UPDATE: New dry bud jarred up and bud shot pictures as well as ice bubble hash run pictures. Harvest day! Oh how amazing it has been. After 48 hours of darkness with just the dehumidifier and fan going, the smell of sweetness and gas filled our nostrils when the tent was opened to get the girls out. Unfortunately I couldnt get very good pictures with the lighting against the tent but got some decent results where I could use natural lighting. Ive got some more pictures on the way so check back for some dry bud shots as well as some macro shots of the trichomes. With the help of a couple good friends, we got the gloves and trimming scissors out and trimmed the girls down in about 2 - 3 hours while listening to music and smoking some joints (wth some added scissor hash between trims 😜). We only did a basic trim (taking off the fan leaves as well as the larfy/popcorn buds which then went into the freezer which will be used as a fresh frozen ice bubble hash run) as I like to leave a good amount of the leaves on during the drying process but not too much as the humidity is quite high at the moment anyway so I dont have to worry about overdrying. Overall this strain was super easy to grow but I can chalk that up to the environment and nurtients being on point as well as the light upgrade which has made a massive difference. They didnt stretch as much as they would do under a MH or HPS bulb but I was happy with their size but may look at going bigger in the next round (the diary for the next round is currently up so check the progress of what I hope will be monsters as I will be adding more light to the flower stage!) Once the girls have spent 7 - 10 days drying, I will be popping them in their jars and doing a smoke report with some pictures of the finished buds and some trichome macro shots. The next feeding, I added a gallon of tap water to residual and ph to 6,31 temp 69 & PPm 1120. Did the same on 5/14 and 15 using up the remainder of the feed solution. I must monitor and control the tent environment manually. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. I have been giving good reviews on the AC infinity system. However, during the time I’ve owned this tent (2 yrs), I had to replace the lights twice, fans, humidifier and now the vent twice also. Everything but the tent containment has been replaced. AC infinity does stand by their products, but they are in California, and it takes at least 2 weeks to receive the replacement. This is extremely frustrating at the critical transition to flower for my equipment to fail again. For the time being until a replacement arrives, I pulled the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3 and hooked it up. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This should create a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. I do have 3 circulating fans in the tent to move air around the plants. It looks like growth spurts have slowed and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All of them (6) are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. The tallest #4 &5 and #6 have very light leaves and appear nutrient deficient compared to the shorter phenotypes. Pictures taken later in the week show fading on a few the older leaves. All are receiving the same solution and are in the same soil blend. Moving the gals in and out of the tent for their glamor shots, I bent one limb and snapped another. The bent one I taped with a splint and the snapped one I medicated manuka honey and wired it back to the main stalk. Leaves look like sativa leaning. I hope FBA2502-2 is a good daytime. I’m getting excited to see what develops in the next month or so. News Break: I’ve been informed that 2502 is FastBuds New Frostbanger and is indica for nighttime. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a sativa to test because I really need a daytime strain. The 2 Blue Cheese plants I just grew are also nighttime. Upon opening the tent, a faint odor was detected, and some stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. Pictures of the puffy buds even show differences. #4 &5 buds hairs are different from the others being crinklier and the others are straighter. Some like #2 &5 are showing frost on the leaves. Wow at the beginning of flower to have that much frost. They are living up to the new strain’s name. I’ve noticed that when I water, sometimes water shoots out of the side holes I the air pots. Today is the last day of week 1 flower. I've been working on raising the ph in the medium of Zorro x Purple Punch 2, she was showing a Calcium Deff in the previous post. She was getting the same feed as the others ph 6.2 but instead of running off around 5.8 like the others she was swinging right down to like 5.2-5.3 so she's been getting a separate feed with neutral ph and her runoff comes out at 6.2 now which I'm happy with as I move into the second week of flower and where I got them all to with today's feed. She has shown no further defficiciencies since. Other than that they have all been doing what they do best and they have been happy all week, only really disturbed them to feed them, until today. Today I gave them a little training and bent their branches away from each other. Also today I switched their feed up a little but I've not added the changes to this entry because today is one day and the values are for the whole week but the changes today are as follows.... I took out Cellmax Rootbooster - pots are well rooted and I'm leaning towards flower production now as I come into week 2 of flower. I added Cellmax Flower Stimulator at half strength - easing them into flower power mode! I added Cellmax AlgaMax 1ml per litre - The kelp keeps stress levels minimum and I've done a little LST plus the last 2 days have been around 20 celcius which translated to 26 - 30 celcius in my tent. I alternate all watering one with feed and one without so long as they are in good health. Other than that not much to report, growths good, bud formation is on schedule with lots of pistils although they are 9 weeks old so they already had nice lady gardens 🤭 Thanks for looking in One Love💚 Fire Farmer🔥👨‍🌾

It’s been a strange week this week, few ups and downs, happy with the leaf development and general health of the girls but i think they might be lacking a bit of height and length between the nodes so I’ve been advised to not increase my wattage just yet and to increase the distance from light. I’ve also in the last couple of days moved them to the outer side of the tent, not like I’m lacking the space lol, in hope that this will encourage them to stretch up and out in search for more light; fingers crossed its a winning combo. Still only feeding water when soils dried up. Will deffo put a couple more plants in next time.

Ultima semana de nuestras northern light xL y aunque no destaquen de las demás por su olor, sacaron un gran tamaño nuestras flores. Bastante productoras, ya veremos en peso que nos dan . Son algo más complicadas de cultivar que las otras 2 del mismo proyecto. Pero no es una dificultad extrema, solo que hay que aguantarlas un poco más y tener cuidado con las carencias ya que chupa bastante comida. No pinta mal esta cepa veremos los resultados las siguientes semanas. Buen cultivo nada de plagas y no tuvimos que tutores todas, solo algunas 😂 Nos vemos la próxima familia.
