Strange week for the plants as I switch in Hygrozyme Enzyme to help with the roots. A lot of dead tissue being consumed by beneficial microbes and fungi. PH rise more than 10 fold every 24 hours while EC levels rise by a point or two. The old roots are dying and being consumed new while bright, crisp, white roots are appearing. New growth is vigorous and the plants seem to enjoy the transition as hard as it is. 10/18, day 74 While only getting a tiny bit taller, the colas are bulking up, trichomes are developing, and the colors are amazing. She's so pretty! We're starting to take more stemmed leaves off in preparation for harvest, and they are ready to come off, with beautiful yellow fading. There are sooooo many reddish-orange hairs, and it seems most of the tops are being taken over by purples now. 10/21, day 77 Violet's leaves are turning brown and beginning to curl now. When looking at her trichomes, it seems there is not as much amber today as there was yesterday somehow. Every time we open the cabinet, it seems she has changed. 10/23 day 79 Violet has been exploding with trichomes the last couple of days, and I'm just like WOW!! Upon doing more research on trichomes and their development, I found an article that explains things so nicely (Link: https://www.greencultured.co/cannabis-trichomes-overview/ ) In this article, I learned about the three different types of trichomes: bulbous, capitate sessile, and capitate stalked. The stalked being the tall pretty ones we like to see, which also contain the most resin. At a certain point, the short sessiles develop into the stalked, increasing from 30% to 80-90%. This is kind of far down the article in the section titled "Latest Cannabis Trichome Research." It also explains that the stalked trichomes contain 16 cells while sessile trichomes only contain 8, so the stalked trichome explosion Violet has been having is doubling her medicinal value. I believe that her increasingly strong smell is a sign that this is good information, so I encourage you to check it out. I do not know them, nor have any arrangements with them, I really did just find the article that helpful. Oh, Violet, our time together is going to be over soon!!

Will definitely be running 420 fastbuds plants again soon. Smoke is amazing. Tastes like strawberries and cream and nice energizing high. Would definitely recommend.

everything in the second week of flower went well. she really stretched and the buds quickly started getting fat. also every watering i would notice a very strong odor of weed. december 22nd 2021: gaver her last half of gallon used in last feeding. also nothing was tested. ph tested at 6.6 last feeding and it usually comes out a little higher after a few days. january 1st 2022 i noticed the first trichomes.

Ok folks, gunna be one armed for another 6 weeks so I'm just the conductor the true heroes will go unseen. Everything is alive atleast, had a scare yesterday as things got so dried out everything went limp but an hour after feed turned back around. Noticed some yellowing and other coloring coming thru on alot of leaves so I bumped ppm up a little bit this last feed. They dont look like they have a deficiency, it's weird, they look beautiful but with a premature fade almost. I really like Green Buzz' line up/regiment I just have to dial it in which isnt easy since it's a multi strain crop and various size plants. It's very easy to use and makes me feel good knowing it's not poison. Did a minor leaf strip around the tent just to make things fit better. I'll copy and paste this to the diaries for the rest of the crop per usual but go into a little more detail on each plant individually. Pics and vids were taken on day 28 of flower. I'm trying to keep up with these as best I can from start to finish, the flip date was 6.10.19, today is 7.9.19. The first one is pretty amazing, its showing pinkish red pistils early and just has a unique structure. I posted a shot on IG and someone pointed out what looked to be a sac in the middle of a flower. I double checked tonight and couldn't find any signs of germs but will pay attention over the next week just to be safe. It would be a shame if this doesnt get to finish out, thankfully I kept a cut of her. Runtus Cuntus in the corner been pissin me off since day one and still being a dick. V4, están creciendo rápido, desde este punto empezaré con una EC de riego más alta 1.5~1.8, hace 3 días que aparecieron las primeras hojas verdaderas, por lo cual la etapa de vegetación ha iniciado. V6, el día anterior tuvieron un riego con pH 6.2 y EC 1.7, se me pasó el agua y quedaron algo tristes, pero ya se recuperaron hoy, todas las stash presentan puntos de decoloración en las primeras hojas, las cookies están en perfecto estado. Están comenzando a salir raíces por el fondo de los vasos(algo que nunca me había pasado con otras genéticas) además se ven muy gruesas las raíces, están pidiendo transplante ya, en unos días serán transplantadas.
