Day 58, 11th of November 2020: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week.... Wao. Well, all good hopefully they will stop growing soon but the strech is not that much thanks for the trainings such as topping and LST.... Pistils are started appearing so they she the sex I think one more week to go and they will settle down concentrating on bud development. What to say every 2nd day is fertilization with the mix and ratio above now we are waiting. Anything else? Well just look atbthe pictures and decide what you think. I am pretty sure they look cool LOL. This Gleato Zamnesia is very promising I really like the smell already she is nice but all of them I mean I am in love with all so. Kalinia Asia is nice and I am so excited for the Sweed Seeds ones the red girls OMG :)

Started the week off well from the big defoliations and adjustings yesterday. Upped the feed amounts per litre but still diluting them down a bit and in the case of the Cookies just feeding plain water for 2 of every 3 days. This carried on all week with buds and smell starting to build very nicely indeed!

Veg week two. Everything seems to be ok at this point.

D64/FD36 - Not much to really talk about this week. Things still ticking along. Sweet Cherry Pie not changing my mind yet that its a 10 week strain (Even though everything points to it "supposed" to be an 8 week one!!!). It put on a few more inches again last week (As can be seen in the time lapse!). Defs going forward, only 1 strain per res and I think "Cookies" based breeds will be it for me as they're so easy worked with. RAM Oscillating Fans...again, barely 10 days running and it has died!!! WTF! Hydro place will be willing to change again but its a joke, the batch is useless!!! Not the Hydro Shops fault though! They're bending over backwards as I do a good bit of business with them! :) Apart from that, dropped my EC by 0.2 this week (Pulled back on the base and bloom by 10-15%) just because they're drinking but not taking on food at any big rate - rather not poison the roots with a rising EC when they have a wee swallie to themselves!!! Changed the CalMag to Biobizz calmag as no nitrogen in it (it is a lot dirtier in a tank though which is the down side!!!). Apart from that, no real big changes. Happy Growing all!!! 💪

Iniciei meu treinamento LST com arame e auxílio de palitos para afastar as folhas leque e dar espaço e luz para as gemas. She seems to be doing well. Her buds get fatter and more smelly each day. Weather turned a bit cooler. Temps in the day are mid 70s to mid 60s. Nights are in the high 40s mid to upper 50s. So nights would be cold for her. Plus she was getting severe mornings dew. So I bring her in the the garage at night. The temperature in the garage is 70. So she is going to have a warmer night than day. This goes against nature. For some reason I think she will like it. Today I took off all of her LST ropes. My thinking is, she may see the tension as weight. Probably should have taken them off sooner. Bruce Banner strain is a 9 or 10 week flower strain. So I figure she is about half way through flower. Day 100. She has a lot of lower leaves yellowing and falling off. The yellow is starting to move up the branches. This plant is almost all tops. Most coloas are top and 2 nodes under it. There are a few that have 4 or 5 nodes under the top, but they get the light for it. This strain requires a lot of food. This I read from a lot of reviews on the strain. I should have read up the Bruce Banner strain much earlier. Although I think I did a great job with her, considering this was my first serious grow. I did some gorilla growing in my younger days. However I had no idea what I was doing. I use to plant them, give them some water. Then in a few weeks top them and check on them every few days to few weeks. If they were lucky they got some Miracle-Gro. There was not a lot of information on how to grow. I was harvesting way too early. 9/23 1 gallon of water PH 6.2. It's not as hot, so I don't think she needs 2 gallons everyday anymore. Day 100 9/24 Fed 4 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 12 ml Foxfarm Tiger Bloom, half a teaspoon Foxfarm Beasti Bloom, 2 tablespoons of Foxfarm Kelp me Kelp you, per 2 gallons of 6.4 PH water. Day 101 9/25 Cloudy day, no need for food or water. Day 102 9/27 Sunny. Made a tea worm castings, poop, some powder baby food and black strap molasses. Also 24 MLs Foxfarm Tiger Bloom, per two gallons. Day 103. Day 103 I see her first orange hairs, just a few. She smells great. She is making some beautiful buds. Very exciting time, she is getting close. She is a short plant, if she were in the ground, she would be about 3 feet tall. She is about 3 and 1/2 feet wide. I had her tied down most of her life. My goal was to keep her as short as I could. I prefer the neighbors not see her. This grow was by design, I wanted her to have as many tops as possible. I bent her branches and did not let them grow straight up. Not sure if I would get more or less if i let the plant grow up. She sure is going to give me many top buds. Either way Im going to have very nice buds. So if there is a weight difference in growing styles I have no way of knowing, until this plant finishes and I grow another style. The weight does not really matter. This will be more bud than I need, for a while.

Welcome back, Day 23, everything is on track, and I'm able to leave the system to run, although I still check on the girls 2 times a day and foliar feed Remo cal-mag. pH sweet spot seems to be around 5.8/5.9 upto about 6.3. EC has been gradually dropping which let's me know the plants are uptaking the nutrients. Roots are now getting very established hence the faster growth. I am due a RO water change in the next day or so. Plant training - I plant to do some LST and Topping soon. Withing the next week for sure. Stay tuned until then! Day 28 - Things are looking good, some decent growth the past few days. Everything is luscious green and looking healthy. Occasionally foliar feeding cal-mag as I use RO water. Taken off 2 fan leaves off each plant as they were pretty big blocking light. The rest I've just leaf tucked. Trying to open up the lower shoots without causing too much stress to the girls. The LST and topping will start properly soon. Let the fun begin

Battling leaf-hoppers with a few of my G.G's but all 5 of the Critical Purple were mostly spared....I treated all plants with insecticidal soap anyway to be safe

Right so basically, a week ago today marked a month for these ladies and because I had a broken phone it was very hard to keep up to date with the journal but hopefully now I can keep on top of this grow for you guys. It's been 35 days since germination for the Rhino Ryder and Afghan Kush. I'm using soil from the back garden and now that there is a bit of foliage, with the watering etc. The humidity has risen to a level I'm not happy with to which I'm going to invest in a portable dehumidifier to bring down the moisture in the air. I had to defoliate as it was getting really bushy and the fan was struggling to get air through the fan leaves. I cannot believe the RR, started off as the most finicky plant from germination and now it's the tallest f***er of the 4. She has shot up! I looked at the yellow tips on the leaves and apparently it's a lack of Iron. I read that Iron deficiency can be left to work itself out typically if it's not severe. Usually after a few days after the leaves are left to expand the yellow disappears and they turn a nice fresh green colour. The smell in here is fantastic! Day 45 power is restored and we are back at it! I moved #2 under the viparspectra lights and lowered her down a bit from it.(she was either too hot or over watered. Either way this should help by dimming the light and encouraging roots to do there thang) I'm kinda embarrassed but I stunted #2 during transplant last week. She is finally starting to grow. I just over watered everybody during transplant. Day 46 nothing new to report. Theh are acclimated to the new pots, finally and are in cruise control. A personal observation, when I grow the rest of these seeds I'm not stopping or training. They're just too beautiful on their own! Day 48: Straight cruise control. I wanted to take so pics to show the pre sleep drop. They're above.😊 #1 is really growing. I expect they will be in flower shoes by week 9 and hope to flip on week 10 Day 49: tried to upload some pictures and videos today but the app wouldn't operate my camera 🤷‍♂️ oh well... I watered #1 today. She is officially in overdrive just growing fast!! (You get measurements tomorrow at the new week!) The good and bad of this week is #2. She definitely stunted during transplant. Probably from over watering during it. So to help promote root growth I topped her 4 main tops. And lowered her 3' from the Optic8+ It worked like a charm too!! All her leave are turning up praying again rather than being water logged and her new tops are bright green and growing! Bingo bango!
