Hello Diary, Cherry Pie has finished its last week, I harvested it two days after taking the photo. 73 days since I put the seeds in the ground. 65 days since the start of the vegetation. Really very fast. But the result is impressive as you can see in the photos. The flowers are large and dense, the branches bend slightly under their weight. The main cola is especially large and full of large flowers covered in trichomes. The flowers are very hard to the touch and sticky under the fingers, especially the flowers on the main cola. The leaves have started to turn autumn yellow which is also an indicator of its maturity. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells like plants when I open the grow box. Watering was standard, every three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lowered the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. After taking the photos, I left it in the grow box for two more days to drink all the water from the soil to make it easier to dry. Before cutting, I removed all the leaves from the plant to also make drying faster and have less work to trim the dried flowers. After cutting, I left it upside down in the grow box to dry. Now all that remains is to see how much it has really rewarded me. See you when that happens. Here's what the last week looked like. 19/09/2024 - Day 57. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.0 and used that amount to water all three plants on the farm. 22/09/2024 - Day 60. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 24/09/2024 - Day 62. I watered them all with 1.5 liters of water each plant so that they were fresh for the photo shoot. 25/09/2024 - Day 63. End of the last, 9th week since Cherry Pie began its journey. Photo shoot. 27/09/2024 - Day 65. Cherry Pie has been harvested. Day 85. Watering with clean water. Day 86. Watering with fertilizets. I cut off old leaves, and a little larger ones that create a lot of shadow. Day 87. Watering with clean water. Day 88. Watering with fertilizers. Day 89. Watering with clean water. Day 90. Watering with fertilizers. Day 91. Watering witch clean water.

Buds getting big and fat, smell is awesome. Everything going according to plan. A little defoliation this week of old leaves. Low fertilization, and some worm humus added on top. Solid guano was also added and mixed on the top of the soil.

I really didn't do much lst because it's our first and we have more than enough to deal with. They're coming along fine. Only issue is old watering technique. I'd accidentally get water on the leaves n it burnt them a smidge. I've since changed the way I water....more carefully with a hose attached. The mimosa autoflower r n amended soil. The others r Fox farm ocean happy frog and coco loco.

10/2 They made it to their forever pots. Next Saturday we'll be hitting 2 months from sprout and as a whole its been a pleasure to grow these plants. They all are a very healthy green and seem to be happy. Temperatures in the region may have unexpectedly slowed them down (I grow in a basement) because temps have plummeted from around 78 with the lights on to as low as 71! I don't think they like it either. Growth has slowed with it. Never fear, space heater is here. Everything thing needs to be dialed in for the next few weeks because I want explosive growth over the next 21 days. Going to try a SST somewhere in there. Parsing through all this bro science isn't easy but it sure is fun to experiment. It allegedly gives you good root growth and provides crucial enzymes. Almost sounds too good to be true but I'm going to see how it goes regardless. I heard you can use I wide variety of seeds but alpha alpha is the only one I have on hand. Wish me luck. As for the plants: Moby= beast. I'd be a fool not to attempt to clone her. Vigorous grower and responds well to training. Not a demanding eater either, at least so far. Loving this freebie from NASC. Highly recommend them if you're in the northeast US looking for a local seed bank. GZ 1 = steady. Probably the biggest back slide if you want to call it that. Spotted some yellowing on lower leaves but they are shaded by this ones thick canopy. May not even be an issue but we keep an eye on it. Probably the biggest critic of the lowering temperatures because she's slowed down in the past 2 days. Gz2= trooper. She had a rougher upbringing and she's got a far different shape than the other two because of it. But with a little work I'm sure soon both GZ will be indistinguishable from one another. Banana daddy= forgot to take pics of her. Man have I been growing autoflowers all wrong. I may have fed this plant once. Though it should be noted that the soil I put her in was amended with alpha alpha, fish bone meal, and guano. She seems to really enjoy it so far. Not a single yellow leaf. Droopy at times though which is odd. Also some tacoing on new growth that ends up correcting itself as the leaf gets bigger. Double odd. Next time I do an auto run I'm definitely doing much less in terms of feeding and maintenance. Loving your plants too much can be deadly. Starting to figure them out though so I'm happy I did at least one. I'll post in a few days when I water my photos again.

È stata una settimana difficile perché il meteo al centro Italia è impazzito totalmente questo periodo, pioggia abbondante e sbalzi di temperatura hanno dominato per tutta la settimana e la prossima settimana sono previsti altri temporali fastidiosi. Nonostante queste anomalie del meteo le bellissime dutchfemseeds autofiorenti direttamente nel terreno non temono la pioggia, non hanno paura del fresco notturno, non hanno paura del terreno totalmente bagnato ed infangato ma bensì continuano a crescere rapidamente e di tipo compatto, le prime diramazioni ai 3 internodi sono già evidenti e le piante iniziano di già a mostrare i primi peletti bianchi, tra circa dieci giorni si vedranno le prime infiorescenze e come ogni anno le autofiorenti della dutchfem seeds ogni varietà crescerà in maniera epocale e piene di infiorescenze gustose e resinose! Adorano il clima italiano ed io adoro sempre di più queste varietà così complete!
