Start of week 4. This girl stretched an inch during week 3 and her bud sites continued to pack on size and take shape. She is very sticky to the touch, with a slight citrus, earthy smell.

Day 1 of week 6: 26th Sept Slow start to this week with an update as my phone is broken. Girls looking good but no pics to show.. Day 2 of week 6: 27th Sept Nutes in as usual! Girls looking good and I think the CalMag is working a treat! 🤞🏼 Day 3 of week 6: 28th Sept Just added some pics and a lil vid today to kick this week off after a slow start! Day 5 of week 6: 30th Sept Nutes in again today and some more defoliation due to yellow leaves not getting enough light.. I was a little worried I hadn’t sorted the CalMag deficiency out properly but the girls are looking much happier now I’ve got rid of those yellow leaves and LST’d them a bit more. 😍 Day 6 of week 6, 1st October: Girls looking much happier since yesterday’s removal of yellow leaves and more LST!! They’ve bounced back so nicely!! Happy days 😊❤️ Day 7 of week 6: 2nd October Girls looking good, nutes in for the last time before switching to flower.. Switching to flower 🌹 during week 7 all being well!! Can’t wait to see some cola action!! ❤️, ✌️ and hair grease!

Week 12 has started well. The flowers are still growing and the smell is still great :) I applied weekly nutrients on day 1 of week 12. On week 12 day 4 I added Z7 enzyme to my reservoir and I defoliated the girls to bring in more light to the lower canopy. On day 5 I decided to harvest two colas from Pheno 2. It seems to be finishing faster than the other phenos(mostly amber hairs although trichomes are not mature after closer inspection... I want to experience what effect I get from early harvest so to compare to later harvest. From now on I will leave the plants alone until they are all closer to harvest. 😅

i accidently bought some unbuffered coco and mixed it with my ussual earth, had major calmag problems in mid-flower but i´m still pleased with the results...also had a little trouble with mold at the end due to bad weather and high humidity in the final weeks of the grow, had to remove a few buds and harvest early @ day 55 of flower....but there's still alot of great looking buds left for me to enjoy and all look mostly done... Just harvested and hung them upside down, currently drying them at constant 19.5-20.5°C and 50-60% RH..will update as soon as they are dry

Ladys are getting a bit thicker. Everything seems to be going well outside of the timeline I'm on. Not gonna train as hard the next run, I think I'll let them go O' natural. 👍🤞🤙🤙

Really opened them up a lot so we get all them heads hit, just wait to see how bushy these girls get, let’s get em big! Happy New Year!!! Over the past week I did some HST bending. The branches are starting to recover and straighten out after the HST now. I still have some issues with pale leaves and a few spots here and there. I’m going to try adding some Dolomite Lime with the next watering and think that should help with the paleness. I’m also going to up the amount of CalMag and Mammoth P to see if that helps with the spotting. I’m not sure if I should see the spotted leaves recover or if the spots will remain. I suspect the spots will remain on the existing leaves regardless of what I do at this point, but hopefully no new spotting will develop. The lights went off before I was done taking pics, so some pics will look a little different. The pics with the lights on I had to color correct, they still look a little more on the yellow side than in reality, but much closer to reality than the pre-color corrected versions. Once the lights went off I turned the flash on for my camera, those pics did not need any color correction. You can see the differences in the pics of all plants, the first 2 are color corrected with the lights on, the last 2 are taken with a flash and no color correction. I read several books on cannabis over the past few days, some good, some not so much. One that I liked was “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear. This book is available on Amzon’s Kindle Unlimited service, which costs $9.99/month, but they offer a free 30 day trial (which is what I’m using at the moment). Reed’s book is broken down into 3 sections, the first and third go fairly deep into the science behind growing, he does a pretty good job at breaking it down in easy to understand terms, but I had to read several sections 2 or 3 times to really get it (or just move on with as much understanding as I could digest). The second section is the nuts and bolts of growing. Most was a review but there were several topics he touched on I hadn’t thought of in a while. And again its well written. He also offers the section only in a separate book called “Small Spaces, Big Yields”. If you are not interested in going deeper into the science behind growing, “Small Spaces, Big Yields” is what I would recommend (if interested in reading books on cannabis). I took some notes while reading and I’m going to add some of these notes in my dairy updates over the next few weeks. This week I’m going to include a note on electrical, this should be a fairly basic concept, but it is super important IMO… “Electrical Items In a sealed grow room or in a tent, you will have water pooling on the floor from time to time. There is no avoiding this. Mop it up when you see it, and never put your electrical gear directly on the floor. Never. Not even for a moment. In fact, let me stress this point in bold capital letters. ALL ELECTRICAL GEAR MUST BE MOUNTED SECURELY ON A WALL OR TENT POLE.” -Read Spear I’ll add more did bits like this in my diaries over the upcoming weeks. If anyone has any good book recommendations please let me know in the comments. I’m looking for books that might not be as popular as the ones by Jorge Cervantes or Ed Rosenthal (I’ve read those). I did just order “True Living Organics” by The Rev which I’m looking forward to reading. But I’m looking for more. I really want to step it up and learn as much as possible. the weather is just wonderful at the moment. i'm happy to be growing them so early in the year. they took to the topping really well, and they also coped well with the breakage last week and have healed.

These buds are just massive.. There's no other words to describe them!!.. Smells very fruity with a pine smell in the background.. The great OG Kush is still a lit bit back in bud formation but am really excited to see her in late stage of flower one monster of a plant!!

Hey all! Reminder: MIDDLE PLANT IS GSC #1. BOTTOM LEFT PLANT IS GSC #2. (Bottom right is mystery seed, two in the back are FastBuds Gelato. This diary is only focusing on the GSC plants). WOW wow WOW. I just cannot believe the rate of growth this past week. The girls have just EXPLODED with growth! These girls are definitely turning out to be waaaaay bigger than my last grow of GSC. The big fabric pots are amazing. Unfortunately, half-way through the past week I noticed yellow tips on the leaves. I have been using organic nutrients, but have not given the girls plain water in between any of the feedings. I've been feeding with nutes mostly once a week, but sometimes twice. I think this is definitely a sign of nute burn. So, yesterday, I flushed the plants out twice with plain PH'd water. I hope that has stopped the nute burn in its tracks. The bud sites are just starting to form. The LST that I did seems to be definitely worth it - top bud sites everywhere!! I cannot wait to start seeing some buds bulking up! So work has been very busy - but plants look like they are doing well, last week we added the SCROG and top dressed, then just watering (De-chlorinated / PH 6.8) and 1 watering with Recharge. The tent is alive with flowers, tomorrow I am going to add a second SCROG net to help with the weight when these flowers become massive, also will clean out the plants a bit - and may try to create a compost tea. Remember last week I moved the little girl over to my grow cabinet she is doing well but weird phenomes produce such a short plant when her sisters are like triple her size. 02.06.20 - Today I defoliated the little girl - look at all the flowers I found, I topped dressed with Organically Done Bloom Boost with Recharge. 02.06.20 - This afternoon I defoliated and cleaned out all 4 of the girls, topped dressed with Organically Done Bloom Boost (De-chlorinated / PH 6.8) - along with a few doses of optics overgrow planned in the morning - I like to use optics overgrow for insect an inoculant and as a WPM prevention, the other amazing things this dose it just a bonus. 02.07.20 - Uploaded a few pics of the day after defoliation - all looks great! 02.07.20 - Just a few more pics from this evening - the plants are responding well to the cleanup - also pushed the light to 100% now just have to keep things watered and let the buds get fat and juicy!
