February 10 -Looking good so far and is already producing frost -she is moving fast but as expected as this strain goes for 45-52 days -Hopefully I can get an update on smells later this week

Week 4 Flower (11/24 - 11/30): Well, well, well... This was the week of thanksgiving and both of the kids parents were out of the state! We had to call in uncle Marcus to come and tend to them. We set him up with the second batch of tea on 11/18 (I'm sure I've given them like at least 4-7 batches of tea so far even though the feeding instructions said start during week 3...) but honestly, I feel like it was a good decision. The canopy isn't as leveled as I would like it to be, butttt there are ton's of bud sites coming up. I did a healthy defoliation (that honestly scared me).. but I think it was for the better removing any overlapping leaves, lower branches that were not receiving much light, and new branches below the top three nodes that were stretching to get light. The new branches were the hardest to remove, as it was hard to tell whether they could live on as new bud sites... but remembering that most of those were beneath the top of the canopy and that all energy is transferred energy.. guided our defoliation. We were home for exactly 24 hours between 11/17 and 12/1 and that is when we prepared another tea for the plants to get 11/27 from there they got one more watering of plain water before another tea to kick off week 5. The stretch is in full effect and they might get a little taller, but we can clearly see where the buds will be packing on weight soon.

There was a lot of ups and downs with this plant. It was my first time growing cannabis. I did learn a lot from other growers which I really appreciate it, thanks to grow diaries for that. She was doing well at first, I never checked her runoff pH and at about day 30 I noticed her leaves were not as green as they should have been. The runoff ended up being a 4.7ph. she almost died, I taught about chopping her down and starting over. I'm happy I didn't, she ended up bouncing back, took a long time to harvest but it was well worth it for the experience. Didn't really care about harvest weight. I learnt a lot and I'm satisfied with that. Thanks to everyone that helped me on this grow.

01-11-2021: Good afternoon everyone... here we are again. My Bruce Banger will be ready in a week so I thought... I can probably germinate some seeds. I still have a lot of them (thanks to zamnesia) Every now and then I also post a report on Growdiaries and since you can only enter a competition there by using only one Strain I decided to put a round of Wedding Cake. I wanted to grow this variety when I still got my seeds from seedstockers, but found it too expensive at the time. Now I had two fish vouchers from zamnesia, each one good for 5 Wedding Cake Auto seeds. I didn't really like AFs per se (although I enjoy the result every day) so I called them and asked if I couldn't get Photos instead of Autoflowers... That was no problem at all, so I now have 10 have seeds. I have not yet found a method of germination on Hydro that works well for me, so we're going to do it in the most reliable way for me... old-fashioned in Cocos plugs. I let it fill itself with acidified (PH5.9) water and then provided each plug with a seed. I now put this under a 60W purple LED lamp that I still had from my very first cultivation attempt. Once they are up (I'm guessing/hope with a week) these will go into my budget system to grow there under 480W LM301H panels for a few weeks but with only 12 hours of light. The idea is to move these to the large closet as soon as they are about 4 weeks old, but that is not necessarily a requirement because you can also remove the lamps from that loft and move them to this room. That depends a bit on the size. What I'm going to test this round is how good/bad 12/12 from seed is doing in Hydro. Since most feeding schedules with hydro assume that you only pre-grow 1 week, I thought I might as well rule out that one week. In addition, from the moment the roots emerge from under the net pots, I want to increase the EC to 1.5 fairly quickly. I like small stocky plants without having to scrog. Maybe I'll top and maybe even mainline, but that depends entirely on the development of the ladies. In any case, there will be no feeding computer for the first few weeks (a bluelab Guardian) and as growth food they are given Hy-Pro Hydro A/B with Calmag (4-4-1 ratio). I expect very low temperatures in space so it won't be a banger. I have the impression that a correct root temperature compensates to some extent. I'm still looking for a way to transport the ladies in the right way (or I have to find a way to be able to use the same net pots in both systems). But that is of later concern. Since I only have 1 pre-growth room and 1 flowering room, I will put these ladies in a kitchen cupboard for the next week. The Bruce Banger goes on Sunday and then I can put them in there. The idea is to continue breeding on 12/12 from now on. After six weeks, new seeds will always germinate and no more than 5 at a time. I now make a round with originally 15 ladies, 3 of them were left behind in such a way that I took them out (to prevent rot) with the probable cause of too little light. 5 Planting will probably yield a little less, but hey, I can't finish it otherwise. And now my friends are very happy with my clearing days but of course that is not what I grow for. In addition, it also hurts a bit to give away 3-4 ounces after so many months of work. 12/27 Week 8 ! Such lovely girls, prettiest plants we've grown to date. Pretty happy with the nuets where they are so leaving it at 850ish ppm Was continuing to occasionally throw in some Fish Sh!T but that will stop now,too close so gotta watch those terps. Lights out pics later 12/28 Last two weeks before the flush so began the Soul Peak PK/Finisher at minimum dose with regular feed. Adds almost nothing to ppm. 12/31 Last push , reduced Bloom nuets to 7ml and increased Peak to 13 which is a tad high but ppm remains under 800. Eventually it will be all Peak then flush. 1/2 Flush for Belle begins with Monday's watering at lights on. Last day for Bloom nuets on Belle and then three days of just the finisher. Annie will stay on the 5ml/15ml mix until her hairs curl sufficiently then same protocol.

02/11/2020 Update a day early, but I think it's going well she grew 3/4 of an inch this week, now she at 1 3/4 inches and first node is here got a little video to upload photos next. Cool! hi guys, i did defolitiation this week and it started blooming 😁🥂🍾

It was rough waiting and knowing that i did not defoliate and started seeing bud rot almost at the end. Ended up cleaning everything and throwing half a harvest away, BUT A GOOD WELL PAID LESSON.

Battling with spider mites at this stage. I am trying to keep them at bay using different methods. Neem oil spray, garlic and mint spray, pain water sprays. I also fed some fungal tea I brewed for 72 hours.

The temperatures in my city finally dropped so my plants are responding way better to the lower temps. I began with a little LST at the end off the week because this Strawberry Pie Auto grows compact with little node spacing, so I did some LST to open her up and get more light onto the little baby budsites :)

July 5: Sunday Punch EV is getting nice and big. She’s starting to preflower but i’ll do one more week of veg before force flowering starting next Saturday. These EVs might not need to be forced but the buds are better when formed under stronger summer sun. Great plant. July 8: added Power Bloom and barley in a 1:1 mix as a top dressing. July 10: still growing fast and definitely starting to flower.

Back to the 1000 wt as temps here are modest for July atm. Still 1 plant not flowering like the other 2. I will be patient as it’s overall structure looks amazing. Slowly easing into the process not as much anxiety about every little thing. Changed my light out for my lower power 600 wt led instead of the 1000wt TMLAPY. Maybe not the right move i really don't know what to do b/c i have tip burn and my tent gets a bit hot in the low 80s when its in the 90s here in Illinois. I have an makeshift cooler w fan and some fans and my exhaust fan system which im pretty sure is under powered and overall and bad beginner purchase. I will upgrade as soon as i can financially afford to. Also had flooding issues in basement which is always an adventure, i eventually need a better way to get my grow tent up off the ground b/c water does get in there sometimes. Doing everything in my power to avoid mold and have fans and filters and cleaning, but again this may have been a beginner mistake and i may have to find a new home for the tent for the next time. Also I definitely had been under watering the girls and came close to one of them dying and have to remove some yellow leaves at bottom, they all look stable now. 1 out of 3 plants has a darker color and looks fuller and healthier w less tip burn but it is shorter only has a couple of hairs where the other 2 are going full on into flowering with so many hairs and growing much taller. Possibly stunted the growth... Anyway the word of the day for this week is TIP BURN. I will submit a question to follow. i recently uploaded a video that should show all 3 plants w the tip burn.
