There's something i want to correct and remark this week. About the question i asked some weeks ago on growers help, about the plant with decoloring problems (Photos 7 & 13), where i've choose the defoliation answer as the correct one. Watching the plant today, I would say that it can be an excess of co2 in the roots caused by a co2 tablet that I used during the first days of growth. You can notice how the part of the plant in the back does not present de decoloration it have in the front. Also remarking what i've told last week, i must say the SCROG is not a true SCROG, as some colas begin below others, and also colas are of different heights among all plants. Anyway i'm very happy on how everything is going. And insisting again, I have very very few experience growing cannabis, this is my 3rd grow, 2nd indoor, and first time with photo-period at indoors, and of course is the first time too i'm trying to apply growing technics on a serious way. En sobre la pregunta que realicé hace unas semanas sobre la planta que tenía una decoloración (Fotos 7 y 13), en la que escogí la respuesta de la variegación. Viendo la planta a día de hoy, yo diría que es un exceso de CO2 en las raíces causado por una pastilla de CO2 que usé durante los primeros días de crecimiento. Al fijarse bien se ve como la parte trasera de la planta no presenta las decoloraciones y sin embargo la frontal si. Para tener una idea más o menos certera del tamaño de las partes de las plantas, tened en cuenta que la red está fija a 24 cm de la parte superior de la tierra de los tiestos. También remarcando lo que dije durante la última semana, he de decir que el SCROG no es un SCROG real, ya que las colas no empiezan desde la misma altura ni son de la misma altura, ni las plantas son de la misma altura. Pero yo estoy muy contento con como va la cosa, vuelvo a insistir que es mi primera vez con foto-dependientes indoor, mi segundo armario indoor y el tercer cultivo de mi vida, y por supuesto la primera vez que aplico o intento aplicar las técnicas de cultivo. Esta semana fue divertida, tocó hacer el topping y el LST. Con respecto al primero, creo que podría haber esperado más tiempo ya que las ramas laterales del tercer nudo estaban muy chicas, pero estoy buscando estresar lo menos posible a la planta así que decidí hacerlo el día 40. Espere dos días a que la plante se recupere y las ramas comiencen a crecer e hice el LST. Hice un vídeo del topping + LST. Con respecto a los inputs, los primeros días de esta semana llovió mucho y las plantas se encuentran bajo un techo mínimo por lo que algo de agua las regó. El día del topping regué con FPJ y el día del LST regué con Compost tea + Melaza orgánica. Esto ha sido todo por ahora... Cualquier sugerencia es bienvenida! Buenos cultivos!😃

Starting to get close to lights. They love the boosters! Ill post week 3 in few days since this is behind. Took to immune booster and ball buster shmoe krebs cycle booster i made. Now need to give it some cytokinins keep stretch zero. Bubba diagonal is ahead of them all and kush mints barely started flowering probably gonna be a 9 weeker+

10/06/2021 Harvesting #2 and #1 to prevent more loss to mould. #3 will tackle in morning. #2 hardest hit. #1 not much #3 less. Mould Weight will be added later as I have lost my scale in moving. On to curing for 3-4 weeks and I will update the smoke report

Having quite a bit of trouble with fading leaves, burning and just can't figure out what is going on. I've top dressed on Saturday to try give her a boost, it looks like potassium deficiency but it also looks a touch like toxicity too... very confusing.... so what I'm going to do is just give water until the end now. 4 weeks ish should be ok and I reckon I can limp her home if shit hits the fan. Hoping its just deficiency and the top dress will fix it. I've not overfed with amendments so I don't understand it really. The buds are still growing no problem and calyx are starting to swell in places... all a bit weird.

Day 45-52 (Day 46) I just realized I forgot to zip up a small flap in the tent for at least 5 days or so. This probably made the added co2 useless. All the plants are slightly clawing and almost look overwatered, which is normal for plant at this stage but I wonder if the lower co2 levels are contributing at all. I couldn’t help myself today and did a small defoliation. Hopefully this doesn’t stress them out too much. I took about 15-20 leaves per plant. I really want some of this larf on the bottom fill out more. Even by 10-15%. (Day 47) Wow. I just noticed that #5 is putting on a thick layer of late frost. I’m guessing this has to do with all the mid flower feedings. Unfortunately the density on this girl lacking big time. Especially on the lowers. This could be genetic but there is too many variables at play to say for sure. If this stuff smokes proper I will continue to feed in mid flower. Plants are really starting to fade out here now. #3 in particular has some odd red coloring in a few of the leaves. (Day 48) I watered in 2 gallons on each plant making sure to get some decent runoff from each. Sucks that #3 didn’t fill out. The genetic potential was definitely there, something just went awry after that tea I gave it. I have at least 2 or 3 clones of that I will try outdoors. It’s been a very P hungry plant too. The stems were purpling like crazy, even in veg. Some people say this can be fixed with a microbial product like Mammoth P or Tribus which I might try for my next grow. #6 isn’t really filling out much either unfortunately. Tops look decent but everything under that is pretty leafy and airy. #1 and #7 are the clear winners here. #1 especially is picture perfect. If I wasn’t working on another project after this I would clone just #1 and run another scrog like this from clone. (Day 50) I was plucking some leaves today and I found a confirmed banana sticking out of one of the main colas on the stubby pheno. I didn’t defoliate this one too much so I wonder if it was caused by stress at all. I hope I don’t find anymore because we only have 10 days left here. (Day 52) My family member trimmed up the m39. It looks super scraggly but has some decent crystal nonetheless. That’s partly why I would never use an amazon blurple for flowering. It just doesn’t have the same canopy penetration that a light like mine does. Although for a budget setup they’re pretty awesome.

The only regret I have is that I didn't give 'em till week 12

Growing well. Just fed 12 cups Ph'd water (6.3). Lots of cold humid air coming in from outside, plus with the half soil half coco mix I think they're holding water a long time. They're only needing water once a week right now. They were not impressed with the water-only feeding. Some leaves got burnt tips, some got small yellow dots that look like spores or insects but I don't think are either. I think it's some kind of nutrient or pH unhappiness. I only gave 2/3 of the amount of water I normally would, hoping that they will dry out soon and I can give a proper feeding and check runoff pH. I left them alone for a couple days and boosted the 1000w back up to 100% to dry things out a bit more. The buds loved it but I think it's damaging the leaves a bit. I put it back down to 75% just now. I forgot to adjust the intake fan from outside down to low overnight from medium during the day and leaf temp was down to 13.3c when I woke up. Can't be doing that either.

The week has passed quite normally, and our girl continues to delight us with her growth. She has already grown by a whole 10 cm, and her leaves have become even wider and greener thanks to the Xpert Nutrients fertilizers that we use with pleasure. However, we encountered some unpleasant situations related to Sensi Seeds. We reached out to them with an issue of seed germination, not only with Skunk but also with other strains from Sensi Seeds. We provided them with all the necessary information about the purchase, although the receipt was not saved due to various circumstances. But, to our great disappointment, Sensi Seeds denied us, citing the lack of a receipt. We provided them with the date and place of purchase, videos, and photos, but it was not enough. Honestly, we feel deep disappointment from Sensi Seeds' attitude. We were ready to immerse ourselves in the world of their genetics, knowing that many legendary strains were bred from their seeds. But now we are disappointed not only with the quality of their product but also with the lack of honesty and support. We no longer want to have anything to do with Sensi Seeds and will seek other ways to fulfill our dreams. People, please take a look at the photos and videos and share your opinion. Did I provide enough evidence to Sensi Seeds, or should I have provided a receipt as well? I believe that integrity should come first. Sensi Seeds, you have shown your lack of integrity. People, I appeal to you: no honest and self-respecting grower can stand aside. I ask each of you to voice your opinion.

Going steady this week! Gonna go a couple more weeks and then flip to 12/12. Added 2 new clones to the tent as well, 2x Indian Rhino x The Matrix. Curious to see the differences between strains and also differences in growth between seed/clone. I won’t be keeping track of those 2 in this diary though. Thanks for reading, happy growing!

Day 49-56 (Day 1F-5F) (Day 50) Plants are all showing some odd deficiencies and lord only knows what I’m doing wrong this time. I’m guessing I overwatered as I’m seeing a N/mg deficiency. Slurricane is showing some super odd browning and crisping on the lower fan leaves. I have to flip into flower tomorrow (April 21st) as my other tent is at maximum capacity now. Plants look like shit but I have no other choice. Normally I would never do that so close to being flipped. Hopefully this will at least be worth the electricity used. (Day 1F) Switched out timers and flipped. I forgot to put my temperature controllers on the outside of the tent. I will do that ASAP as I don’t want to risk light leaks. (Day 2F) Everything is looking a little better. Ive been noticing that while my A/C is running, I don’t have full power to my light because the ballast is automatically dimming the light. I didn’t run the A/C today and the plants seem to have responded well but correlation doesn’t equal causation. (Day 3F) I decided to toss all the locos except one. I also tossed bg#1 as it shit the bed out of nowhere. Hopefully that will clear up some room in the tent for these others to start thriving. (Day 5F) Plants all responded well to the extra light. Maybe that was a big part of the problem in the first place. I had 17 plants under a 400w. I’m still only running 400w because 600w gets way too hot unless I have my carbon filter running 24/7 which I’m actually starting to consider.

Week 13, Harvest time is soon! I was able to give the plant some waterings of KoolBloom and the flushing process has began! I ran some ClearEx in the flushing process with 6.0ph water. This grow has been a great experience and I am excited to see what she looks like once I wet trim her :) I am going to cut down soon and have an update with pics and etc. It appears the buds did grower denser from the last past week or so. I am glad I pushed the harvest time back, it allowed the buds to pack on a bit more weight it appears. Let me know if you have any questions/ concerns/ comments. Happy growing Growmies!
