Fourth week the plants are growing very well, with very dense foliage. I performed the first defoliation and applied LST on G1 and G2 that were already with a larger structure to plan the size of the cannopie.

Flush week

Compost tea turned out well, let it go for 26 hours total and geared it towards fungal. Also took some soil samples several days later around the stalks and found a lot of nematodes and protozoa which is what you want to see. Lots of different types of nematodes so what your looking for are the bacterial feeders (there are charts online that show you how to identify them). Mycorrhizae can be identified by it's dark colour, uniformity and segmented nature. Testate amoebas live in a translucent shell like a snail and are easy to spot but hard to spot moving due to my shitty microscope, but look for the tentacles. Also found some eggs with movement inside, no idea what they are but they have vacuoles and flagella. She is really getting sticky and smelly now; berries with herb notes. You can see the resin stretching over the trichomes in the last pic. No signs of senescence yet so I'm not going to feed them, they should have plenty of food anyway as this is a second run of the same soil.

Die beiden Melonade Runtz Pflanzen stehen einmal vorne in der Mitte und einmal hinten in der Mitte. Also quasi hintereinander. Die hintere Melonade Runtz ist Pheno#2 und die vordere Melonade Runtz ist Pheno#1. Die Pflanzen werden jetzt auf die Blüte vorbereitet und mein Blütedünger wurde schon zugegeben. Ich bin sehr gespannt auf die Blütephase und auf die ersten Gerüche von Melonade Runtz. Sie riecht jetzt schon sehr lecker fruchtig.

Hey everyone :-). Today we have flowering day 30 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. This week they continued to develop very well 😍. The two babies in front will probably stay in their small size, which is not a problem because the small tent is intended for such test purposes 😀. Nevertheless I will do Scrog again next time 👍🤪. The flowers have started to swell and the resin is starting to spread 😍. A new water heater was installed and the tent was cleaned. The water was changed every 12-15 days. Otherwise there is nothing to report this week. **Week 8 - Third Week of Flower** Things are getting wild in the Donutz tent! After the insane stretch last week, the plants have turned the space into a full-on jungle. The start of Week 8 called for drastic measures, and the results are setting the stage for explosive bud production. **Key Updates**: - **Aggressive Defoliation**: On Day 1 of the third flower week, the plants underwent a *brutal* defoliation. Every bud site that had started to develop its own leaves was stripped of its fan leaves, allowing light to flood the canopy. Even the smallest sites now have excellent exposure, giving them the best chance to mature into chunky nugs in the coming weeks. Despite the intensity of the trim, the plants are resilient and primed to bounce back strong. - **Boosted Nutrients**: To support the plants after the stress of defoliation, I added another 5-6g of Greenhouse Feeding Bloom per plant. This ensures the soil stays nutrient-rich and gives the plants the resources they need to recover and thrive. - **Watering**: Still rocking reverse osmosis (RO) water, ensuring clean and efficient hydration without any surprises. **Observations**: - The canopy is significantly cleaner and more open, with light now reaching deeper into the lower sections. - The plants are handling the defoliation well, with no immediate signs of stress or shock. - Bud sites are already looking promising, with visible development and an even distribution across the canopy. **Looking Ahead**: The next few weeks will be all about letting the plants recover and watching the buds stack up. With improved light penetration and a fresh dose of nutrients, everything is lined up for some impressive development. The Donutz are thriving, and the Florida Gang vibes are at an all-time high — the tent is set to deliver big!

About to start week 8 of flush

The buds are starting to get a little bit bigger all the time. But they really don't look like they are ready to ripen anytime soon. The smell is still really earthy almost swamp like when I open the tent. The smell of the resin that coats your fingers is strongly lemon strawberry with a fuel undertone. my temps are down a few degrees to under 79 degrees during the day and humidity is under control. I've raised up the C02 ppm to 1500 on the autopilot with a 100 ppm swing. The sheer mass of plants is really pushing this setup to the max. I'm glad that I'm really fully controlling the environment. I was not anticipating this much height. I'm only going to lose a few buds to bleaching it looks like.

D-50 : Everyone is doing great ! The one that had a difficiency alert a couple of weeks ago has recovered. Thanks to the community's helpers ! I setup the net 2 days ago so the flowers are driven to the light and covers maximum of space in the tent. Well, with only 3 strains, I'm not sure it's very usefull, but later would be too late, so I'm doing that now. I already know when I'm going to harvest those girls cause I will be in hollydays for one week at the end of december. So, I'll harvest between the 19th december. I also know what will be my next grow : 3 Shogun (RQS) with 3 Chocolate Haze (RQS). All of themp in the 1m² box. I'll try main-lining with two time toppings on them. They should be a litle less tall after that and optimizing the flower production. At the same time I will test the SmartPots. I think I'm good for a 19 weeks session with 7-8 week veg. and 9-10 weeks flo. So I could start the session at the very bigining of january in the second box (Secret Jardin DP60) while the first session is gently drying... D-53 : all is good :) just add Biobizz Microbes today. Let’s see ! D-55 : add Calmag today to the nutrients. Hope it will help the litle Pinapple that shows a bit of deficiencies.

I was out of town last week and the girls kept fattening up nicely. Nothing new to report.

Well she made it another week and tbh I think I'll go about two more days with her in dim light. She got another coating of terps a few days ago and she looks ready🧐😍😍😍

So things are going well can’t wait to get them in that system and the sensor push has been a great 50$ spent on it

My baby and I are reconsidering the path of our relationship. I made some mistakes that slowed her development. To be more precise, I placed the pot directly in the run-off water tray of her sisters. I couldn't get it why she was showing signs of overwatering until I made the connection: - She was sucking on the runoff water. So... that fucked things up a bit. It resulted in slow growth and eventually Nitrogen deficiency. I basically didn't feed her anything this week(not on purpose at least). I transplanted her in an 18l pot today, and I'm considering taking her out in the greenhouse in 4-5 days when I'm going to flip the other ladies to 12/12. I really like her genes so far, so easy to play with! <3 👆 So the thought is that she would get about 10 weeks to mature into a fine lady in the greenhouse until the coco ladies will be finished, then I will move her in and bloom her. What do you think about that idea?

So the Northern Lights free seed from RQS ended up out living all 3 of the Dosidos’ “USA Premium” seeds that all died within the first week of sprouting, hopefully an explanation will be found for this as I have not been able to come to any conclusion as to what happened. Long live the lights amiright

At day 20, I can see that the strech phase is almost over. The girls are now expressing a more specific nose, even if they share a similar aromatic profile of exotic fruits. They all share that same tropical funk back ground (myrcene/terpinolene), but some of them (#2 and 4) got a solid punch of sour lemon. Week 3 for the solo is officially complete. She's been growing with no trouble. Root development has been excellent. As you can see, I decided to mainline. Seeing as she's in a solo cup, I'm not too worried about stunting. I'm horrible at measuring the water intake, but the cup needs to be watered daily. It's as lite as a feather everyday.
