At the end of week 10 the 18 CANNALOPE HAZE plants from DNA-GENETICS are ready to harvest. The plants have all started to fade and get yellow leaves and hardly have any whit pistils anymore. I check the trichomes with a handheld microscope and see that they have all turned milky and some even amber...now is the PERFECT MOMENT to harvest them, they have reached PEAK-THC now. The colas on each plant are HUGE and COVERED IN TRICHOMES. A strong 'hazy' aroma is filling out the tent, its an earthy and mildly sweet smell, very enticing, I cant wait to try my medicine after its dry. The plants on the left side under the LUMATEK ZEUS 600W PRO are less uniform (=some are taller, some are smaller) and less compact than on the other side. The right side under the two SANlight Q6W-Gen.2 LED-lamps has grown more uniform (all plants have almost the same height) and with more compact buds. The trichome production was very good on both sides, the quality of the buds is OUTSTANDING!

day 73 I was not ready for all this! 🤣🤣 they literally exploded and I started seeing purple on these buds I had to tie them up so the weight of the flowers didn't break the branches. compared to El Patron that I also have in my tent, Purple is much fatter and shorter. they have a very sweet scent and I can't wait to taste it, but alas I will go there a little longer. For topping lovers it means that if you want to do topping on autoflowering plants they won't finish in biblical times, according to my calculations even doing topping shouldn't go beyond three months, like an autoflowering from the previous generation. Another noteworthy update in my cannabis cultivation journey has unfolded. I've introduced 'Rhino Skin' into the nutrient regimen for the plants. We are now in the twilight of the vegetative stage, and the plants are absorbing the final days of growth-focused care. Day 30 - Zero stress noticed since the last strip and top. Her leaves are green and healthy, and she has given me no complaints post trimming! Day 32 - Checking out her top sites, she's looking really good! Another day or two I'll start training the branches out and top them each one more time. Her fan leaves are huge and gorgeous! 😍 Day 33 - Introduced some handcuffs to the game. 😉 As the two branches on each side begin to grow out, I want to guide them horizontally away from each other. I threw some ties around each new branch, anchoring it to its adjacent fan leaf. By doing this, I am using the anchor point to help guide the growth while the branch is still new and bendy - this should hopefully lay me down an easier foundation to work with as we move toward the next steps. Now that each new branch has grown just past its first node, I will be making the last round of topping later today. FLOWERING First week of flowering. The first flowering phenomena are visible in the tops of the plants.😜 -------------------------------- GROWTH The plants are still growing rapidly. To keep the size of the plants somewhat at the same height, I use the following techniques: 😷 1. Removal of the side branches (Defoliation) -Small plants: I remove almost all side branches. In this way the small plants do not have to spend energy in the growth of side branches. -Large Plants: I don't remove anything. The plants will put energy into the growth of side branches, so the plants will not grow too fast in height. -Other plants: I remove the side branches in proportion to the size of the plants. In the course of the following days, I gradually remove all low side branches! 2. Tying the branches (Low Stress Training) -The smallest plants grow straight upwards. -The largest plants are tempered in their growth, after I have tied them to the plant sticks with the help of plastic plant binders. On DAY 5 the plants vary in length between 23 and 41 cm -------------------------------- AIR HUMIDITY 😨 When the lights are on, it gets nice and warm in the growing room. To keep the humidity at the desired level, I have two 7.5 liter humidifiers working almost continuously. In less than 24 hours I have to refill them. As long as the plants do not have real buds, I like high humidity so the plants to keep a low VPD. -------------------------------- WATER and NUTRITION 😱 Due to the high humidity, I don't have to give that much water. Every 2-3 days I give 1.25 liters of water per pot. I add 3 tablets of Easy Grow Booster to 10 liters of water. I divide this mixture between the 8 pots. This week I gave 2 x water. !!! The WATERING VOLUME PER PLANT PER 24H above, is in fact PER POT (4 POTS) !!!

Week 12 everything looking good ...still no fade in the leaves been flushing for like 12 13 days now ...I think I put too much dry amendment's in my soil ...but it cool just ran like 20 liters or more off water tru my 5 gallon pot untill I seen the ppm get real low ..so should be good now ..gonna leave in dark for 24 to 72 hours when they dry up a bit.....as I said this was my first grow I learned alot from it ...can wait for the rest ..I'll keep u updated on the weight the smoke everything...once chopped..
