DAY 21 FLOWERING: Well it had to happen eventually!!! . I knew it would come to this point.....I had to be brutal and practical as I evicted the Gorilla cookies and the mutant Northern light to a different space... I now have the #1 Northern lights and the Grandaddys Mimosa directly under the XS1500 to really develop them both to the best I can. The light has done a great job developing all 5 to this point and I do think it could have finished them all at a push but , I think seeing how it can grow 2 auto plants in a 2x2 space will be worth the change of plan. I am impressed with this little light and never expected such a growth rate . I really would love to test their new p4000 to see what that beast can do. The northern lights has really worked hard this week on her bud structuring , she looks like she will be stacking her colas on each limb , just the way we like em in the space I have. I did take a little more weak lower growth out of her to focus on the stronger mains as we have hit the point of no more defol . She wont regrow leaf after this point now so the ones remaining will be all she has to power the photosynthesis during flowering. Sugar leaves do not do the same work as the fan leaves and with them being autos , I feel we need the extra boost more than in a photoperiod run. She looks like stretch has finished now too so her size is nice and stocky so she wont need to transfer nutes too far from the roots either. Grandaddys mimosa is also really developing some nice looking golf ball buds all over. She looks like she will be a long cola girl too which is perfect to keep the canopy and light distribution as even as possible with the Northern lights too. She smells a little fruity already and the hint of her Mimosa lemon father is also really evident. So far so good . The 2 Gorilla cookies and the other northern lights are all looking great after being grown under this light and I will include their harvest data in the diary at the end to avoid the diary going haywire. All in all this is going great now and continues to impress me with the capability of this unit. Come on #viparspectra , send me a p4000. Lol Be safe and well growmies.

Suffered from nute burn and tacoing which i think came from me having light too close and mixed ith high temps outside i think made it 1x worse, did flush and halved nutrients see how they react

the plants both critical kush and medical mass have sprouted quietly 8 seeds or planted and 8 are germinated i am happy and thank royal Queen seeds of warnings sent

The time has come for it to bloom

7th of May Day 59 day 11 of 12/12 4 plants are looking healthy the stretch has started and and the canopy is starting to get a bit dense I may rom I’ve some large fan leaves on day 14 of 12/12 to give better airflow and allow for the lower growth to get more light, I can picture the colas already 😁🍁 ppm still going in at 650 ph 6.5, i top dressed each plant with fish blood and bone mean 3 table spoons to each 3gal pot on day 1 of flower

This plant has CRAZY stacking on it. It hasn't grown up as much as it has branched out. This is a strain I'm growing to treat symptoms of MS, so with the stacking it may turn into a mom plant for cloning, but we'll see. It's received some feedings of liquid seaweed, black strap molasses, and URB in R/O water.

Partial reset on this girl who is obviously stunted and struggling. Not all strains are created equal and experience combined with skill goes a long way. So, taking my lumps with this girl. So, long story short, I reduced the ppm by draining and replacing 2.5 gallons of ph'd RO w/cal-mag added. This resulted in bringing down the ppm to roughly 500 w/ph at around 5.6. Will continue to monitor ph, ppm, and water levels for the remainder of this week looking for stabilization. At that point, I will gradually raise the ppm levels. If she doesn't make it back before TKO is ready to flip, I may need to scrap her given limited space. Come on girl, let's go... Midweek 4 update: Well, time has come for a decision. I moved the PBCRbx over to the 3x3 grow tent, so I can continue to care for her. Clear case of too much nutrients (high ppm levels) that have stunted early stage veg growth. Tried monitoring and adjusting ph twice a day but ppm remained higher than range resulting in fan leave tips looking burnt. Also some nutrient lock out occurring. Given ppm remaining high and water level dropping, I decided it was time to do a complete flush. Emptied and thoroughly cleaned bucket, air stone, and air line exposed in bucket. RO water with cal-mag and nutrients ph'd to 5.5 w/ppms at roughly 625. A day after flushing, the PBCRbx is looking a lot better. As a back up, I am running a separate PBCRbx by Ethos in a 3 gal fabric of coco peat, which is doing very well.

Leave's edges have turned yellow and it was fed with a good amount of 6.5 ph water to give her a break. Watered for second time this week with just 6.5 ph water.

12/01/18 Start of week 6 of flower. Buds are continuing to develop. The structures on the ladies vary widely. 1 has long sativa like colas. Another has 9 dominate colas and many many golf ball size side branches. 1 is a runt. amd the other is just ok. There are several phenos in these beans.

Day 21 Flowering: Well what a week it has been this week growmies Dealing with flash heat waves , building soils , setting up new lights and generally trying to squeeze every last inch of my grow space for plants without creating a stagnant lower growth below the canopy . airflow is vital with such a cramped , hot and dense budded canopy starting. I have been feeding the Banana mash with a slightly lighter feed than the Purple monkey and they look a lot less toxic. Still way behind the Purple Monkey for bud production and density , theyvare stretching wildly still. The main 3 are very similar in size etc but #4 is really getting like a bowl of noodles now and will need some serious thinning out and brutal decisions in who goes to harvest time. Being in the middle of the canopy she is really trying to spread out wider too. The Banana mash are really good,vigorous growers with lots of side branching to create some really big plants full of budsites , the key will be if you can utilise all of that growth or if ,like me, you need to select the best branches and tips to focus on. The Purple Monkey are all doingreally good and for 21 days , the buds are very well developed. It could indicate an early flowering finish around 7 weeks possibly but I am hoping it is more about their intended finish being huge buds. The #1and #2 are really packing the weight on amd stacking the nodes already. this gives their buds a really solid appearance already and I will be very cautious of allowing moisture to build up with this density . The #3 is a different pheno to the other 2 and her buds are further apart and more spikey looking. She is also trying to hit the clouds still so need to be firmly held down if you want to keep them low. I have been supercropping the tallest of the limbs and trying to keep them upright enough to stay in the light available. She will need support once her buds pack the weight on. They are all starting to smell so sweet too and even now have a nice sticky appeal when touched. I could not recommend this strain enough and love growing it already. The purple is starting to appear in #2 already and should continue as it is not related to temp drops at all that can happen . Shebwill live up to her namesake i think. The other 2 are pure white and solent green looking buds which are a great examples of what they can do. I can only see a great yield from how they are going now and wishbinjad a room full of them .lol. The other 2 crosses are both starting to hit their stretch max now with the Exotic? really looking thick and bushy and showing her sex now. She needs to stretch now to get her mains up into the canopy without the tub underneath. The Mango X Mimosa is in full flowering mode for sure with no signs of any male gonads or hermie behaviour...It is making a huge plant so far and with the massive growth of the father being the main driver I think and she/he put out over 5oz. Fingers crossed for that size with beautiful exotic mango cream buds ..... So there we have it for this update growmies. Hope the video isn't too long this time guys but a lot happening in the room. Watering has jumped up to every 2 days ph 6.3-6.8 with 20% runoff Flower Fuel has been added to AP,GG and ZK watering's. Lights have been lowered to 24-28 inches. White Widow just started flower at end of the week. Still waiting on the Cream Cookie. Doing light Defoliation to expose bud sites to the lights.
