At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Week 5 The soil started to stabilize, the plants are less stressed and the production is satisfactory. Apparently the worst is over, I have watered every 2 days on average. These strains are for approximately 9 weeks of flowering, soon HARVEST. In the half of week 5, it was add 205W of Citizen and Epstar COBs. TOTAL 565W.

This strain was a pain in the ass honestly. I will never grow bagseeds again, when real genetics are so cheap. This plant hermmed so I have a metric fuckton of seeds that I have no idea what to do with. But for a first grow, this plant was really good at letting me know when I was doing something wrong. My other runs suffered the same treatment, but their strong genetics didn't mind as much. But this plant, this plant bitched and moaned about everything. Its leaves faded like 2 weeks early. It had all these weird mutations. When she was a babe (Weeks 1-4), I literally thought that she died from how she didn't grow much at all. Every other plant I've popped since, has been a dream compared to this one. But now I know how to diagnose all these things. I feel like I got 10 grows worth of wisdom in one. So for that, I am thankful. RIP Big Bertha. You may be gone but, with the amount of seeds you've given me, your lineage will never die.

Sono felice è stata una settimana perfetta, clima estivo caldo ed umido e fresco di notte è ormai arrivato e stabile. Continuano tutte a fiorire in maniera assurda, sono quasi tutte piene di infiorescenze gonfie, dure e molto resinose ed appiccicose, nessun insetto o parassita delle piante riesce ad invadere le piante, stanno morendo tutti appiccicati alla resina! Si intravedono i primi tricomi di colore ambrato e per molte piante ormai mancano un paio di settimane alla raccolta mentre per il resto delle piante tra circa tre settimane saranno tutte pronte per la raccolta! Si sente un forte odore nauseante di frutta incensata, e odorarle significa avere poi il naso appiccicato di resina per ore! La maggioranza delle piante supera il metro e cinquanta centimetri di altezza ma sono molto piene di diramazioni stracolme di infiorescenze dure e appiccicose, ogni varietà ha il suo forte odore particolare e viene l'acquolina in bocca! Ultima settimana di nutrienti poi solo acqua pura! Ci vogliono circa un litro di acqua a pianta ogni due giorni con questo caldo ma ormai la magica fine è vicina! Great week! Explosive growth was the theme, and over the past 3 days they've gained 4 inches. I was inspired by a few growers on here to do more lst this round, we will see if it pays off or not. Finicky is still doing very well, I would say she's outpacing the other plant at this point. Started my bloom nutrients, and began to wean them off the veg nutes. There are plenty of nodes for buds, but a lot of them haven't shot up yet like some of the main stalks. The right plant was looking a little droopy this morning, realized they were probably an inch too close to the light. Hoping to get another week of stretch out of them, but I could see them shifting into bud production mode soon. Excited to see what's coming up over the next few weeks, stay tuned ladies and gentlemen!

Final day of Veg. 12 hours darkness starts tonight! Watered with hybrid bloom, calmag, silica and brix to start it off.

End of week 5 for Purple Lemonade FF. This week was better than the last week. She's bouncing back from her issues.She is still developing and stretching slowly. No signs of pre-bloom yet. I just fed her Goldleaf feterlizer and I did some defoliation to the bad leaves. Hopefully week 6 is better.

Harvested at day 85. I was a bit busy and didn’t take care of my girls enough, but they somehow managed to offer me very good yield and amazing terpenes! I can totally recommend this strain for everybody, who feels themself a cannabis connoisseur like myself😋 Dry weight is 182g and one of my plant turned out to be purple and got a really sweet smell and taste like candy and purple berries🍇 After curing I hope it gonna be more tasty, but I can just barely feel that hay bouquet. In conclusion it is a very forgiving plant, fast, beautiful and taaaaaasty, good to use LST and picking off lower bud sites early gonna make big fat buds on top and a little defoliation too. Lovely week! Done a little defoliating along the way while positioning her branches into the scrog, some i had to use ties to manipulate the branches where I wanted them in the scrog. Started by bending the main through the scrog then tying it back like an S, and the lowers I gave a little bend daily and then tied with pipe cleaners until she goes into full bloom and shoots her secondary stems up and matures! Can’t wait that’s probably days away for me but a week for yall! But follow my insta and there you hey dailies! 💚💯 thank you gromies

Start by saying 2 are in flush now! (Black cream and sunset sherbet) I used flawless finish on them and then water from then on! Started to see some fades within a few days with the black cream and sunset sherbet leaves have lightened up, just awaiting some fades! And I’m watching under a 50x loupe to aim for the perfect harvest! The aromas are crazy in there got all sorts going on until I touch one and identify it’s aromas but as expected everything is going to be full of terps and resin! On the end road now! Flush next feeds for the purple punch and forbidden runtz! I’ve added a picture of the royal creamatic I took out as it’s just jumped into flower! Glad I took her out now too as she has some coverage and I wouldn’t want to lose no light at this stage! End result with dynomyco! IS… use it highly recommend. I’m using it in all my grows from now on! It’s a great additive providing your plants with a lot more beneficial bacteria that aid the myco and allow the plant to uptake nutrients better and gain a lot more stability so it’s a must! Easy grow, nice pretty plant, kept it small and performed lst early on, nice dense hard buds, wish I had space to run them all. I will be running the rest of my seeds very soon.

The second week wasn't too problematic for Super Skunk #1. The seedling is steadily growing and I went forward with only feeding it distilled water. I recently came across some growing information and heard about the magic of bokashi so I figured I would incorporate it into my grow this time around to see the effects. I also decided that based on my experience last grow, I would switch over to a more kelp based nutrient during flower. What I came to realize (amongst other things) was that I had most likely underfed my plants during flower, and although my "no bottled nutrients" challenge got me through veg. without a problem, it appeared that my plants could have used a bit of a boost during flower. This time around I plan on sticking to: -rice water -coconut water -banana peel water -onion/garlic peel water during veg. and once I decide to flip to flower I will go back to using my trusty Green Plant "Medi-one" bottled organic nutrients. *the second plant that I replanted is looking pretty strange so I'm thinking I might need to germinate another seed*😑
