The ladies are thriving! We're deep into flower now and the buds are really starting to fatten up nicely, I removed the first yellow leafs. Trichome production is in full swing, and the aroma is getting more intense each day. Still following the BioBizz feeding schedule and the plants are responding beautifully no signs of stress or deficiencies. Looking forward to the final stretch! 👀

New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering:
Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it!
So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week.
As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that.
The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours.
So next week will see the early ladies harvested, I hope?

The DosiDOs looks healthy.
The plant grow without any complain. I water it every day.
About training- I will use topping only and will stratch the branches by sides - to make busshy plant looking like octopus from the top. ( I will make picture)
I am using the RQS fertimizers and also some Root food from GHE.
The PH always between 6.3-6.5

There’s microscopic bugs crawling on my buds! Going to post a grow question about them.
No more nutrients, she’s definitely getting close, so let’s use plain water and hope for the best in the next week or two.

This was an amazing experience for my first grow. Was super unsure of what I was going to yield, but I think 27 grams is a realistic harvest and Im looking forward to see if I can get bit larger of a yield on the next run. I want to try main-lining, see for better energy distribution and more equal bud growth. Also investment into a proper reflector and possibly enclosed space.
Note- I trimmed my plant the night before harvest morning. I removed than fan leaves to start, and then proceeded to trim the plant. I pulled out a lot of the leaves with no frost by hand. The sugar leaves had so much crystal on it I thought I would leave the smaller ones on the bud. I gave it a light trim, and used all the trim to make Isopropyl Alcahol (99%) based extract. Got about 1 gram from the run. I also had a nice little ball of finger charas from the trimming.
I harvested it in the morning at about 04:30 am before the light cycle triggered at 7am. She hung and dried for about a week, where I then chopped her into buds. She cured for 2 weeks before i started smoking.

Not much to report this week so far. Slightly defoliated above the Scrog to allow more light penetration for the lower branches. Plants starting to stretch abit now but nothing to bad.

Pretty happy with the grow and the harvest, the drying went well also!
Each grow highlights changes for the next and this has been no different! I'll be making more training adjustments in the next runs to try and refine the vertical scrog and get to the point where it's a wall 1 bud thick! I know it will get there in the end it's just like relearning how to do a horizontal scrog! I just need to predict the way the plant will respond when the light is from the sides! Bravery and brutality during pruning I think is the key! 😂✌️💚

A friend gave me a clone of his Black Domina. First week i added the recommended dose for a clone of the nectar line. I got a little nute burn so i flushed it a little with ph to 6,3 water.
Looking a little better. We will see what happens in the next few days.
Pictures are about a day and a half after i gave it the recommended nute dose for clones.

pistils on this one start to turn Amber here and there in the buds are incredibly dense and Indica like fantastic very strong smell easy to grow no problem .

I think I got a little light burn but I got a lux meter and adjusted the light. She looks happier now. Upping to veg state dosage of nutes next week. Topped last week and started some LST yesterday. FAT stalk.. guessing that the “tree trunk” additive. Happiness. Kombucha cream!
