Germination went well - 100% success rate. Seedlings look healthy and seems to be growing well/ I'm not able to get air temperature above 18 degrees Celsius during the day cycle but I don't think that will be an issue with this strain.

Going into flowering is always a special moment and we prepare to do it in the best way to make the plant understand that it is time to become a woman and speed up the start of the formation of buds. We start with 24 hours of darkness this to give a strong break and sign of change to the plant that understands the change of time and prepares to go into flowering. Our Slurricane was worked with a topping x16 buds that worked really well, we have well aligned branches, here nothing escapes upwards. The small growing bruches are perfectly aligned and it is another fantastic characteristic of plants with low internodal distance. Week 3. Botanicare is working wonders. I went ahead and topped at the third node. And started giving plants full grow nutes. The Banana Biscotti looks so good I might clone it. The Ice Dream Cake hasn’t bounced all the way back yet.

She's looking very good imo, growing nice firm buds and allready smelling real fruity and sweet. Absolutely love this lady,she will deff turn out a looker and a taster too I bet.

The plant is showing signs of being completely ready and I decided to test the Myth of putting the plan 48 hours in darkness one plant I decided to chop it down right away the other one I will put it in 48 hours of darkness and I'm going to see if there is any true difference in flavour and taste or Racine since both plans are clones they should be identical in end so any true difference between them will show If there is any truth to the myth or put it down as a false. Despite being lots of mistakes along the way and suffering a lot from many different issues the plant has grown nicely in the garden and it has thrive in the Canadian environment. I will update later on when the plans are completely dry and I cut it for for the curing process and also for check out how heavy they are thank you for reading have a happy grow. After three weeks in curing process there is no true difference between both of them neither a bag of peel but unfortunately the one that I cut first retain more flavor and smell typical of the plant rather than the one that was left 48 hours in darkness the only thing I have not test is for rosin production because my machine have not arrived yet other than that the one that I not allowed any dark. Has better high better flavour and better smell than the other one this doesn’t mean that the 48 hrs. Week two of flower nothing exiting happening yet. The plants are very healthy and happy for the most part. The Purple Shah #2 has a slight mag def I have not been able to keep up with but nothing major.

Man p4 is coming on strong after knocking of the longstanding p1 Queen of the crop. Crazy, I thought plant 3 was goin to be lucky to survive and she kicks booty! Another video up there 12 days in December cuts off about an hour ago. I have to say this week went pretty uneventful other than getting everything potted into their final 3ga pots. I'm trying to get the plants up to around 12" before flipping but getting anxious about it. If plant 3 wasn't so dang little I'd probably had flipped the ladies already... But they're still a bit short. I'm finding overcoming impatience is the biggest lesson I'm learning. We didn't have much hope for this one, hence the light documentation... her PH was a rollercoaster for a while but still managed to yield around an oz..not too shabby for a plant we nearly tossed... if we grow this strain again it will most certainly be grown outside in the garden.. I believe this could of been a very large auto given optimal conditions...happy growing everyone!

Bloom week one. Changing to canna flores the next waterchange.

Gg is about ready to harvest looking to harvest sometime this weekend (5/7-5/10). Everything else still has a few more weeks at least.

On day 1 things are going well. The buds are getting larger by the day and I'm starting to smell the terps. This is an interesting one, I can't figure it out just yet but there seems to be grapefruit in the background at least. I also did my last defoliation to bring in more light to the canopy. On day 3 the girls are doing well. My PH pen broke so I'm back to indicator drops until amazon hooks me up with a new probe. On day 4 the plants are doing well. I applied my final BTI treatment. The fungus gnat population is way down and almost completely eradicated. The girls are putting on more trichs everyday and the smell is increasing :) On day 5 I see no more fungus gnats :) I should receive my PH pen tomorrow and will finally be able to adjust my reservoirs pH with more precision. On day 6 the plants are doing well. On day 7 my new PH pen was ready for use. I discovered my reservoir got down to 5.5 PH yikes! I used PH up to get the PH to 6.1. I then changed out my reservoir with new nutrients. I PH'ed to 6.1

Filling out the trellis net. Looks like another 2-3 weeks until I flip the ladies. Using SST’s, LABS and natural inputs for this grow. I have made some mistakes in the past using Organics, but have figured out HOW to use them for an entire grow. The vegetative state, I have never had a problem with. The transition into the first 3 weeks is when I have had the most issues. After a little research and testing, I finally have a basic blue print of how to feed plants in flower for 10-12 weeks now or shorter. Mark Bowell from Perfect Gardens on YouTube and Mr Canucks Grow from Canada are my largest information inputs. Final Thank you to Mr McGooz for keeping me in the know. 10-11: yes, some of the stalks are turning purple. This is not due to phosphorus, magnesium, or any deficiency. It is due to the light being too intense for the plants. I am at the max distance and running the light at 30% ( it’s a 600 watt 🤣🤣). Soooo yeah, that purple is going to stay for a bit. Purple with other leaf discoloration or senescence IS a problem, purple stems with NO leaf issues isn’t serious issue. Cant it be fixed? We are going to find out….Photosynthesis Plus will be on hand in the next 5-6 days. This permits the plant to USE more of the photons ( yes, I have carbon in my media). This should minimize the purple and allow me to UP THE WATTS 🗣️🗣️ 10-14: spoke to my “guide” and we made the decision to go ahead and flower these ladies. We saw how much stretch there is to be had and realized we are currently filling the trellis by 75%. We are estimating the entire 4x4 area to be completely filled. I defoliated and pruned the smaller sites off the lower areas of the plant. Not quite lollipopping, just selectivity choosing sites to keep and bones that will get in the way. For transition I am using a ratio of 1:1:1 on NPK’s to ease the flip. The ppm’s will be between 750-800. Once we reach early flower, we switch the NPK’s to 1:3:2 ( flower girl by Dr Earth OR Fish bone meal and langbenite). I switch each feeding between the two for 5-6 weeks. At week 7 we switch to 0:3:3 ( seabird guano and Langbeinite) at 500 ppm’s. Week 8 the same feed. Week 9 kelpseaweed/water Only ( these are 10 week cultivars). Thank you for taking the time to read. 10-16 😍😍😍 Plants are starting to show deficiencies!!! Yes, normally one freaks out 😂😂😂 The slight deficiency is a sign that I can go ahead and start: The Flowering Cycle. When using Organics, you have to use your eyes because nothing is specific. Meaning: you have to see when the amendments are running out to A: Top Dress B. Make compost teas. We are going the compost tea route for flower. I made a video showing exactly what I use. The ratio is 5-5-5 ( yes earlier we were going to use 2-2-2, but we found out there is no calcium or magnesium in the all purpose mix by Dr Earth…another reason to learn to read your plants).
