MY WEED SMELLS LIKE WEED. Filling the room, creeping through the apt, what a glorious time. No major smell worries where I am so I'm just enjoying the atmosphere. 😍 On to Backbuilding/Bud Tipping. (Shoot me any advice on this down below!) I experimented back mid-week with 3 tipped buds that had similar control buds side-by-side. After 4 days there is a noticeable difference in density and bud structure in the 3 tipped buds compared to the very fluffy and softer buds next to them. No overall size difference but the tipped buds are rock hard and filling in gaps down the cola compared to the untipped buds. A light squeeze on both a tipped bud and untipped will tell you the difference right there. Happy with the results after seeing them for myself and lucky enough to find this technique at the end of week 4, I tipped majority of the main colas on Danny and some larger buds on Arnold today. Which means I also get what OG growers call a "First Taste" once my tips dry out and cure for a few days. 😛 Other than tipping, I've just had to keep up with Arnold's feedings since lower leaves are still fading if I skip mineral nute feedings. Looks like they will be getting only PH Perfect and/or Molasses feedings until the final flush since they can't get enough food in the ProMix medium. I've still had constant defoliation during to avoid leaf overlap and light blockage. Since I'm now entering week 5 of flower I'll have to get it where I want in the next couple days and go hands off for the last month or so. Thanks for checking out my grow! Arnold still super hungry so I've upped the nutes a tad and skipped plain water feeding until the flush. Just fed them PH Perfect/Molasses cocktail. Big Arnold on the right is definitely rootbound by how the water is draining so I'm looking at a lower yield from the right plant. I get run off from small Danny during a regular feed but takes a lot more to get any from Arnold and I don't want to overwater in this random heat/humidity wave. The Backbuilding/BudTipping is working like a charm. The tipped buds are filling down and way more dense than the untipped. Popped the SoundLink in the tent today to give the twins some music while I go about my business. This beauty is starting to finish up. Yellowing up and fattening up nicely. I’m still having powdery mildew pop up but nothing too crazy. It’s not getting in the buds. She has been turning a touch purple with all the cold nights in my neck of the woods. I will likely take this girls down in a week as the forecast is nothing but rain so mildew could become an issue with too much humidity and the cold nights. I want to try these genetics indoor as PM won’t be an issue I’m my tent. 😎🍿

I've stopped giving them fertiliser and did a root flushing 4 days ago. They are looking good, smaller buds of what could have been with the correct equipment and dedication but I can't complain. I don't have a magnifying glass so I'm basing myself on the pistils to know when to harvest. I think I'll give them one more week but everyone is welcome to give me advice, would love to receive feedback from more experienced people.

I watered with dechlorinated ph adjusted water when the soil was dry and decided to harvest on day 80. I harvested on day 80 and now the plants are hanging upside down in my tent. My inline fan is running on 25% and I got a fan running on the lowest setting on the bottom of the tent, so I doesnt blow on the buds directly.

Was feeding 2.5 2.5 1.2 per gal flora series with 2.5 calmag ph quickly dropped in run off to 4.7. Im guessing the florakleen had something to do with messing with the buffer. I thought the king tut looked droppy a few days after flush of couse i thought issue was maybe overwater. I skipped one water and over night all plants were much worse. Half the leaves on tut dried out and some on the alien tech. Read up and finally found someone mention to feed 1.3 to 1.5 gal per 5 gal in coco coir per event. I was feeding 1 gallon of water twice a day so went to 1.5 to 2 gal per event twice a day. Underwatering was the issue, cal mag in some, nutrient burn and ph. Ph going in at 6.0 coming out 4.7. I chopped the chem de la creme and the acid as they were not doing well or just stunted badly. Squanch Queen had a lot of calmag issues so added more. Eventually i ended up doing a 1/4 nute 2.5 calmag ro flush to get the ph of run off out of 4.7 range and eventually it has risen to 5.2 to 5.4 in time with .2 ec adjustments. Lots of problems. Have an ro buddy but am going to get a better system. Working on installing diy drain system.

5/02/2024 Day 10. Or day 3 of actual veg stage. 5/03/2024 so the story of the two seeds, I really was rooting for the darker shaded one. In actuality, that same night, I noticed that the plant actually looked damaged or burnt almost and over the course of the week, eventually got worse and eventually gave up and flopped over. Once again, this is MY fault that it died. I’ve basically culled down to a single seed/cultivar on accident. Maybe it’s subconscious spiritual intervention for me to find the VERY best 😂

Harvest in Week 11! Turned the lights off on D69, chopped them on D71. Even though, there was some nutrient def. I didn't manage to compensate in both substrates, i'm not too unhappy with the outcome. I'll check back once dried! After a good 6 days of drying @ 17°C / 52% , they got trimmed, weighed in on BM: 25g SC: 30g dry weight, and put in jars on D77 24h later, BM ~64% SC ~67% I'll check back once smoked in a month or so :)

Forgot to water these ladies for a couple of days but after a heavy watering and a good feeding they perked right back up. I have 2 flower tents running with sunset sherbet right now. Regardless of wether I think they are ready or not I will be switching them to flower in 3 more weeks. Can’t wait to see how these ladies flower!

Week 10! First week of flower! I was eager and may have jumped the plan I had the other day of waiting another week but after some sound advice from a few people that inspired me to flip them to flower and watch them flourish!! Day 1..fed fox farm trio with some added aloe vera, very little..won't add anymore from here on out..I added some peroxide as well!! I opened the tent this evening and they were praying up to the mary Jane gods!! Just what their daddy wants to see!! Let's get this smoke to the heavens for the loved ones!! Aye!!! Thanks again to everyone who inspires me and has helped me along the way! Oh and I ordered a trellis net so it should be set up in the coming days!! Day 86, 5th of December 2020: Beautiful nice strong plant! No any complain she seems to be heavy yielder! Real proud lady look at her! Nice healthy and strong! One of my favourite :) The lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week.
