Running 4 autos in the same aeroponic system isnt ideal as 2 of my plants need to flush this week.. while the other 2 still have about 2 weeks again... its all good tho.. id take it out an flush them individually before harvesting.

So far all plants have been harvested. (3x Bubba Pupil, 1x purple wreck, 1x AK-47, 1x Godberry). The first bubba pupil and AK-47 were harvested a week and a half ago and now have been jarred for 1 week +/- a few days. All pictures are of the bubba pupil and AK. I will come back and update once the other plants have been trimmed. The first Bubba Pupil, which was the tallest of the 3 and most stretched out, yielded exactly 4.5 Oz dry weight. The smell is starting to get stronger after a week. It smells grapey but has a weird funk to it. It must be the “pupil” funk everyone talks about. This plant looked like it wasn’t going to yield much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The lowers were dense and compact which contributed to a good amount of decent sized buds. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with the yield and quality from this plant. The AK-47 seemed like it was going to be a heavier yielder, but it ended up only yielding 2.5 Oz dry. The main colas were far during flower and dense when dried, but this plant had little to no lower quality buds. Everything below the main canopy seemed like it was airy and not worth jarring up. This plant smells a little bit fruity, but I can’t really put my finger on it. Super dank smelling, not skunky, but it smells like it is going to be gaseous once it cures up a bit longer. The Godberry yielded a total of 3.25 Oz. She was the best smelling by far out of all of the girls in the tent. Super fruity and sticky as hell. The resin content on her was definitely the highest of them all. I will be back to update once the last 3 plants are trimmed and jarred for a final weight and overview.

SUMMARY: The OG has bounced back from the pH issues now after giving all watering/irrigation at a pH of 6.5. I continued with the updated GWE mid bloom nutes for the OG and Sensi Garden peak bloom nutes for the Amnesia. I also continued with some light defoliation this week removing the odd lower leaf and some fan leaves covering bud sites that I couldn't tuck. DAY 78 -------- Thursday 19/11/2020 I fed the plants. GWE 2020 updated Mid-bloom nutes for the OG and Sensi Garden Peak Flower nutes for the Amnesia. Although I only mixed these nutes and pH'd to 6.4 on Monday I always check again before and the readings had changed - I don't think my pH pen is the best (yes I keep the tip moist). I didn't have time to pH again and tbh after spending 30mins doing this the other day it can get to fuck and stay as is. OG (in) = 5L pH 6.4 OG (out) = 1.05L (21%) pH 5.7 [0.7 drop] Amnesia (in) = 4L pH 6.2 Amnesia (out) = 1.4L (35%) pH 5.9 [0.3 drop] The plants look healthy still with no signs of issues and are both a great colour so I think they're doing just fine. The OG has bounced back from the pH issues now and is really blooming fast, much faster that the Amnesia which makes me sad as I will inevitably cut her down early...I think she has the potential to be a beast judging on bud development so far. The Amnesia on the other hand...I'm starting to become a little disenchanted with her due to the very slow progression of the buds - I was expecting bigger buds but I don't think the genetics are the best (freebies from Seedsman). DAY 80 -------- Saturday 21/11/2020 I fed the plants. GWE 2020 updated Mid-bloom nutes for the OG and Sensi Garden Peak Flower nutes for the Amnesia. GWE 2020 updated Mid-bloom nutes for the OG and Sensi Garden Peak Flower nutes for the Amnesia. OG (in) = 5L pH 6.4 OG (out) = 1.1L (22%) pH 6.0 [0.4 drop] Amnesia (in) = 4L pH 6.3 Amnesia (out) = 1.25L (31%) pH 6.1 [0.2 drop] The RH has been lower the last week or so and it seems to be due to the defoliation I've been doing every time I water/irrigate (removing a few obstructing/pointless leaves). I think because its such a small space the removal of the leaves has allowed for a constant 15-20% drop and so its right where I want it now at 40-50%. DAY 84 -------- Wednesday 25/11/2020 I watered the plants with pH'd tap water as my rainwater supply has dried up a little. OG (in) = 5.5L pH 6.3 OG (out) = 1.17L (23%) pH 5.4 [0.9 drop] Amnesia (in) = 4L pH 6.3 Amnesia (out) = 1.2L (30%) pH 5.4 [0.9 drop] No idea why there is a drop in pH of 0.9 for both when there has been a steady trend of it getting closer to the input value. But its expected to vary and 0.5 either side is standard I believe. The Amnesia is taking forever to fatten up, if it ever will now at this point. I know theyre only getting 12 hours of light but this is SLOW!

How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. It has been our experience that outdoor (or sun grown, as it's recently being referred to) cultivars seem to perform extremely well under artificial conditions. This is true of seed starts or clones made from seed starts. The opposite is not always true; indoor clones often give an outdoor grower headaches because they don't always make the transition smoothly. The same set of variables apply to expected outcomes regarding cannabinoid levels and terpene profiles. Q.What is the lineage? A. (Bigbud x Skunk#1) x (Big Sur Holy Weed x Banana Kush). The exact heritage of any cultivar today is impossible to determine accurately. Also, considering the amount of continuous shameless hybridization that has occurred in the last 40 yrs., any modern kind could easily contain over 40 kinds. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. Appetite suppression is a side effect, but the enjoyment of food is enhanced. I personally will attest to all of the above. We all have different receptor profiles, so these are just generalizations. Couch unlock. Q. Is it pest and mildew resistant? A. Indeed it is. On many occasions in the last few years, it has been observed that when pest and mildew issues were affecting other plants adjacent to in the vicinity of Freakshow plants, for unknown reasons the freaks remained entirely unaffected. This includes 0botritis, PM, various mites and insects, soil fungus, etc. We haven't heard any complaints along those lines so far, so if anyone has any problems, especially with a rigorous IPM regimen in place, we would like to hear about it. And if anyone can attest to the extreme level of resistance it seems to have we'd love to hear about that as well. Q. Does it contain web-leaf genetics? A. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. What's up guys? One of the girls are moving close to the end, so i think the next week Crticial+ will be Ripen. As for California Hash Plant i am used the previous week tea(with 2.6 of bloom) to add an extra week on flowering as well. Closer to harvest 😋

Plants are doing good but humidity could be higher sometimes. I am spraying the Clones with water to keep them hydrated as long as they dont have strong roots. Clones experienced slight sunburn but nothing bad.

armloads of defoliation this week, everything is stretching but not as much as the willowy TLS.

we are at the beginning of the 5th week. the LST training is working quite well so far. it has become a bit caotic. it is possible that i have overfertilised her a bit, she has got two yellow spots. but nothing wild yet. she still gets canna rhizotonic, biobizz grow and biobizz bloom. i don't do any exact fertilisation, more like a guess. she has the first flowering starts. let's see how she develops further. :)

Just finished week 11, and the time has come! Two of the three ladies were harvested on Monday of this week, the last one is still holding on. Posted some pictures of my homemade odor controlled dry box, the thing works great! Hardly any odors escape when the box is closed up, running a humidifier and drying in the basement has given me a solid 55-65% RH and a comfortable 64-70 degrees fahrenheit for a beautiful slow dry. Once the last one is harvested I will Get her hung up and have updated posts And pictures on harvesting/drying and a final end product. Stay tuned!

Day 9 I had no choice but to defoliate, the canopy was getting way to dense and humidity was hard to control even with my 30 pin dehumidifier. Hopefully will not affect to much. Probably I will do another defoliation on day 21. TDS stays at 550PPM this week and CO2 at 1200PPM.

Week 11 Day 71 (15/03/2021): No time to take pics today ✌️ Day 72 (16/03/2021): Looking good but more and more leaves are drying up or turning yellow. But at this point there is definitely no point in stressing the girls by removing them. Although the colours definitely look nice! Day 73 (17/03/2021)💧: Today will be the last watering for the girls so they have a few days to take up the last bits of moisture before harvest. I can’t believe how fast this grow went but I have definitely learned a lot from it. Day 74 (18/03/2021): They look so nice and colourful, definitely an interesting bunch of girls :D Can’t wait for the harvest and cure Day 75 (19/03/2021): No time to take pics today ✌️ Day 76 (20/03/2021): No time to take pics today but harvest day tomorrow!!!! Day 77 (21/03/2021): HARVEST DAY! What a great journey it has been growing these girls. They were so resilient and only started showing symptoms of deficiency in the last few weeks. They are absolutely covered in trichomes and smell very pungent. I think they will be super hard hitters! And it still amazes me how different they all are. Echo is even completely purple! Can’t wait to trim and dry these girls and will definitely make some bubble hash from all the trichomes on the leaves too 🤤 Will follow up with a review soon! (after they’ve cured for a bit)
