Day 8 - First official day of veg and both ladies are right on time for a small adjustment in lighting, PH and nutrients. 10ml of Hydro A & Hydro B were added to both buckets (10L of water in each bucket) and the Milwaukee PH controller was set to work. Starting at a PH of around 7.8, it slowly worked down to a perfect 6.0 over about 50minutes. The lights were readjusted to be 60cm from the seedlings who are all between 8-10cm tall and the intensity of the lights increased to about 70% brightness. Day 9 - Cheech is taking nicely to the adjustment in light and nutrients, but CG 1 is looking a little bit too perky. Going to give her 24 hours to adjust. Day 10 - We have finally renamed CG 1. Fellow enthusiasts, meet Venezia. Day 12 - The root systems are clearly visible in the ladies today Day 13 - The ladies are looking well today. Venezia seems to be showing some light signs of heat stress with slight curling of the leaves. The lights are due to be adjusted tomorrow to account for the seedlings growth over the last week.

Things still going great. I had a bit of light burn(upturned leaf edges) so I backed off an inch or two. Other than that no major changes.

Through testing I have found just a few mls of hydrogen peroxide in your water has assisted in breaking down the seed husk, quickened seed sprouting and can prevent the seed husk from sticking to the seedling as the cotyledon leaves emerge. After the soak, planted the seed about 1/4 inch down directly into my soil mix, which is basically promix HP with worm castings, and moistened the soil with a 1 litre spray bottle of ph’d distilled water and 1 ml of Sensi Cal Mag plus 2-0-0. I have a digital humidifier which was set to 70% , and a small 250watt heater I place outside my tent behind my intake fan to draw in the warm air. Keeps the tent at a nice and cozy 25* C or 79* F. I raised my BP2500 as high as I could, and dimmed it down (manually - there is a screw on the side of the driver to adjust) to about 115watts at the wall. The seeds were planted on the evening of Aug 29/2022. I typically place a humidity dome over the pot to increase humidity during germination. All 3 sprouted on Sept 1/2022 by the end of the work day. 🌱 spent the week refilling the humidifier, and using my ph’d distilled water/cal mag solution in a spray bottle twice a day, just little spritz’s at a time. Hellow growers. Not quite sure whats going on but im now under the impression this isnt an auto as labelled. Lights have been on an 18/6 schedule but now i have set them to 12/12. I should be seeing pistils by now if it was an auto lol. I aint mad if it aint but i have veged a monster. Her stem has lots of girth her canopy is nice and even. Defoliated 22/11 Yay positive they are not automatic. So correcting info.

Hey folks 2 Nov New week. Last week flew right?. Anyhow weve hada mix of weather this past week. Some really hot 31C temps to milder very rain and cloudy days. The plants are loving it however. Iv decided for the time being to stop using chemical nutes and keep the grow organic, which is why I switched to a handful of bonemeal on the surface of each plant. Will see how they respond. Plant 1 doing really great! Really impressed by this plant. Its also very pretty with pink purple buds and has not once showed any signs of sickness. It just keeps low and bushy and keeps shooting up those buds. They top buds are gradually fattening up nicely as the leaves of the plant become dark green. Plant 2 confuses me a bit. Its in flower alright but the rate of bud produ tion is super slow, and pistil count at 1 time is also low??? Reveging maybe?? Looks very healyhy however Plant 3 almost ready for harvest. Been flushing for a week now, waiting of the final pistils stzge and ambering of trichs before chopping Iv also included some pictures of my growth patch with smaller plants surrounding. After 65 days of flowering, the Mimosa was removed and dried. I was quite satisfied with this plant. it was easy to grow and didn't need much maintenance.. the smell is exactly like mandarin as described by Barneys Farm. buds are quite heavy, very hard and compact. The harvest was weighed after hanging the plant in the tent for seven days. (54.9g) trimmed weight, Now it's drying in glass jars ✌️🏻😎
