So the LST was going great until I accidently snapped the main stem. felt horrible but didn't give up and taped it back. couple of days later the leaves seems kind of dead but I saw new growth so I guess it worked!!!! other then that, stretch is now going hard.

Week 4 has begun. LST (Low Stress Training) is starting to show its effects: most of the shoots have grown past the rim of the pot and are being tied down further away from the center—this will continue until the stretch begins. During the stretch phase, no further training will be done; the plants will be allowed to grow upwards undisturbed. I’m curious to see how many shoots will be in the desired position by then, and whether all the shoots or bud sites will be on an even level after the stretch. Until then, defoliation will continue as needed, and tying down will be adjusted accordingly.

This week was kinda fun.. no clue what I'm doing but just decided to go with it and hope for the best. I've watched a few videos but I'm a hands on learner so I got this!

First time to ever do this method. My lessons learned here were: (1) Remove the wine bottle label! The heat from the water is minimized if paper label remains. (2) Dry your hash properly if you want a temple ball at the end. Small fine grains if needed... to ensure the last of the moisture escapes. And it smokes and melts away. (3) Hashmasters of GrowDiaries are telling me that BubbHash can't be bricked or temple balled in general. Hmmm... So it isn't my error then .. it's the hash! 🤣🤣 I’ll keep on trying the Frenchie method until I get it. 😅 Wish me luck!

08/21/2018 Day 1 week 3 Starting the week with second set of leaves,1st real leaves single leaves, second set is 3. It looks like one of the seedling leave is fading?.. Watching, maybe add nutes ? this week 08/22/2018 First root touching water! Here come the roots!🙏 for good week. Not sure when I add nutes. Maybe mid week. The codytledons (seedling leaves) are still healthy suggesting to me they still have nutes for seedling growth. 08/25/2018 More leaves,more roots,still no nutes,codytledons still looking good no fade. 08/26/2018 Uploaded root shots, codytledons may be withering away look closer tomorrow mornin 08/27/2018 Got up to 90° in tent, I turned on the red spectrum last night at 25%, Blue spectrum is at 100% Also some signs that codytledons turning pale, nutes coming soon 1/2 strength 💪 of course see how she responds increase as needed.

Hello Diary, White Widow has finished the first week of flowering. The flowers are forming nicely all over the plant and it has been 28 days since the beginning of the vegetation. White Widow has grown 20 cm this week and is now 50 cm tall. The main cola has started to rise above the other branches, it has started to form its final shape. Soon it will start to stagnate with growth and will direct all its energy into the flowers. The leaves are a healthy dark green color and show no signs that the plant is missing anything. Summer temperatures are slowly falling, nothing significant but every degree of lower temperature makes me happy. This week the average was 28 degrees and rarely exceeded. The humidity in the grow box is around 50% which is ok. Watering is a little more frequent, every three days, and sometimes every other day. They require significantly more water than has been usual on my little farm so far. I still add CalMg but from this week I started adding BIO-BLOOM Fertiliser. I prepare 9 liters of water, add the nutrients listed and lower the pH to 6.0. I water all three plants on the Farm with this amount. A few days before the end of the week, I cleaned the lower part of the plant to allow it better air flow and to make it easier for me to water. I also increased the intensity of the LED lights to 80% at the very beginning of the week. Here's what the past week looked like. 15/08/2024 - Day 22. Watering. The soil was very dry and the leaves were slightly drooping. I watered each plant with 3 liters of water. I put 1ml/liter CalMg and 1.5 ml/liter Bio-Bloom Fertilizer in the water. 18/08/2024 - Day 25. Watering. The soil is very dry again and the leaves are slightly drooping. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 21/08/2024 - Day 28. Official end of the first week of flowering. After taking photos, I watered all three plants at the Farm. After switching the light schedule, our supposed "autoflowers" have finaly started to show signs of actually flowering. Week 9, what a trip. This grow is full of surprises and new lessons for me: the potting mix i have used for this grow is apparently purely peat (black and white peat moss) with perlite mixed in. After digging into some more information about all kinds of soils i found out that i was apparently growing "hydroponically" because this is apparently a soilless mix. The world is full of surprises 😅 This does explain a lot of the stuff that i've been trying to deal with in the last few weeks: first and foremost my plants were looking like they were developing a range of different nutrient deficiencies. I still find it hard to tell which ones, but symptoms ranged from decoloration and deformation of the lower leafs up to small burnt tips on the developing flowers, new growth being brittle and signs that looked like underwatering. I'm convinced that this has a lot to do with the fact tht this is a soilless medium with 0 pre-supplied nutrients (the light mix does supply nutrients for a week or two, but no more). I've been going really slow on the feeding because in previous runs i tended to overfeed and had issues with that, so therefore only used about a quarter to half of the recommended dosages. So, at this point i've completely switched up my feeding: i bought 2 new bottles of hydroponic fertilizers (GHE Bloom and GHE Micro) and i'm using those in addition to a little bit of plagron terra grow - to make sure the plant also gets its fair share of nitrogen. After 3 days of watering with this stuff (both at 2ml/L) the plants are almost literally screaming "THANK YOU!" and seem to be really benefitting from this new insight and change of strategies.
