Well not alot to report this week guys. The gals have been responding well to the 600w, the vertical height has stopped and we are just making some fat juicy buds. All the colas are really starting to develop. The very first few pistols are turning orange. Guessing we have around 3 weeks to go. The microscope is out and ready but trichomes still all glass like. Working on getting a camera with a good zoom hopefully I get one in time if not will be able to upload trichome pictures in future grows. Have been keeping the feeds at 2.7ml this week and will be 2.2ml next week until the flush period. I will upload the complete feed schedule I have done with these plants on the harvest week upload. Can see the leaves showing signs of deficiencies still but guess this is good at this stage and makes sense with the tapering off of nutes. Noticed the cool air was condensing on the intake tube and that is the reason our back right plant has a few burnt leaves etc, drops of water have been dropping on it and frying the leaf under the light. When you rub the flowers and smell your fingers get a lovely minty/chocolaty sweet kind of smell, its absolutely incredible and makes me want to smoke these juicy buds even more no... but good things come to those who wait they say! Day 64 02/09/24 Monday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with calmag. Day 66 04/09/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today only. Smell is really coming on strong now!! Day 69 07/09/24 Saturday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only today. Depression has hit, so has mould 🤦‍♂️😔 Had to chop her main colar, and two sides, so the overall production will be more than halfed... But I will finish diary off till she completes. I hope I saved her

Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next 12-14 days +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience with this Ten Week cultivar! She's beginning to really get frosty now and I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she's not going to make the 65 days in flower 'suggested' by the breeder and will probably go a bit longer, closer to 70 +/- days, but we'll have to see what her trichomes have to say! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. 1/12/23 all plants stretching nicely. P4 is vary one sided and P1-3 have similar structures. Starting 12/12 cycle tomorrow, still no pre-flower but should have signs by the end of next week. Hoping for at least 2 oz of or each plant.

📆 Harvest Week, 28 May - 4 June 2024 28-29 May - Observed and let the plant mature. 30 May- 3 Jun - Flushed plant. 4 Jun - Harvest (see pictures). 📑 The final week. Harvest time. Although I have destroyed my netting getting her cut the way I want to hang, it was well worth it. Larger limbs take a little longer to dry and that is what I need, a slower dry. For this reason I’m only removing larger and yellowing leaves. I’m hoping on 14 days in a closet controlled environment at 55% RH and 70 degrees F. Then it will be trimmed and placed into 1 quart mason jars with Boveda 62% TerpShield, and burped daily until a RH of 62% is maintained for long term storage. Overall Grow Review: With all environmental conditions met, this plant can get as big as you want it to. But to get big buds you have to carefully balance your nutrients to get maximum production. Reflecting back over the weeks, this is what ultimately caused the buds to be smaller than anticipated. I do not believe she was adequately feed during flower. This is a much bigger plant than I am normally use to growing, and I did not get into the habit of checking the solution PPM in-between scheduled weekly feeding changes. So when she started flowering I suspect she became a more heavy feeder, nutrients should have been changed twice per week or every 5 days depending. Only a guess. Would I grow it again? This is not my first Wedding Cake grow - so absolutely! Smoq Report: The smoke has a very strong effect that comes on slow and stays for a while! A nice head and body buzz that brings out talk and laughter. Nice for recreational or medicinal use. What a great week it’s been!today is day 65 from seed!! One of the Forbiddin Runtz got it’s last feeding on Friday and will get flushed for 2 weeks and will be ready for dry and cure! The rest will still remain getting same dose of nutes the rest of this week and most likely into the next! This batch felt like it went so quick ! Hope you all enjoy an watch out for next week !
