Not much going on just checking the trichomes on the plants daily. Gave them some seaweed extract with their last watering. All should be coming down around day 70 of flower. Currently on week 9, day 3 of flower.

The first picture day 44! Well, we've finally got the purple colours coming in very strongly! Even the fan leaves are turning purple. The progression of the pigment looks like a pathogen has taken over but it's just the cool genetics of this plant. Smell is increasing, they have a very sweet odor so far when crushing the flowers. Still nowhere near harvest but the buds and calyxes are starting to stack. Very exciting that I got this one to grow!

Another great week for these 2. Lots of new crystals forming on the left one. I lowered the nutrient schedule for one week as I didn't want to ignore those early signs on one of the plants. Truth be told, if I had made 2 different nutrient solutions I could have still given full strength to one of them. Nevertheless, they are looking great. The smell however is a bit of an issue. The situation with the autos was 100% under control, zero smell issues. Not the case with this one. I even installed a new air filter and it still smell a tiny bit. It really is a micro amount, but it's annoying. First time I've had to think about any smell with this IKEA setup. Also, so far these don't look much like the real Purple Lemonade. The autos became really dark quite rapidly, I'm not sure these will get as dark.

Mandarin XL autoflower is growing great. She is really stalling on going into flowering, but it looks like she is gonna put her first pistils out at any moment. She started showing a big fluctuation in the ph. Which is also a sign I have noticed that she is shifting gears. She will get a solution change in the next few days. She looks super healthy on the Gen1:11 organo-mineral nutrition. I defoliated her and been keeping up on lst. Nothing else to report at the moment. Chopped her two days into week 14. What else. Buds. There are a lot of them. And they are quite large. And they look like they will require little effort to trim. What more can I wish for? I am a very happy man. Upd 1: Trimming is SO SIMPLE! Not much sticking out to begin with, because of the amazing bud structure and me plucking most bud node fans. Solid nugs which are not bothered by anything, so pulling smaller sub-bud fans is very simple too, while the buds are what I would call moist. I'll call this Moist Trim 😄 ✂️✂️✂️ Went for the best trimming tools available on the market (well at least my research concluded so) and LOVING every minute of trimming with the B-500SRF. Why would I or anyone else use something less suitable or less comfortable for such a delicate and long job is beyond me, except if you cannot afford one right now, in which case I wish you to experience it one day. Fiskars are also very good in therms of the blades, coating and cutting ability and precision, but the spring is just too stiff, like way, way to stiff for something that is to be used for hours on end. One might argue that such spring force helps overcome resin buildup, but please just rinse your instrument regularly in an appropriate solvent (ethy, iso, whatever — consider you instrument materials as well) and wipe it after. Why would you let significant amounts of resin to accumulate on such a gentle and precise tool? Kinda defeats the purpose?

This plant has suddenly exploded into growth. I am sure this will be the biggest plant in the tent. Also taking heavy feeds very well. Loads of bud sites on this plant. Cant wait to see how she does.

Time lapse 23rd June > Aug 21st 2020. Plenty of screwups - over/under watering+ feeding + pollenated the tent with one hermie, two plants throwing nannas (due to UV) out in the last two weeks and the major heatwave all did not help, This was totally my screw up and for that I still give this strain a solid 8/10. The tastes are nice although my first try of Runtz was in Cali and it is certainly another level over there. Unfortunately I did not get a pheno similar to that I smoked in the US but out of the 5 I did get I really enjoyed one of them which is hard hitting! Apologies for the time-lapse as its not always spot on and often other things took over. Stuff never goes the way you plan it in your head. Upon drying the temps were good and they dried okay. The reason why this is a write off is because one of the plants hermied and caused most of the plants to be pollenated. When I harvested I noticed a few nannas poking out so I'm not sure if I let them run too long, too much stress, underwatering, light intensity, the UV bar or heat stress. Anyways I didn't catch it and I have some well developed seeds. I think it's down to the UV bar causing the nannas but the seeds were ripe (tiger stipe brown) so didn't have enough time to grow and ripen. Seeing as I had deficiencies early on in flower - WK4 - I think it happened then. The PP and runtz all have seeds bar one plant (the nice gassy pheno) and the tent was cleaned with bleach, vacuumed and temps increased to over 100f with a heater after disinfecting. Nevertheless I will grow this again! it's all a learning curve! More bud shots to come when cured. Just over an 1oz per plant is pretty poor imo but again you live and learn from your screw up! Got to be on point with my watering next time! That's why I love hydro!

Buds coming along greatly & seems like the thrip infection is under control... All plants are quite small this time, perhaps too much light(or lights too near)? Some bud tips are bleached out...i think thats definately from too near lights...i increased the distance now... Increased the lights to 12.5h a day

Good harvest and excellent buds. Buds are loaded with a lot of THC, which provides a powerful multifaceted effect, combining daytime high and relaxing evening stone. I like to smoke this kind and relax while watching TV or playing cards. This strain is easy to grow and I have not had any problems or overdose of fertilizers. In the fourth week, the plant has more than doubled its growth - up to 30cm. I did not change the main indicators of the microclimate, but again slightly corrected the nutrition scheme: I added NESY KOKO 20ml to 5 liters of water. The bush looked healthy, strong and the first signs of pre-blossom began to appear on it. Flowering began on the 45th day. The plant was stretched out at a frantic pace - almost 4 centimeters a day. Thus, by the end of the 7 week, its size was already 45 centimeters. With the beginning of the eighth week, the elongation of growth stopped. The final height (along the center line) was 60cm. I decided to shorten the light period - now it was 12/12. I started use HESI PK 13/14 HESI BOOST.( once a week) At 9 weeks, I started to gradually defoliation. The bumps were very heavy and dense, so I gently pulled them to the center cola, as the side branches might not be able to handle the weight. From the 11th week on, I stopped feeding the plant, giving it exceptionally clean water for flushing. The trichomes began to turn cloudy and signaled that it was time to harvest. By this point, I had completely removed the foliage from the bush - everything was ready for harvesting. I dry cut buds in the same grow box where they grew. I haven't tried these buds yet. I was pleased with the quality of the strain. The center kola, as well as the side branches, gave me an excellent harvest. As for growing, I did not experience any difficulties. I recommend using a charcoal filter when growing - the variety is very aromatic. After drying and curing, I will take a sample from the finished product. On the way out, I got a first-class, top-quality IndiCA. The taste is dominated by pine woody notes. The effect has a powerful relaxing effect and awakens a brutal appetite in me. I like to smoke this kind and relax while watching TV or playing cards. Thanks to sponsor HESI for nutrients I got this report. I am very pleased with the result. The whole cycle I had no problems with the growth. In the future, I ll sure to use their further line of fertilizers. I added fertilizers according to the table from NESI. 1. The level of PPM is relatively low and it is large 2. The PH level was corrected automatic and I have a video about it. 3. Due to the content of B vitamins and natural sugars, the flowers grow naturally and fast. 4. NESI complex was enough for full grow cycle. I did not add any extra food. 5. The end product is easier to clean as the PPM level is low.

Topped the girls on the outside branches to encourage some more growth in the middle, I think this may have stunned them a little bit. Ive also noticed some issues with some of the top leaves. Pictures will show. Im watering 5l per plant every other day with ph at 5.7-5.9.

Hasn't been much side branching,smelling pretty good coming through.Hoping they get a bit more stretch to them.
