Mandarin XL auto is doing some bulking. She had a solution change early week. Been selectively defoliating around her center to open her up to more light. Week 16 - 06/28 - 07/04 Light - 200 W HPS & 265 W LED Day Temperature - 78 F Night Temperature - 68 F Humidity - 40 +/-5 D59 Flower - Came home from vacation to some fat sugar coated buds! I flushed them with FloraKleen and molasses, this should be the last one before I snip down the main colas. Since they are close to harvest, I spent about an hour defoliating so harvest will go a little quicker. D60 Flower - So I pulled the ladies out to breathe, take pics, and to do a partial harvest. I cut the main colas off of all the plants and am allowing the lower bud sites to dense up. Until I harvest the lower part, here is the wet weight by plant: RG 1 - 177 g. RG 2 - 214 g. RG Clones - 88

Week 1 Day 1 - Clones #1 and #2 are looking alright, not super strong and slight nutrient deficiency issues, but OK. Will just observe for now. - These clones are currently under a very mild CFL light (20 cm away and about 200 ppfd measured roughly by phone app - Tent Buddy.) - Clone #3 still need to be covered to maintain moisture. Yesterday I un-cupped the clone and it wilted a lot. This morning it looks better again after a night of rest under the plastic cup. - I've checked the run off and these clone's pH are so low, while TDS are so high (pH 5.7 and TDS 800pm). This evening, I flushed them with pH 6.5 water and brought the runoff to about pH 6.0 and 350 ppm) Week 1 Day 2 - Just foliage spray with mild CalMag this morning. Soil is still moist, so no watering. Week 1 Day 3 - Just minor watering today. Glad to see the clones are doing well as they are growing a bit everyday. Will transfer them to 3 gallon airpots with new soil mix soon. Week 1 Day 4 - Foliage spray with mild CalMag and Seaweed. Add 5ml of 250 ppm of balanced NPK nutrients AN B52 for each plant. Week 1 Day 5 - Foliage spray with mild CalMag and Seaweed. Transfer them to 3 gallon airpots. Week 1 Day 6 - Foliage spray with mild CalMag and Seaweed. Skip watering. The clones responded OK to the new airpots. Week 1 Day 7 - TBA

Kept defoliating and spraying the plants with Cannacure every 3-4 days. I'll be on holiday tomorrow so my roommate will take care of the plants for 2.5 weeks. How much longer would you guys say until harvest? I'm not so sure, could be 10 days or 3 weeks if you ask me...

Thank you all for this amazing support on this bananas journey💚💚💚 Uploading and updating each week content on daily bassis so please revisit this diary if week not over yet. So far all going great. Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week! It's only 3 weeks today from when the seed packs were opened. Pretty incredible if you ask me. If you're curious, I kept the nutes at about 1/8 to 1/4 strength until transplant. That's when I upped nutes according to my chart.

Starting these Sweet cheese F1, inside a home made SpaceBucket. It has a Chinese UFO LED (150W - 70 W real) and a strip of white LEDs. I plan on scrog and topping + LST. Im aiming to get 75 g dried from one plant. I will use TopCrop ferts along the proccess. Lets see whats up! I've been feeding it since day 5. Water PH: 6.0 Top Crop Deep Underground & Top Veg. One feed is water only, and another one is with those nutrients. I feed her 50 ml of water every 2-3 days.

So I am entering week 2 of the 12/12 flip, the ladys are showing sex so hopefully later in the week I will get actual pistils so I can start counting down flower days. Day 9 seen pistils but I had to perform a major defoliation as under the canopy was bad and I didnt want powdery mildew due to leafs sweating ect. Day 10 24 hours after defoliation, you could not tell I done a thing to them, im hoping its just a odd leaf now and then thru the rest of the flowering period. Any advice is welcome guys 🙏 I will be adding more fans for airflow. Day 12 of the flip and the girls are on there way to becoming ladys lol I think there's going to be a few nice kolas in there when done, ordered the new box fan for the floor to create more airflow to reduce the risk of pm and mold. I need to top up soil as roots are showing so under the net I go again. Wish me luck.
