🌱 Week 3, Day 7 Update: Buds Are Blooming! 🌿 Hey Grow Fam, We're cruising through Week 3, and my girl is really coming on—buds are starting to form, and it's a sight to behold! The girl is growing so fast now, drinking 4.5L a day. She could even do with in-between waterings, in my opinion. She's aiming for the stars and shooting for the moon, getting bigger every day and stinking out my room. I had to tie my light higher up with some rope as it wouldn't go any higher, and shoots were getting way too close! I did SCROG when flipping, and I should've been a bit more strict on it (did it longer), but now I realize why SCROG is used. Imagine if I never used it—she would be way too tall. Overall, I'm so happy with how she is growing and can't wait to see the final product. :) But, as with any journey, we've hit a little bump in the road. Despite keeping our feeding consistent at 850ppm, the runoff readings have been creeping up. Last check-in showed a runoff of 1400ppm. It's got me thinking we might be dealing with a salt buildup in the root zone. To address this, I'm sticking with our feeding routine at 800-850ppm. If the runoff ppm keeps climbing or if our plants start showing signs of nutrient burn, I will adjust accordingly, but as of right now, I'm sticking to the same feed as she looks great! ( If I do begin to notice signs of nutrient burn (excess), I will try to water with a lower EC/PPM, like 700ppms, to bring it down. But if I don't get the results I'm hoping for, I will just flush the plant with 3x the media size of water (just plain pH water) to wash out any old salts and reset the medium. You don't really want to do this with coco depending on what stage your at in flower, veg on the other hand flush.? Sure!, if you really need to reset that medium go for it, (i do see tiny signs of burn but thats fine if it gets worse then i have a problem) Let's stay focused and keep our eyes on the prize—beautiful healthy buds. May 7: could have waited another few days but want to try raised beds with a few days of cold overnight happening soon. Forecast for next two weeks looks good to go outdoors for autos soon, but first we have three days with overnight at or just below zero. After Wednesday they can likely be outside most of the time. May 10: bit of snow overnight.

Starting to do extremely light lollipopping only for leaves blocking budsites or budsites that will not get enough light Day 35: #2 is starting to smell of limonene. #1 and #3 are like 3-5 days behind #2 in terms of flowering. #3 is very slow and the runt of the bunch. Hoping for 3-5 more weeks of flowering before I cut them down. Will likely cut #2 a few days before the others.

Colorado Cookie didn’t take the nutes as well as her companion, little burnt tips. Everything’s ok, I guess, I wish the CC stops growing as she is approaching “danger zone”, only have a 60x6x120. I guess LTS should have been more then an option.

The little ones are developing well, unfortunately there are a few minor nutrient problems in the direction of Calmag with the Morello Cherries and also slight signs of this with the TerpyZ Punch. I counteracted this with a foliar spray. The pH value of the hydrosystem has unfortunately dropped a little to 5.5, which I have equalised with ph up from Plagron. The plants are currently getting light between 800-900 ppfd and as soon as the stretch starts, l'll increase this to 1000 ppfd. Both ladies are slowly starting to smell.

Doing a bit of defoliation thats it Giving all the plants more clear water because i overfeed them. Next time definitely with scrog . Good genetics love it

Update Day 14 Flowering: Wow this girl has fought her way into my affections this week. Her stacking nodes are impressive and so not like her mothers growth. I can see how they will stack and grow quiet well now and am hopeful of her yield. For 2 weeks old , she is doing great and to say how long she was held back ect.. ,doing even better. Still no signs of any issues or deficiencies so all good. Lets see gow she copes this week with the heatwave.

Was a smooth week. Did a flush and fresh nutrients. Kept the nutrient dose the same since everyone looks happy. Started training and trimmed a few leaves and branches off. I plan to switch them to flower after week 5. Will probably top this one again since she is growing pretty fast. Still pumping nutrients 24 hours.

happy and healthy little plant on day 26, im mostly getting smells of pine off this girl so far. hoping for more blueberry to show out

Changed watering to every 5 days water until runoff they seem to enjoy it. Signs of Thrips I believe so sprayed them with neem type spray hoping that does the job. Continued with LST and ponytailing. Defoliated a very small amount. Hoping that both Banana’s go into flower next week.
