its been a hot dry week but the girls have fared it well. mound design and soil content have helped keep moisture in the root ball of the plants. Hopefully we get some rain this week otherwise im going to be spending a day just watering them. fingers crossed for rain. We need a rain dance here.

She is very frosty and almost ready for harvest.

The sizes... the sizes was really really small due the hot weather as it was a outdoor grow. (I have a video holding the bottom of my bonsai hahah)

I had a little trouble this week Plants 1 and 2 are still droopy and the fungus gnats seem to be getting worse. I wasn't sure if it was overwatering or not enough nutrients. So I let them dry out for 4 days and noticed it got worse. So it probably was not overwatering. On day 56 I top dressed Plants 1 and 2 with some left over Nature's Living Soil. I used 2 tablespoons each and added 4 cups of Root's Organic soil also since the pots have settled a little. Then I gave all the plants a good watering. Hopefully after a few days they will perk back up. On day 55 I added sticky cards to each pot to keep an eye on how many fungus gnats I have. There was quite a few after just one day but I noticed less in the tent. I read some posts on Nature's Living Soil and another on air-pots. It seems like others have had nutrition problems with Nature's Living Soil if they went longer than a month of vegging, which would explain my issue. The other post about air-pots said fungus gnats love them since they can attack the soil from all sides instead of just the top layer. Apparently if you let the top layer of soil dry out well in normal pots the fungus gnat problem mostly goes away. But when using air-pots the top layer of soil might dry out but they can still get to the moist soil from the bottom or sides.

Day 58 - Into week 9 now and she’s really budding up nicely but something is definitely a bit off with her. Most leaves on the top are starting to yellow quite a bit and I’m thinking she might be getting a bit of light burn because I had moved the lights pretty close. Was trying something new with this one and don’t think it’s working so backed the lights up to the normal height and hopefully she’ll be ok. Other than that, looking good and should be ready for more water in a couple days. Day 59 - Buds are starting to swell a bit in certain areas and getting nice and frosty. Her smell is starting to get a bit stronger too. Still have quite a bit of time left with her and she’ll be ready for water tomorrow then the watering after that, she’ll get a dose of nutes. Day 61 - Still going good and fattening up nicely. The soil was pretty dry so gave her about a gallon and a half of plain pH’d water today, next watering will be with nutes. So far it doesn’t look like any of the yellowing is getting any worse so I’m thinking it was light burn. Day 63 - Ending week 9 and nothing major going on right now. Flowers are looking great and seems the bit of yellowing has slowed down or stopped but did remove a couple lower yellow and dead ones today. She’s already ready for water so tomorrow she’ll get a feeding of nutes.

week (16) 3 weeks into the flowering stage. Slight increase in the nutrients. This past week we had some hot muggy weather along with some nice rainfall. The girls loved soaking it up!

This week is SLOW 😭 I’ve soaked the seeds for 24 hours then have placed into a paper towel. Both seeds took! & I will be transferring them into ROOT ROIT from clone x tonight!

I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns. Well wish me luck....and away we go. Good weed will come back with full harvest weight when it’s all fully dry total weight 1650g and a plant that went to complete shit that had about 6oz on it added to the trim to be made into something what ever she decides so over all a good harvest if I had another two weeks and not a massive heat wave in middle of flower i reckon I would of touched two keys

I've been pulling the top fan leaves to stop the main stem growing any taller and repotted them into 4L pots, once they show roots I'll flip them over to flower. They've all outgrown their mutations but the apple fritter has a slight varigation.
