day 9: the roots start to come out of the netpot slowly (see picture) the water level is 1 inch under the netpot, the bubbles make the roots wet. nothinh much to do here just waiting for water change. the ph has gone up to 6.0 maybe because of the rockwool touching the water when the water level was higher. in the next days i expect the roots to go in the water day 11 (december 15) roots com trough net and i did water change with double strength (507ppm) calmag to around 200 and 100ppm of each three part bottle

The Fruity Donutz ladies started blooming a few days ago. And with the bloom, they vigorously grew in height as well. Unlike last grow I now stopped with the Alga Grow in time so there's no sign of Nitrogen burn, just really abundant growth. The nematodes are doing their job in the soil and the black fly polulation is slowly decreasing 🎉 . The plants do not stretch as much as I feared so I'm going to let them grow without LST. The branches are naturally filling up the empty space in the GTools so I'll let nature follow it's course (as long as the course leads to rock hard buds obviously 😅). Stay tuned for more pics and updates later this week ✌️😊 🌿🌿🌿 Mid-week update Since the Fruity Donuts were stretching like crazy. The top leafs started showing signs of light stress and I had to think of a solution. One was supercropping the plants, but it felt like a bad idea. HST also has an impact on the plant growth, and both ladies are blooming now. I couldn't raise my light any higher because of the suspension system, but after a good vape I took a closer look at the clips and came up with an idea. By directly hooking the clips to the top of the GTools I got at least another 15cm of extra vertical space 🙌 . Now the plant has enough space to gorw a little bigger and the buds are safe from lightburn.

I Should have been chopped down 5 plants instead of just one however I lost her 4 sisters because of fungal infection due to a high humidity and and a very hot day. Wish I could have been able to get a lot of jars full of this wonderful and magical organics nugs.

I will go to the collection. Certainly I did not expect large quantities, but mine was more an outdoor experiment to see if despite the temperatures this og of my friends of the noborder was resistant to low temperatures (we also arrived at an exposure of 5/8 degrees). Week 18 Day 120 (11/12/2020): I checked the girl’s trichomes and they are looking great! They are still mainly cloudy with only a handful of amber ones, but the other girls in the tent are definitely more ready. We will have to take them out at the same time so they can dry in the tent for good air circulation and a controlled environment. The pistils on the DSD are also the least developed compared to the other girls. So I will need to start the flush at the next watering.This one would definitely benefit from a bit more time but I I think since the trichomes are already cloudy she would be ready in 2 weeks anyway 💪 Day 121 (12/12/2020): The girl is looking good today but actually noticed that some leaves are starting to go yellow. Although I think during this time it is actually good news and I will be happy for her to take up all the nutrients left into the buds to make them extra tasty!🤤 Day 122 (13/12/2020)💧: Sooo this week is the start of the flush, just 1.5L of water. They are definitely ready for the flush and the buds are looking gorgeous! So gorgeous, in fact, that we cannot wait for the girls to be ready. So I cut some stems off to dry 🙊 We basically realised that they will not be ready and dry by Christmas (plus we would want to still cure them for min 2 weeks) and so I cut some of the smaller stems off to get some buds ready for Christmas celebrations 🎄 I only cut off 2 stems (one from each girl) of the buds that were at the bottom. I’ve put them into a box with holes in a room thathas good airflow. I’ll also make sure to weigh them and add it to the final dry weight. They do look super amazing though and definitely quite purple Day 123 (14/12/2020): Didn’t have time today to take pics of the girls but I’m sure they are fine 😉 Day 124 (15/12/2020): I swear the buds look fatter and fatter every single day that I check her. Looking great, smelling great, and will definitely taste great! Day 125 (16/12/2020)💧: Second flush of the week, great stuff. Just gave her 1.5L of water and ripped off some dry leaves. There are some stems at the bottom that are still quite weak and cannot hold their weight. At this point it is too late to cut them off but I have definitely learned to lollipop for the future! Day 126 (17/12/2020): What a great end to the week and just 1 more week to go! Buds are looking astonishing at this point. And I swear they are still getting bigger and bigger. My only concern is that the buds still have some white pistils which also determines maturity. I hope they ripen up a bit more over the last week! And next week I will be watering twice and probably harvest after the whole week is finished, so on Christmas day! What a great present 🎁

So Ill mark her flower, in around 5-6 days. I'll hold top dress till then as well. 9-12 Big water! Brought eco witt from 20% to 45% after settled. Took around 2-2.5 liters. Definitely pistols! 9-14 Adjusted LST, prepare for water and top dress tomorrow. May add booster!? Great growth and end to the week! Both have pistils, z by 1 day! Both start flower tomorrow! The Afghan #1 feminised has been defoliated and opened up a bit more. The lady is doing considerably well displaying her new set of pistols looking like puffballs. She’s drinking twice the volume of waShe has 7 fingered leaves and has grown about 7cm this week. After the 16 days of flowering a give me lady a flush of pure water phd 6.0. She has no burnt tips and stands at 72cm tall.
