Lots going down this week! I threw up a couple pictures today (day 74) I'll add more pictures and videos later on but I wanted to get this week started... Day 70; Nothing much to report except we got the new Optic 8+ 120°lens LED installed!! We got her put up around day 69. It's the 2nd optic weve bought and love these lights! The plants reacted immediately and we only started them at 80%veg brightness 20%bloom. Increasing 10% or so a day. I also built a cloning station so I can take cuts tomorrow just incase we fide a unicorn!🤞 Day 71; Officially on 12/12 light schedule now! I've decided to keep #2 in her 3gal pot. #1 gets the 10gallon smartpot. Both are doing terrific. I top dressed with .5 table spoons per gallon of soil on both plants using Papa's Perfect Poop. Made buy Michigan made mix m3 soil company. Its 5-10-2 using 100% organic fossilized bat guano Day 72: I defoliated both plants today. Fairly heavy but not extreme. I took all the larger fan leaves out that were blocking the lower bud sites. I also took clones today. 2 off each plant. 1 of each clone went into an ez-cloner that uses spraying water to root them. The other 2 cuts I put in a hydrofarm cloner that submerges the stems in aerated water until rooting. Day 73; The girls both bounced back and are praying beautifully after the defoliation. Both loved it! I can definitely see the start of new growth already on the lowers. I'm keeping the clones on 24hr light schedule. I know its addition stress but it's easier for me. Day 74: Literally nothing happened today. I sat and stared at them for maybe 2hrs but that's about it tho lol Day 75: A bit done today. I rearranged the tent hoping to give the girls a bit more leg room(you can see #2 in the picture is growing all funny because of space) I also watered #2 tonight. I'm finding the Choc Mint OG do not like much water. I also took them out of the tent for some glamour shots. You can really see what difference 7gallons of soil can make in terms of size. #1 is nearly a foot taller. Both are starting to stretch. Curious how much that is. Put #2 out in shades place outside to harden up Day 76: Not much going on. I watered number 1. Day 77: Big day today. 3 days ago I put #2 outdoors in shade to acclimate. I know I rushed that a bit. Should have let her harden up a bit more first, but I wanted her in the ground and growing roots while she has time. Week 2 and the training has already started. I was inspired by Canamatoes, this is his LST method. Day 17 - when LST turned into HST aka FIS technique (fuck I snapped). So it started as a really harmless routine, I wanted to tie down the plant when at the weak point where the previous tie down was (1st nod) the main stem just snapped 😬 First I tried to use some duct tape and it did not holding the plant together. I grabbed the super glue and it seems like it does the job. ⚕️ When I got home in the evening two fan leaves were wilted. Will she survive? Let's say she will survive, I am sure due to stress the harvest day will be delayed and it won't be a massive yield. Day 19 - I decided to go ahead with a VEEERY GENTLE LST. We don't have the luxury to wait for the full recovery.

And in the morning she wants to have something again. I think the lamps tickle out their full potential. I meticulously defoliated her and now she stands happily and despite all the exertions, like a star in the sky. My star. 🌟 Sour Jealousy is really crazy, I can say that. And the coolest highlight will be: Lady Jealousy will soon be able to enjoy the whole place in the sun for the "grande finale". The smell of the two Sweet Seeds totally upsets me! This strain just looks and smells amazing. I have a feeling that this is Iced Gushers or another similar strain. The reason I say that is because she smells just like a bag of gushers 👌 She’s looking about ready to harvest so I’m going to keep a close eye on her throughout the week. Roc Bud definitely killed it with this stain!

Day 57 the plans continues to grow healthy and fine very slow but it's starting to look good . I know that most of the growers in this platform and elsewhere do defoliate and trim down all the lower branches of the plant so that the plant can concentrate all its energy into the higher bigger and better buds .and I do not do this because I drive the plants very hard with nutrients and those lower branches with small buds always give me the first sign of anything going wrong with her and that's why I leave them as a buffer zone to protect the bigger buds and that allows me to push very hard the plant. thank you for reading and will continue to update have happy grow

I would definitely recomend trying this strain. I am not sure if my seeds were from this breeder but my word the seeds i got were an absolute gem to grow compared to the other plants.

So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...

the headbuds of the rainbow triangle were already harvested with the other plants (Forbidden Nectar and Sunset Kush Pop Clone), as one of the thick headbuds had already a little bit budrod We left the rest of the plant for another week. During this week, the lower buds really put on weight again. The head buds are already dried and will be cured. The rest has now been hung up to dry.

Nice plant but i think its the last time growing this strain

The plants stopped growing in height and are now in FULL FLOWERING mode. Every day more and more flower clusters appear and start to build colas at the sidebranches now. The trichome production is also in full swing, the plants get stickier every day and smell DELICIOUS. The Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have a sweet sandelwood-smell like the AK-47 but also with peach undertones from the Barbara Bud in it. I LOVE THE AROMA!

Trying to be more hands-off. So far this week all is well. Gave each plant about a quart of plain distilled water this weekend. Looked good all week, but by mid-day Thursday, they were drooping quite a bit. So today (Thurs.) I gave them a thorough watering with nutrients. Great news, little Cheecha is officially 2 inches taller than Chonga!
