So far so good, eager to have the auto flowers finish up so I can focus on the photo period. Both auto flowers are being fed full strength with big bud powder added as well. Trained the photoperiod with plenty of lst hoping to start flowering her in 2 weeks max

Hey growmies, this was unexpected but the plants were ready for harvest after just 8 weeks. I bought a new tricome microscope and checked the trichomes on the three Mimosa ladies. To my surprise all three plants had milky trichomes and even amber ones already. There were still many white pistils on the buds but looks can be deceiving 😁 With milky and amber trichomes the plants have reached their full potential so it’s time to harvest them. The late bloomer and the fast grower had the most buds, but the hash plant had the most trichomes by far. It took me 3,5 hours to wet trim the buds and after trimming I had enough scissor hash to load my Pax vape and try it out. The taste was unmistakably orange/tangie and really sweet. The effect was a strong head high, almost trippy and slowly fading into a super relaxing body stone. This will be my new favorite strain for sure ✌️ Smoke report The Mimosa Orange Punch has a very nice taste. It's mostly tangie/orange with a citrus taste that lingers in your mouth minutes after taking a hit. The effect is also great. At first the effect seems a very mellow and pleasant head high, after 30 minutes it changes to a more relaxing/sedative state where I almost fell asleep on the couch. After this it changes back to the very uplifting and clear head high. I made some rosin from the keef in the trimbin and it had a stronger body effect compared to the flower. But also excellent taste! This is an excellent smoke for both day and nightime. I can recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty smoke while getting things done.

I am not on facebook instagram twitter etc All accounts except this one are fake. Harvest day 71 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Blue Dream 1 started showing lots of rust spots and yellowing on leaves so I added more CalMag+ Iron to the reservoir believing the symptoms to be a deficiency in CalMag. Blue Dream 3 also still showing signs of CalMag deficiency.
