Was thinking about going to 12/12 this week, but have put it off till next. Veg filling >1/4 of the 16sq ft net, but I can't wait much longer! Moved from one 13g container to 2x13 (one with plant) plus a 27g reservoir. Expect to be much more stable on nutes now. Remote reservoir keeps temp of nutes down.

Sep 21: fall is here with 12 h of darkness and red tinted sunlight both of which help with flowering. One problem with growing dope here is the UV light is weak this far North in the fall so for most people it’s better to just do autos outdoors and timing it so they ripen during the stronger summer sun and you’re done by the end of August. But if you want reliable big yields these fast flowering photoperiods are definitely the best choice. Sep 23: seems a bit off colour so I added some Alaska Fish Fertilizer for N. Always warming the water to about 26C these days to help keep the plant and soil bacteria warm and happy. Sep 25: this plant and Bruce both got blown over twice today. This is because the small 5 gallon bags aren’t big and heavy enough. The plants are fine. Oh well, the advantage is that I can move them around easily to maximize direct sun. Don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you’re going to immediately use a 730 nm far red light to put the plants into dark mode. It’s a great trick as a bloom booster and moves up finishing time here by a couple or three weeks. Sep 27: harvest will be tomorrow because of some bad weather moving in. Tomorrow will be okay but then rain and cold overnight and even snow forecast for late next week. C’est La vie.

Week 6 2/9-15 Pink Rozay Auto in flower. On Thursday, 2/13 I did a major defoliation on Pink Rozay. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have since heard that, 10 they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2 there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. She is still stretching and now 18 inches. This should have been an indication Not to defoliate severely. Oh darn I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. The controller is set to flower now. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 A little worried today her birth Twin the BA I am growing out is looking great and is raised towards the light and this one is just slightly under.. Will keep an eye on Her. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 Walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. Also looking at the roots and she has some poking out the bottom but just not in the water yet.. Luckily we are set for 14 days before next water change so the system will stay stable and her sister already has roots in the water so she should only be a day or two behind.. we will just keep tracking but she is delayed. Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Roots in the Water!!! Huston, we have a successful launch. This grow is on! Humidity was a little low this morning so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that the temp looks great, the PH looks good, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning from over filling the cloning machine seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started. Everything for growth and environment is looking good and on track, there are a couple of mutations with this Lady will keep an eye on those leaves. IMO this grow is going A lot during this week 1 then week 1 of the last grow when I had them drowning. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

The Black Devil's OG is trucking along without issue, while the Northern light is a tad on the droopy side at night and is likely expecting earlier night hours. I will likely adjust my light schedule to reduce the stress. The videos posted came out pretty well, considering they came out of a cell phone camera. 400x ends up being really blurry as the phone can't focus properly to compensate, but you can still see all the bacteria dancing around. Some nematodes and ciliates there too.

RSV11 has been a very vigorous grower. She is starting to enter her bulking stage. She is developing a first on the early Cola sites. She will be due for a solution change this next week. Everything is looking really good at the moment. The plants are thriving in their 4th week of flowering, and I couldn’t be happier with their progress! 🌟 Adjusting the nutrient mix for the coco substrate has really paid off, and both plants are responding beautifully. The trichome production is impressive on both, but interestingly, the plant without LST is slightly ahead in development compared to the LST variant. 🌿💨 The buds are forming nicely, and there’s already a noticeable aroma in the grow space. It’s predominantly sweet, with hints of something deeper starting to come through. 🍭✨ So far, everything is looking on track, and I can’t wait to see how they progress in the coming weeks!💚💚💚
