Hello friends and followers, Welcome to my weekly update. 3/3-9 This has been a good week for learning. 1) Autos do not tolerate high stress training. Don't do it unless you are sure of yourself. I topped too late. This reduces yield, stresses the plant and delays harvest by a week. 2) Too much of a good thing is not good. My Teapot gal has a copper excess (I believe) and unless I take her out of the copper pot, she will continue to be stunted. Everyone needs a bonsai in their garden, so I'm going to grow her out. 3) Know your plants. Other than Zkittles, my grows have been a 4 plant variety using only 1 seed per strain. Without a comparison, you don't know what to expect. I have looked at other gromies gardens for appearance, size etc. Everyone grows differently with their multitude of nutes and high-tech equipment that it's fair to say that I have to base any improvements in my grow only on what I have done in the past. Let the stacking begin; we are off and growing buds. RQS says harvest 70-75 days or 40-45 days of flower. My calculations – harvest of T3 will be April 13-18 and T2 15th-20. Based on the size of my gals, and the number of bud sights, I’m only estimating an ounce between both plants. This is one time I hope I’m wrong. For these Titans, I water 1- 2 liters every other day. Most of T2s (teapot gal) water (1ltr) runs thru to the bottom catchment. I leave it on the towel to keep humidity around the pot. T2 grew .5 inches and now shines brightly at 3 inches, T3 is 7. I topped my T3 last week after she started flower. Big Mistake. Autos can be HST only in week 2 and never in flower. If you remember my week 2 stats, neither girl was over .5 inches tall and only T3 had the second set of true leaves. There wasn’t any growth to even begin training. Know your plant. Here I should have chsnged.my grow plan and.not done any training besides defoliation. T3 in the 3-gallon air pot is larger at 7 inches now. I did a bit more lst on T3 tying branches down. The leave branches are at the most an inch long with most smashed up against the main stem. I also put a separator between the top 2 buds to give a bit of space. The stem on T3 is thick for being so small. A solid ¼ inch. If this gal was growing to her estimated height of 60cm, the main stem would be over an inch, like my Apollo grow. I will say for sure the RQS F1s are strong and sturdy. With T2’s stretches her tippy top is just peeking above the copper pot rim. She is towering at 3 inches. I keep supplementing and foliar spraying with Cal-mag but the internodal chlorosis is still visible. Despite separating the copper pot from the soil with coco liner and coffee filters, I think Teapot gal (T2) has a copper deficiency. ✅️ Slowed Growth, ✅️ Fewer branches ✅️ Internodal Chlorosis ✅️ Stumpy roots (I won’t see this until I harvest and reveal the root ball). I'll show pics at that time like I have with my other diaries. Given these RQS Titan are F1 hybrids and should be stable, I believe the height and the health differences are attributable to the copper wire teapot. They are in the same soil, same tent environment, same nutrient solution, same light, same everything except the growing container. As I stated in previous discourse, I expected the overall plant to be smaller than T3 simply based on the pot size but did not expect to see such size differences so early, not to mention the nutrient issues. [ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.

Buds are really putting on weight! Frost is in abundance. Colas have really gained defined shape and structure. The aroma is getting intense. Full blown bloom is a wonderful thing. Just watching as the sexyness gets more defined. We have hit the major bulking phase. Do to the new phase of growth the feeding has once again changed. I added bud golem to the mix. To get every drip drop of flowering vigor this lady has to push. Really gives that extra umph for the bulking phase. Will eliminate that last bit of grow outta the mix next feed. Than ride that mix to the flush. Until next update . Happy growing and stay lit fam.

It was a small auto but also it was grown in a 2 gallon, Smells delicious, always issues with heat end of summer but i think it still did its thang . Really lime green covered in trics smelling like berry's 👍 I Will grow again for sure & recommend 👌 thanks Seedsman 😊 !!

Hola a todos! Comienza la semana 4 de crecimiento para las AK. Están todas creciendo mas o menos al mismo ritmo, menos la que sufrió quemaduras, que está más lenta que el resto. Seguramente que esta semana o al principio de la siguiente realizaré la poda apical, depende un poco de la "enana". Hay una planta que tiene los bordes de las hojas de color más claro, casi amarillo. ¿Qué puede ser? Si alguien lo sabe, le agradezco su ayuda!

I received the clones from An out of province breeder. It reached me after three days of driving on the road with no light. Their future was not certain. I didn’t think I would need that many fans for the clones because they are so tiny, I figured they didn’t need that much maintenance. I was 100% wrong when I’m working with this many plants. I ended up getting mild mildew on top of the soil on the first week because there was barely any air circulation. At this point I didn’t have any Ventilation put up yet. And one fan on the floor. I ended up installing three fans in one room. No issues

Had a good week overall. I decided to cut back on watering a bit to allow some stress to set in and allow these babies to grow a bit mo. Hopefully loosening up the soil will help a bit with the slow root growth. Wish me luck!

Coming along slowly - fed some Fox Farms Grow Big and will likely move on to some fish fertilizer next week. Very excited to see new growth!

Took a while for these plants to get to size .. I had like 20 plants in a 4x4 closet so I had to keep all these in a shot glass for literally 3 weeks they were dying for a bigger pot!

Successful regeneration has led to a new problem.. I don’t know where to flower her! I took a couple of cuttings of new normal growth to clone for now. Will take more cuttings as she develops further. She’s healthy and very cool. I apologize for the strand of my hair caught around her old flower in the video. Runoff ppm 1020-1150 pH 6.2-6.3 medium lighting

Week 6th started. I will add each plant 100 ml water 2x a day so 400ml altogether. I still always spray the topsoil also. The same fertilization method will be done, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2x 100ml acacia honey and bat guano water mix for each plant. I changed their places so Purple Punch is the left side now and the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe placed to the right. I always rotate them to get equal light. Last day of the 6th week. Gelato Cookie D'ohpe doubled its height. I decided to make the Purple Punch flower but it is not autoflower I separated it for 36 hours darkness and then I will give 14 hours darkness and 10 hours light the first 7 days. So every night I will put it in the tent with the other one and remove in the morning to be in darkness. I also need to reset the timers. End of this week Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 65 cm, Purple Punch is 35cm.

OK this was my 1st grow and I set everything up went through all my controls and away to go ... wrong after pre flower came I couldn't understand why I wasn't getting these ladies to flip.... So I went through everything with runoff feeds Everything you can think of except my timers on the lights and this low and behold was the problem!! where I was going to the tent at similar times everyday the light was on and the timers were set right on the clock except I didn't see the switch on the side that makes the timer work continuously or to how the clock is set....🙈😔 Found this and away to go my ladies had some well needed sleep and away to go they flipped By now these had all bushed right out but were getting no tricomes I now had a hell of a load of feeds and kept up the way I was feeding Water Water Feed and all 4 plants in my tent were all heading for the finish line at the same time.... And now I've cut the Northern and the jack down and from my northern lights I had 200g dry weight I didn't do a wet weight it was too hard to do in the space I had (too many colas and massive nugs along with the stragglers that were lost in amongst it all ) She was really resilient and to have come through all those weeks of no rest and only light for 24hrs continuously I'm surprised that I've got this far Flavours and smells are great and the smoke isn't the strongest but when cure now I will see how this little lady comes on I'm happy for my 1st and have learned so much throughout this journey I will update with more but the next diary will be of the other lady in the tent and will give a more detailed explanation of the full journey but as far as crop goes she gave and gave and gave that little more !! Thanks all for following and I hope my next write up will be all the more detailed for u 😀 As she drys mire and more and I've got the exact weight down her figures are not really changing as I've dried her down as much as I want to ....even if this was something that I wanted to keep as a heavier product weather it was for keeping for myself which is what I will be doing rather than to try to get extra weight if I was doing this grow for resale, but this was never the case it was always a grow I've done to help lower my own smoking costs for my own gain and not resale... So again very happy as these final weights are getting revised there will be more to add to the weight with 1 more plant on the harvest but almost double if not more than doubling what I have already put on but I will change my numbers to 2 lots p .tent and an extremely challenging massive yield OMG 😲 she has yes given given and given more beyond more !!!!

Little late on the upload of the diary. She has made day 56 with no real issues. Minor leaf damage from a few pests. The weather has been mostly sunny with 2 days of rain. Purple hues are starting to show up in the buds!😍

Day29: New sets of leaves. I'll repot and switch to proper Veg Lights on the weekend. Day30: I'll repot tomorrow. Day31: Repotting done. She had a crazy amount of roots in the seedling pot. MUCH more than I expected. I switched to Veg lights at 90% power. Day32: Settling in new pot Day33 & 34: I had to perform some maintenance on the tent. Lost some hours due to that. Day35: Growth really looking healthy. Although she's not really stretching high, she does look rather happy. I do like them thicc ;) General: I need to put the camera somewhere else so that the growth can be better seen. Right at the end I'll edit out the white flashes. They're caused by the humidifier running and will be really easy to cut out without losing the gist of the grow :)
