Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. She's becoming quite the tall lady with wide node spacing and a classic 'Christmas tree' shape. Her overall health and vigor have remained excellent and she's tolerating our oppressive heat with out complaint! 7/20- The daily watering of 5g continues, as does the hot weather. 7/22- Yesterday, I top dressed the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod with 2 1/2 cups of Gaia Green 2-8-4 along with 1 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish 7-7-2 and 1/2g of Wiggle Worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments in by hand I replaced the straw coating over the soil and watered them in with 5g of straight well water via garden hose as usual. Today I resumed my regular watering routine, watering late in the afternoon with 5g of well water from the garden hose. 7/24- There goes ten weeks of veg for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo and she shows no signs of slowing her vertical growth at this time. I am hoping that with our daylight hours slowly diminishing, the Papaya Sherbet will begin to transition into flower in the next few weeks so that it won't be late October before she's ready to harvest... we will see! Last week I realized that topping off the rez with full strength nutrient water had upped my ppms to 2000, and Ph to almost 7 I mixed a fresh batch of 10ml and saw ppms in the 1700 range, so I watered it down to 1200, 8 ml/gal is just an estimate this week unfortunately. I added 2.5 ml/gal big bud day 1 week 3 afternoon, Ppms should coming in at 1300 I finally got an accurate height measurement, and given the plant distance decided to turn the light power down to 60%, which should be around 120-130 watts, which is plenty for a 2x2 Did a water change week 3 day 1, used a transfer pump and it was fairly easy, just took a while More pistils are starting to show up now I've decided to start measuring ppm/ph as both creeped up too high last week. I cant vouch for how well ph perfect nutes work when changed weekly as directed, but they cant go 2 weeks without being measured and adjusted, and at full strength, Im sure they would burn plants. Day 2: ppms held steady at 1350 overnight, ph is at 5.8-5.9 New growth was showing very early signs of light burn, (pale leaf tips up top, tips not pointing down) so I turned light to 50% power, mounted it straight to my top tent supports, and bent the tops that showed signs of stress. Day 3: Ppm's still holding steady as water level goes down, so this may be the sweet spot for now. Bud sites are stacking now Selectively defoliated to get light deeper into the canopy

This is the start of week 4 of flower. Raised my light to the maximum height, have it on 100% full spectrum and 50% red and ir. Noticed some yellow tips with a little curling, thought it was light burn, but now think it may be over nutrients so I lowered nutrients to about 75% of what they recommended to see maybe it will help. Other than that not much else I did, besides letting these girls grow.

I am loving how strong this sativa strain is. I keep defoliating her to expose as many bud sites as possible. At the same time, I am trimming those side branches with low chances of making it to the top. 🌱🌱👍🏻👍🏻

5th Week Of Veg She Is A Beautiful Plant, My Back Up Plant Started To Flower Has Anyone Else Experienced This?...🤔

7/3/25 She is doing great, really happy with her growth the past 2 weeks. The watertemp is a little to high for my liking but I have no AC and we have to manage with the temps for another few days. It doesnt seem to bother her. Every 10 days I do a res change. Feeding is at 50% strength still and the roots are looking very good. 7/7/25 Aaaaaaand she is taking off. Stem is getting thicc and strong and the roots are healthy and shiny white. 7/10/25 Doing very well! Lots of new growth. Glnna flip in a week or two.

12/8/21 - Wow! They are popping! The humidity is still high but we’ll get it under control. 12/9/21 - They look really good! Stretch is under control now. They are flowering hard right now. We ordered a dehumidifier as we don’t want any mold. 12/10/21 - Looking good. They are bulking up by the day. Still feeding as they get dry. We gave them a feeding today. See pics from today and yesterday. 12/11/21 - The ladies are showing off. Frost is starting to form! See today’s video. Dehumidifier will be here in a couple days. 12/12/21 - Looking good! We are very excited for the buds to be showing off so early. This week will be the last with Beastie Bloomz. Then we run Cha Ching until harvest. 12/13/21 - A little humid but looking great. Dehumidifier will be here tomorrow HOPEFULLY. We really need to dial back to 45%. See todays pics! 12/14/21 - The dehumidifier is supposed to be here today. We will set it to 45% and hopefully that calms down the humidity. Other than that the plants are looking amazing! We are heading to week 5 of flower tomorrow :)

Day 106. AK is going to end, i start to see ambers. Will push 8 more days. Watered today, one more left and then chop. Sweet smell is everywhere from her, very nice ! Mars TSL2000 has far reds integrated, so i expect a bit more coat ;) Great light ! Happy Growing !!!

These 2 girls are looking and smelling good, canopy is almost full. I'm glad they are staying smaller and not over running my grow box. Had to LST the first girl again. She recovered well and now fully spread out and shes finishing up stretch. She has some yellowing leafs at the bottom so I upgraded her nutrients to 5ml/gal. I will see how she reacts to it and adjust accordingly. The second girl was just a big bundle of leafs, I took off about 10-15 big leafs, now more bud sites are exposed. (See Pictures) Maybe I can get a little bit more LTS out of her. I'm not sure she is going to stretch anymore. Time will tell.

The plants are healthy and growing and stretching great. Dei are literally exploding in my tent. I changed light cycle to 12/12 now. And gave them the feeding they need to go into flower. Sorry for the bad quality of the pictures but as you may noticed since the new Iphone came out pictures are blurry on snapchat. After feeding you could sit down an watch them grow. 😎💪🌴🍪

Hey Cannafam, Well weve reached the end for this gorgeous gal, i did want to leave her another week but ive been informed that my landlord wants to inspect the property in 2 weeks, so shes come down and needs to be dried jarred and the tent put away! In the final week i managed to flush her and the light was dailed down to 56%(61 watts). Again humidity was high at 70% with 23c temp, VPD of 0.84 and DLI at 35. Although i was not able to control the environment completley in her final weeks, this gal has performed like a champ, she has built solidly throughout with a maximum of 80 watts from my little rig so a really energy efficient grow 😊 Trimming was very difficult, as she was so low down ive wet trimmed in the pot some and then had to dig to cut her main stem. She was just one massive brick of bud when i took her down 😁 and i must say i definitely fell in love with this chunky woman. Further trimming will be done when shes dried out more and il update with the final dry weight and smoke report later.
