Wonderful aroma in the tent. I do a little stress due to low temperatures at night. I took a small sample :D, everything is as it should. The trichomes are just milky, what will be scary at the finish line...

🌱 Week 4 Veg: Thriving Despite the Chill 🌟 As we close out Week 4 of veg, I couldn’t be more impressed with how resilient and strong the Zamnesia Runtz are growing! Despite the freezing cold temperatures outside—evident in some snapshots of my frosty mint plants in the veggie garden—these beauties are thriving in their cozy indoor setup. The Aptus Holland Nutrient Spray: A Deep Dive This week, I treated the Runtz to a refreshing shower with Aptus Holland’s nutrient spray, a game-changer in plant health and vigor. Let’s break it down: • What Is It? Aptus nutrient sprays are foliar feeds designed to deliver essential nutrients directly to the leaves. They provide immediate uptake, bypassing the roots and giving the plant a quick boost in vitality. • Why Use It? Foliar feeding is especially beneficial during veg because it enhances nutrient absorption and promotes lush, healthy foliage. It’s also a fantastic way to supplement nutrients if the roots are growing but not yet absorbing nutrients at peak efficiency. • What Does It Do? Aptus sprays improve plant metabolism, strengthen cellular structure, and boost resistance to environmental stresses—perfect for battling those colder temps! • How I Applied It I used a fine mist to ensure even coverage across all leaves, aiming for the undersides where stomata are most active. Afterward, the plants looked vibrant and energized, ready to keep pushing those gorgeous leaves. A New Partnership: Grove Bags and TerpLoc Technology I’m thrilled to announce a new partnership with Grove Bags! Known for their TerpLoc technology, these bags are a true revolution in cannabis storage and curing. • Why Grove Bags? Grove Bags are designed to create the perfect microclimate for cannabis. Their TerpLoc technology helps preserve terpenes—the essential oils responsible for the flavor, aroma, and effects of cannabis—by locking them in while allowing oxygen and moisture to escape. • How They Work TerpLoc bags combine several unique layers: • Moisture Control: Maintains ideal humidity levels to prevent over-drying or mold. • Oxygen Barrier: Blocks excessive oxygen exposure, which can degrade terpenes. • UV Protection: Shields the buds from harmful light that can alter their chemical composition. • Why This Matters For anyone who’s spent months cultivating a crop, ensuring the harvest cures and stores properly is the final crucial step. Grove Bags will play an essential role in preserving the quality and flavor of this Runtz grow, keeping the terps intact for that unforgettable smoke experience. A big thank you to Grove Bags for joining this journey. I can’t wait to showcase their role in the final stages of this grow! Photo Magic: Nikon P900 & Sony A6000 Capturing the Runtz in all their glory is part of the journey, and this week’s shots were nothing short of stunning. Using both the Nikon P900 and Sony A6000 allowed for crisp, detailed photos that highlight the beauty of these young plants. From their vibrant green tones to the intricate structure of their leaves, these images tell the story of strength and potential. Week 4 Veg: What It Means Week 4 in veg is a critical time in a grower’s journey. By now, the plants have developed a strong root system and are focusing on building structure. This is when: • Leaf Development Peaks: Bigger leaves mean more photosynthesis and energy production. • Growth Accelerates: Plants use this time to set the foundation for flowering, with nodes spacing out and stems thickening. • Preparation for Transplanting: Root systems are expanding, making it the perfect time to plan for a move into larger pots, as we’ll be doing next week! Looking Ahead Next week, the Runtz will graduate to larger pots—not their final AutoPot homes yet, but an essential step for continued growth. This transition will help the roots spread further, setting the stage for a thriving flowering phase. Community & Gratitude A huge thank you, as always, to my sponsors and supporters: • Aptus Holland • Pro-Mix Soil • TrolMaster Ecosystem • ThinkGrow LED • Future of Grow LED • CannaKan Germination Station • Zamnesia and Plagron for making this Eternity Cup journey so special • Ziggi Papers • And now, our newest partner: Grove Bags To the amazing Grow Diaries community, you continue to inspire me daily. I’ve been blown away by the incredible work and creativity I’ve seen in other diaries—it’s motivating and humbling all at once. Good luck to everyone; let’s make this journey one to remember! 💚 Final Thoughts From the frosty outdoors to the warmth of my grow room, these Runtz are proving their resilience and promise. Each week, I’m reminded of why I fell in love with this strain, and the excitement for what’s to come keeps growing. Stay tuned for Week 5, where we’ll delve into the transplant process, nutrient updates, and more. Let’s keep learning, growing, and sharing the magic together! Day 36 - It's week 5 already! The canopy is really gaining height day by day. Tied some more side branches down and adjusted the tie down on the main branch. Day 37 - Trying to figure out the correct watering amount. 1.5L was too much today will lower tomorrow to 1.2L. Day 38 - Plant is looking good today. Adjusted the tie downs on some branches. Watered with 1.3L and run off was still around 350ml so lowering tomorrow to 1.2L. Day 39 - Watering with 1.2L today. There was still no run off, I'm putting this down to the increased fan speeds, longer open tent periods and the plant growing more vegetation. My 2L watering can should arrive today, so I will be able to mix nutrients in one reservoir and water more accurately. Removed 3 of the bottom most fan leaves which had a branch large enough to support itself. Day 40 - Watered with 1.5L today. Removed 1 fan leaf and tied down a side branch. Run off was around 100ml. I also set the fan speed back to 1, as I think 2 was too strong for the plant and dehydration levels of the soil. Day 41 - Watered with 1.6L today. Run off of 400ml (25%). Getting pretty bushy now almost stretching to all sides of the tent. Day 42 - Watered with 1.4L today. Run off was 150ml (10%). She's now 32cm tall with the light hanging 36cm above the highest tips. That brings us to the end of Week 6. It looks like we are a day or two away from starting to flower properly. Bring on Week 7!

Lots of work this week on keeping up on training this week, buts it’s going well! I split a fork when tying her down but the duct tape fix worked great and she didn’t exhibit any stress from it surprisingly :) Each day I tighten the bindings and then defoliate about every other or 3rd day. I keep doing 2 feeds to 1 yucca flush. She now uses 3 gallons to get my saturation and 20% runoff, about every 3 days. When I yucca flush I also foliar feed her to keep things flowing, roughly 1/8-1/4 strength of my food dosage. Foliar feed mix is yucca, kelp, fulvic acid, 1-0-0 Calmag+, and a 14-0-0 ominA. And I fed that every day for 3 days until I watered her again :) Interestingly, 3 days in a row just barely began to give her N toxicity by causing a slight clawing of the mature fan leaves, but no burn in the tip, and day 4 she was flat out again :) so it was right at the edge of useable nutrients IMO. The netting is coming along nicely, lots of weaving going on, refilling the center and spreading the mains out to the corners of the tent. Tried 2 different cloning techniques, one placing them into the peat pellets from Walmart with rooting powder, and the other is a Tupperware container filled with a PH’d weak nutrient solution, and sticking the stalks through the lid into the water. Both techniques have produced roots, peat took longer but are stronger specimens. Tupperware seemed to shock them less but roots are tiny little nodules. Thanks for stopping by and checking things out :)

This week has been good both plants are growing great with no problems in there transition to flower they jus started to stretch so I hung the 600 watt lamp at 24 in and will lower it as they flower but a very productive week so far. Gonna add nutes at the end of this week so they will have some nutes to fall back on when bud sites appear

2024-07-02 The Indoor tangie shows lots of lovely buds, and she looks alittle hungry, so i started to feed her additonally to the Topdressing this week Girl looks great. BREEDER INFO Tangerine Snow F1 Fast Feminised is a 75% sativa, four-way cross of (Boost x Tangelo) with (Lavender x Power Plant). This Fast F1 hybrid is bred from Cali genetics and boasts great citrus terps, high resin production for extracts, high levels of THC, very good yields and excellent mould resistance. Tangerine Snow F1 Fast can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. Indoor flowering times are between 8 - 10 weeks while harvest time in northern latitudes is during September while in the southern hemisphere growers will be harvesting during March. Recommended climate regions are hot, dry, humid and warm. These are tall, semi-branched plants that grow in excess of 200cm and display a high degree of vigour with very good uniformity. In common with many other heavily sativa-dominant strains, Tangerine Snow F1 Fast offers excellent resistance to mould as well as to plant pests and diseases. The combination of citrus terps and plenty of resin makes thi a very good extract strain with the 'washing' method delivering very good yields of hash. The citrus terpene profile is reminiscent of mandarins and tangerines and also has sweet candy notes. THC production has been lab-verified at a strong 24% while CBD is low. The effect is uplifting and energising, perfect for use during the day and early evening.

1/29 Week 5 Nothing but the kind of problems I asked for, some white tips that mean an increase of runoff is needed. Half expected to see this as I have been varying the amount as a learning experiment. Will up to 20% for a few days In addition will be reducing nuets slightly keeping cal-mag as is until reason to change presents itself. Will be kind of boring the next couple of weeks at least till they get into the big tent. 1/30 Aeryn now at 15 inches Runoff at 40% and nuets reduced to lower pot EC Ive tossed out my old bottle of Cal-Mag I think its turned on me as these white tips did not appear until it was folded into the feed. Just no way this dose of nuets is causing the tips to show burning. 2/1 Major defoliation last night at lights out. Removed perhaps 25-40% or leaf mass on all plants to allow them to stay in the tent another two weeks. It was time to learn the process anyway, took a compromise path to doing it, some recommended taking more some less, hey sounded good to me. Plants doing very well after defoliation except for those aggravating white tips, going to be reducing Cal-Mag again to 1ml/gal and keep CT at 5ml/gal taking C-M to zero based on what I see. 2/2 Dropped Cal-Mag from feed, want to see if that has anything to do with those white tips. Runoff is at 40-50% ppm out under 900 so dam if I know. Will continue to defoliate as we go when something pokes its head where it does not belong. Otherwise they are beautiful, good job so far Fast Buds. 👍 2/3 man they recover fast, removed a few fan leaves that poked their heads where they shouldnt. Add Si to feed tomorrow for stem strength Not comfortable leaving these in veg for two more weeks, just asking for problems. So... Plan for flowering: Flipping this weekend so new week will still be veg. Removing one plant from the Moya tent to the Flowering tent to relieve space pressure as both tents will be set to 12/12 and just flower them all. Should have space in Moya to cover the few days they are in there with just three plants, have a bout 18" of light hang to work with. Thinking of moving Aeryn as she is largest and most likely to cause issues. Just not sure what the stretch is going to be 😳 2/4 The white tips were absolutely caused by the Cal-Mag, considering the doses and PPM that is puzzling to say the least. Adding Si for a few feeds to get em ready for flowering as I have no idea how these are going to grow so heading off some potentials. Plants hit 20" over night still flipping in a few days

Super stoked....The Barnes farm vanilla kush didn't germinate Evan after 5 days and some finess so....dud...the Banana has become a bush of a plant, bud sites everywhere.

It seems this little lady is the purple leaved geno type, And has already started too show her colours, I really pumped the nutrients this week as you can see, At the end of this week a stopped giving the plant these addavitves More roots, Humic acid, Growzyime, Fast bud folar spray, And big buds, And have now started too raise the house & Garden A&B soil feed and also there budXL I also started off early but as a trace amount of there top shooter, By the end of week I intend on giving them the full recommended of each and only be giving them the house and garden range at full streingh, I will then wait for the first Amber tricomb then instant flush feeds, Hopefully I get two weeks from that stage but it is often genetic so as long as I get at least one week and at least 3 feeds of water only then I'm happy

Checkout my Instagram @smallbudz to see the Small budget grow setup for indoor use, low watt, low heat, low noise, step by step. 13/12/2019 - Change the light schedule to 12-12h after 8 weeks of no signs of flowering I think is a photo not and auto. 16/12/2019 - Fed her 1.5l of 6.5PH water with 0,5ml of each: Grow, Bloom and Max, and 1ml of each: Heaven, Alga-mic and Vera, noticed about 10% run off, I use about 1/3 of the nutrient dosage on the chart, to achieve about 200/300PPM (500 scale). 17/12/2019 - Did some defoliation on the lower branches mainly.

So were at the end of week one for flower and all the plants are looking great. Over the last week my pineapple kush and old school started growing a bit faster. I'm hoping that by the end of this week I'll be able to take them off the wooden box and still have my even canopy. Well see. Grandaddy Black- she's at 22" rite now and there is a lot of possible main Cole locations Runtz muffins- 22" and not as many as the Grandaddy Black but the plant looks very healthy Pineapple kush and Old School - both are at 17" only got FIMed a few times so they have no where near as many main Cole spots but look really healthy. All and all a good week with lots of growth Happy growing everyone.

Day 89 - Harvest day has finally came for this lady & I beyond impressed, to only be in a 2 gallon pot she has put off some massive rock solid buds that smell amazing! Very strong stable genetics that’s can handle really anything you throw at it, would highly recommend especially to first time growers because this strain is so forgiving! Stay tuned for the harvest update & another run from spliff seeds because I will definitely be getting some of their strains🔥💪🏻 Thanks for following & happy growing friends!✌️🏼🙏🏼🌱

Apr 09: Things are chuggin along, i think light may have been a factor in the brown spots, seeing similar symptoms on one of the other plants but very very minor in comparison.... I think it was too little calmag, i may have locked them out mid veg by using high concentration of nutes without watering till runoff (i now know, that is a no-go), and light stress. i have had them under 850-1050 ppfd when flipped to flower... one of them is loving the light, one is big and bushy (had to defoliate later than i wanted), and one has good bud structure but pistils seem thin, and growth seems slower (the one with the brown polkadot party on its body) so thinking it may be stunted. either way, im seeing denser buds, and im learning the ropes, thats enough for me :) Apr 12: Last feed day... Trichomes look just about ready, will do 2 runoff waterings 48hrs apart, then 24-36 hr darkness... Will try to post trichome pics.... Super excited to see the improvements from this run vs last run...!
