlich größer als die Titan und Epsilon. Die Epsilon sind ca. 55 cm im Durchschnitt, haben aber die dicksten Buds. Wichtigste Punkte: - Pflanzen in den Keller umgezogen wegen zu hoher Temperaturen in der Wohnung - Belüftungssystem installiert (Zuluft, Abluft, Badlüfter, zusätzlicher Lüfter in der Box) - Luftfeuchtigkeit im Durchschnitt auf 60% gesenkt - Neues Belüftungssystem mit KG-Rohren geplant - Dünger zufriedenstellend, Buds werden größer - Calzium-Magnesium-Mangel, wird über Gießwasser ausgeglichen - Neue Bewässerung (Tropfer, Flexi-Tank) bestellt - Lampen auf 100% - Titan und Cosmos ca. 75 cm, Cosmos durstiger - Epsilon ca. 55 cm, dickste Buds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!es fehlen noch Bilder Nachtrag kommt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ho già iniziato a ripulire tutto, box e piante con Neem...li sterminerò tutti 😂..

So I definitely remember now why I put these stupid jiffy peat moss pellet things away awhile ago. They are the worst!!! There either swamped wet or rock hard dry. Really hard to keep them in between. Lol I had to take them out of my cloning machine do to the fact they where just to wet for this stage. I usually use rock wool cubes but I ran out of them and decided to try these stupid things again. I was able to get her sprouted though and I will be moving her to a 3 gal DWC bucket as soon as I build them. For watering, I’ve just been dunking them halfway in my cloning reservoir and letting them soak up some water for a sec and pull them out. It seems to be keeping them wet but not soaked, and there good for about 24Hrs untill she is dry and needs more. I will upload some more pics later in the week once I get her in a DWC bucket. Today is day 72 from seed!! This week went real well , 2 of the Forbiddin Runtz have been getting flushed an the rest will also start flush through this next week, I can’t believe the smell of this combo strain,, super fruity smelling an all are super sticky!! Stay tuned for next week yall !

Flowering process. Good weather

High, on FD29 I ferted with 1,6 EC (60ml Flores/ 10l). On FD32 every plant got 3l of nutrient solution (EC 1,6 / pH 6,4) so I flushed the old shit out a bit. Wet vacuum cleaners are pretty good for cleaning up this mess. 👍 The pics from FD33 were taken shortly before the light went on. 😊 On FD35 they got a nutrient solution with Zyme, Flores, Boost (EC 1,7 / pH 6,3). 👍 Stay green. 😉

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. She's going to be a beautiful plant! 8/13- Our weather has cooled off after last weeks tropical system passed and it's nice to have a much needed break from the heat and humidity! I am continuing to water daily with 5-8 gallons of well water from the garden hose. I also went ahead and removed two small branches that were at the very bottom of the Papaya Sherbet that would only take away nutrients from more beneficial areas of the plant. 8/15- Today, I top dressed the Papaya Sherbet with 3 cups of Gaia Green 2-8-4 Power Bloom which I watered in with well water from the hose. I then applied 1/2 gallon of a nutrient mix I made up in 2 1/2g of well water consisting of: 1/4 cup Neptune's Harvest Seaweed(kelp) plant food and 2 1/2 tsp. of Plantonics Amino Bliss. 8/17- There goes the first full week of flower for this incredibly stunning Papaya Sherbet photoperiod from FastBuds and I can not wait to see her transformation as this lady progresses through flowering!
