Heya Farmers. Lots of growth this week, as you can see in the video I had to do a ton of LST and defoliation! This strain had a lot of hype surrounding it in the community, but here on growth diaries most of the plants looked rather small and flowered after 2 weeks, I'm glad mine seems to be a bit bigger! she also already smells amazing, this early! I'm a little scared as shes still quite short, but if I can get dense little buds, I prefer that over stretchy airy sativas, so I suppose I should be happy, but still, so dense, so much foliage. These chef anna white label autos are just amazing. The smell is so pungent it just smacks you in the face from 10 feet away. I cant wait to smoke these lovely ladys. Not to mention look at all those pistols.

At the end plants didn’t drink anymore. Don’t know why. Im very pleased with the results. Expected about 200g but got way more. Grow went well. Exept I should have ordered scrog et way before bc when it arrived it was too late and i couldnt train them anymore.

Fed Oct.31 Had to bring down the nutes to 5.8 as runoff had gotten a bit high last week. Runoff now is------PH= 6.4-----------PPM= 750 Lavender Jones has caught up with the Grapefruit and they are both looking real good. The small one in video is a Grapefruit that the main stem had gotten chopped by mistake. (Dropped a filter on it by mistake). It's looking good, but definitely behind. On light meter, Lux is about the 48,000 range. Will push the PPM up next feed.............................Have been feeding about every 3rd day.

Day 49. Starting to frost up on the upper buds.

Z-Up is looking healthy and about to start stretching soon🌿 Doing some daily defoliation just 2–3 leaves a day to let the lower parts get more light☀️

Flushed one for a week and now into darkness. The last two that started flower under the cheap LEDs need a bit longer. They will need another three weeks. The one plant looks really pretty and smells great. The upside is I don't have to trim them all up at the same time. Looking forward the the cure. Cheers

Week 17 Day 113 (04/12/2020)💧: Nice start to the week with a watering. Just as last week, I will be giving her the increased nutrients until the flush. So today I gave her 1.5ml of BioGrow, 6ml of BioBloom, and 6ml of TopMax. Day 114 (05/12/2020): The trichomes were looking beautiful today! You can see in the pictures that some are getting more amber now which is a great sign as I thought this girl was going to develop them later than the others in the tent. But it looks like she will ripen right on schedule, at the same time as the others. Day 115 (06/12/2020): Took a quick pic of the tent but didn’t have much time to check the girls properly. I’m sure they are great as always 👌 Day 116 (07/12/2020)💧: I watered the girl today with the same nutrients: 1.5ml of BioGrow, 6ml of BioBloom, and 6ml of TopMax. The buds on this girl are looking super dense! I hope that this 6ml of TopMax will fatten them up even more in the next few weeks before harvest 😄 Day 117 (08/12/2020): Didn’t have time to take pictures today actually Day 118 (09/12/2020): At first this girl was smelling the least out of all the others but now it is actually getting a much stronger earthy smell which I am loving! This one is definitely a couch-lock girl 🛀 Day 119 (10/12/2020)💧: Watered the girl today with the same nutrients as last time giving her 1.5ml of BioGrow, 6ml of BioBloom, and 6ml of TopMax. I took some videos and close-up pictures and she looks incredible! Also looking from the trichomes, I noticed some more amber ones so I am thinking to even start the 2 weeks flush from next watering onwards and prepare for harvest! Will assess the trichomes in a few days and decide.

I am excited to try out this new gorilla cookies from fastbuds. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

Hi there, this is the start of week 7 of flower. The MXOP has turned a rich burgundy/wine red the colors are really something else. As for the aroma, man is it complex there is the Orange smells but then you have a vary sharp gas smell (my favorite) along with some vapo rub smells These plants are telling me they are getting ready for the end of the season as they are not taking up as much water as the past few weeks, I would say at max I have 3 weeks to go but could be as early as next week. I’m going to try to wait it out as long as she can go. Every time I open the tent I’m greeted with some of the most beautiful plants I have ever seen, I will do justice to these girls when the time is right I’ll give her a good photo shoot. Week 5!!.. she's starting to fill out but getting a little darker than I like so we cut Grow solution this week (keeping bloom nutes consistent), we removed a few top fans and readjusted her ties again..she got a few new roommates but she's a real wide plant but we're doing our best to keep her under direct light..will update with more photos midweek, thanks for reading friends!! 🐱

VEG WEEK 10 My Base Nutrient Inputs: See VEG WEEK 6 for details of stock solutions A & B. My grow weeks run from Monday to Sunday. This week the goal was to let the girls grow, space the tops around the trellis, and attach each stem to the outside of this structure. Tuesday - Watering Day - 1 gallon each as described above. Friday - Watering Day - The pots are very light. Laverne is quite thirsty in pic # 10 - 2 gallons each as described above. Friday - Pruning Day - Pinched out all the new grow at each fan leaf. The goal is a single stalk with no side branching. Also removed some lower Fan leaves and a few select others. Unfortunately, Laverne lost a top. Not sure how, but I snapped it😡, and it dangled by a little of the outer stem tissue. I quickly reached for some tape to administer first-aid, which has worked for me in the past. Sadly, a few days later, it was evident (pic # 16), she wasn't going to make it. Sunday - Training and Trim Day - Laverne is now down to 11 tops and my plants symmetry is shattered. I pushed the broken limb aside, to make room to realign the neighboring branches. I'm leaving this broken branch on the plant for now (pic #17), in an attempt to keep the other branch, on the same main stalk from dominating the plant. The remaining branch (pic #18&19) is already growing much faster and needed some serious twisting to bring it to the level of the rest of the plant. I managed to get Laverne symmetrical again, and leveled out the tops with some wire work. Shirley was also wired down to a symmetrical, level canopy, without any drama. Laverne is now 10 inches tall, and Shirley is 12 inches. It seems I named them backwards, lol. Laverne received a 2 inch booster seat under her pot to bring her canopy level with her buddy. Their canopy tops are 30 inches from the Electric Sky ES 300 V1 light. Shirley has shown herself to be a female (pic #24), while Laverne has not shown sex (no concern, as these seeds I made should be feminized). I see some tip burn, and need to dial back my nutrients a tad. I also am working on eliminating the purple on the top side of the petioles (not too worried about it as the plant is growing and appears healthy otherwise). My base nutrients contain calcium and magnesium, plus I add Cal-Mag +, so not sure why. It is funny that the purple is only on the top side of the petioles, and makes me wonder if this is caused somehow by LED lighting. If anyone knows, please share😀. I plan on another week, maybe two, of vegetative growth. The mother(s), that I made these seeds from only stretched about 12-14 inches. I'll flip to 12/12 light schedule when the stems reach the height of the top of the trellis. With the stems supported, and some luck, these girls, will be set-up for smooth flowering.
