[ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.

Week 5 begins for LSD and Green Crack! The LSD ladies had the most yellowing over the last week, yet they have the most frost on the buds. The Green Crack ladies had a little bit of yellowing and has bigger buds, but no frost at this time. They all seem very happy in their new 4x8 home. D50 - The start of week three of flower and all is well. There isn't much to do at this point since the training is mostly done, and the watering is automated. D54 - The girls were home alone while I was gone on a trip. I'm sure they didn't miss me as everything was running automatically, but the differences between the two girls were more noticeable upon my return. The first is taller and more stretchy, with smaller, less developed buds, while the second is squatter, with much longer, fatter buds. I suspect that the second girl will finish sooner, but we'll see with time. The first girl stretched in my absence, and the canopy is now somewhat slanted, but I will try to even it out tomorrow. D56 - The last day of week three of flower. I was able to even out the canopy a bit, although there is still a bit of slant. There is only so much you can do when you're in a confined space.

Day 64 - Starting week 10 today and not much happening. I didn’t even take her out of the tent, just left her in, tucked some leaves and got updated pics. Looks like she’s really starting to bud up nicely now. Day 65 - She’s definitely getting pretty cramped in the tent but not a whole lot I can do about it. Doing what I can to keep all the sites exposed and went and cut a couple lower limbs off that aren’t getting much light. Also gave her 2 gallons of pH’d water and cal-mag today. I’m giving her about 2 gallons every two days, she’s drinking a ton. Next watering, I’ll be giving her a dose of the technaflora nutes. Day 67 - The pot was dry already today so gave her a feeding of nutes today and following their schedule of feed, water, water feed so next watering will be plain pH’d water. Did a pretty heavy defoliation as well as removing a bunch of lower growth. This will probably be the only time I do this to her and will just removed dying or dead leaves from here on out, I’m just hoping I didn’t over do it but I supposed we’ll see how she does the next few days. Day 68 - All seems good and chugging along nicely after the heavy defoliation and somewhat lollipopping yesterday. Didn’t even take her out of the tent, just tucked a couple leaves that are trying to stand up and block the light. Day 69 - Right in cue, she was ready for water today so she got two gallons with cal-mag pH’d to 6.7. Looks like she’s finally stopped stretching at 27.2 inches tall and hopefully now she’ll start beefing up on the buds. Day 70 - The end of week 10 and she’s still got a ways to go and gonna be way past the 9 weeks they’re “supposed” to take but I always expect things to go longer but this will most likely be a 15-16 week harvest. Other than that, I didn’t do anything with her today but she’s definitely going to be needing more water tomorrow.

Sorry I missed a few weeks was outta town and not able to update! Things hav been going well! Took some time for em to start growing fast! But they are growing fast! Gonna need some rest from the topping and training from the bud clips. I think I got the manifold line down for all the plants! The og kush I accidentally fimmed it was dramatic lol but made it thru and still growing strong! Makes me laugh fim stands for “fuck I missed” but all this is trial and error for me! So only after two weeks of curing these buds are becoming more and more refined! The texture of the buds is beautiful, it crumbles and grinds up effortlessly in my space case and is light, fluffy and almost “goopy” coming out of the grinder. I guess goopy is my description of ground bud that sticks together as it comes out of the grinder. It almost resembles goo or putty! That’s always a great indicator of a strain that has lots of sticky dank trichomes 😎 Now onto the high... I must admit, I was a little disappointed at first. I was initially caught off guard by how smooth the smoke went down, but usually after the first hit I feel something. After the first hit of this strain I didn’t, so I packed another bowl and sparked her up... not much different. Around 15min after my second hit I started to gradually feel a trippy/tingly full body buzz and strong head buzz come on. Once I sat down on the couch it’s like it fully kicked in and I really felt a truly euphoric full body high along with a head high that felt incredible. She’s definitely what some would call a “creeper strain”! To me though, the high is reminiscent of the first hour after ingestion of some top quality cubensis! In a nutshell the high is euphoric, energetic and crisp. I don’t feel groggy at all when I smoke this strain, I can be extremely productive with work and still articulate my thoughts with ease. I also noticed that I don’t get anxious in public and even though this strain is extremely uplifting and energetic I have zero issues getting to sleep at night. I could truly classify this strain as medicinal and I know if I was still a caregiver this would be on constant rotation! I will update more after 2.5-3.0 months cure!

Was an easy grow, took lst and defoliation well. Only took 70 days from seed to harvest with roughly 10-15% amber trichomes. In the last couple of weeks of flowering she absolutely stank! And she got frostier by the day, if you rub a fan leaf and smell your fingers you get a sweet mango at first then rub a bit more and you get more fruits, citrus and maybe berries 🤤 I really can’t wait to smoke some, I hope she tastes as well as she smells. I’ve made up a dry box with a computer fan stuck in the side at the top and draw vents in the sides at the bottom covered with filter. Humidity is around 54% and temp at 20°c currently in the box, all sealed for 5 days. After opening the box on day 5 I closed it up for another two days as it wasn’t quite ready. Trimmed up after 7 days of drying and I’ve been left with 64.09g of good bud and 7.61g of fluff and a lot of trim! After a couple of days in a jar the humidity is at 59%.

D21 - Last girl standing. She may be all alone in the tent, but she is thriving and looking healthy, and I hope to have another girl soon to keep her company. I gave her about 0.5 liters of water @ pH 6.1. D24 - The girl is thriving: 12 cm tall, 24 cm wide. Short and stocky like Cartman. I switched the light from about 40% to 60% yesterday, and I'm now reading around 500-600 PPFD at the canopy level. On the high end for sure, so let's see how she handles it. However, the daytime temp in the tent jumped up to around 30 degrees C after I switched the light. #tinytentproblems D24 (part 2) - Alright, it's only been a few hours, but it is clear that she REALLY didn't enjoy that sudden increase in photons. After some hours under the more intense light, I checked on her, and she displayed several signs of light stress, such as her leaf edges curling upward ("taco"-ing) while the whole leaf was drooping. Clearly, she wasn't happy, so I dimmed the light until I saw around 430 PPFD at the canopy level. She is "sleeping" now, but I will check on her tomorrow to see how she reacts. D27 - Today was the last day in week three of veg. I think she is already going into pre-flower, and she already has a faint smell to her. She is 16 cm tall and 28 cm wide. I haven't trained her yet but will start doing some LST next week. I also started brewing compost tea (worm castings, neem meal, kelp meal, biochar, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, and molasses) which I will leave overnight and feed to her tomorrow.

Week 17, and my garden is blowing my mind! It's like a botanical fireworks show out there. The buds are popping up like they're trying to outshine the sun. I'm so happy I'm doing the leafy dance of joy every time I check on them. I can't believe how beautiful everything is – it's like my garden is showing off just for me. I feel like a proud plant parent, watching my green babies grow up so fast. Here's to Week 17 – a week of beauty, happiness, and the joy of watching nature do its thing. 11 Noviembre: Primer riego con 2.5EC y 5.9pH, runoff de 2.9EC y 6.2pH, en una semana más ya deberían estar recibiendo 3.0EC y seguir con esa concentración por todo el cultivo. Alturas están entre 15cm y 20cm. 13 Noviembre: Riego 2.5EC y 5.9pH, runoff de 3.3EC y 6.2pH. Hoy se removieron los primeros nodos de cada planta y se les hizo poda apical. 14 Noviembre: Riego 2.5EC y 5.9pH, runoff de 3.3EC y 6.2pH en la mañana. En la tarde se realizó transplante a maceteros definitivos de 5 litros con 4 litros de sustrato aprox. el cual fue pre cargado hasta la capacidad de campo, con 3.0EC y 5.8pH, desde este punto se debe esperar un par de días hasta que el dryback(secado) del sustrato sea de un 35-40%, lo cual vendría siendo el primer P3 del cultivo, una vez se alcance ese porcentaje de secado, se comenzará con los primeros riegos de precisión llamados P1.

The Sour Diesel uses a lot of nutrients, grows fast and responses well to LST and Topping. I have 3 Jelly Donutz from Humboldt Seed company in the back that i just planted 2 days ago. Hopefully , all 3 sprout. I have promised my friends SD1 and Gelato. So, their weekly progress will not be included in the next posts

09/14/2018 I'm not sure if any pollen took. New flowers coming in so fast, and I cant see much but pure white pistils,so we will see in about 6 weeks. No feeding this week just molasses for soil microbes 1tablespoon to a gallon and let mother nature do her thing.😎
