Week 22/1 - 28/1

Veg Week 4 Day 28 to 34 - 4/24 to 4/30 A lot more to talk about this week. It's time to start the AutoPot resevoir feed, 2nd Topping, and Wire Training I waited until I saw 3 new nodes of growth (day 29) and then I topped those branches back to the first node leaving a stump for the new nodes to grab as they swell in growth. The branches are quite more stretched than I am used to, so a break is required on the Y branches as they thicken up. I tried not to break the skin and used knitting needles to smash the branches where I wanted them to bend. All went well. I then used ties to the soil to hold them down while they turn back up to the lights. By the end of the week I moved the wire ties to anchor on the main stem instead of the soil Feed this week was a reservoir feed of 200ppm total before add-ins. I used 200ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and then added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0). I then also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 6.1 Feed plan next week will be a another ph decrease and nute increase. ***DIVINE SEEDS ***** *****OPIUM***** Week 22 For my outside ladies, Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake These gals are weathered. Opium is taller than I can see (over 6.5 feet) but from my dining room window, I see the top 3 inches of her main cola is dead. Many dead leaves packed in the buds. Her colas on all stems are massive, sticky and resinous. My plan was to wash and make bubble hash from her. Temperatures should be dropping into the 70 with nights in the 60’s but have returned to the upper 80-90 with high humidity. This week rain is expected every day following another hurricane. That was the determining factor to chop all outside girls down. All the plants were chopped on Sept 12. Opium hung in the dark for 2 days and when Hubby started trimming up Opium he found dark areas deep in the buds and much of the bud mass just fell off. So both Lemon Cake and Opium have been tossed into the trash. I don’t even want to compost the plants in the event spores over winter. I hate losing any plant after I spent so much time growing them out but I won’t risk health over questionable harvests. I did an initial spot check on Fractal and she looked clean, but is being trimmed for a thorough inspection for any disease. These ladies had a long vegetative phase. Probably too long since I started them in April so they would be hardened off before I went on vacay in May. Three months of veg caused massive vegetative growth, especially on Opium deep in the buds.. The various breeder notes on photos indicate late September or October harvest. So that was in the back of my mind during this grow. All of them were in flower by early July. Light hours were over 14.5 and won’t be at 12/12 until September 26 (2 more weeks). I’m sure the plants were confused by the long veg and just said "Hell, I'm going for it" and started early flowering. I grew them too long waiting for the trichomes to develop. 👉Note for next year start seeds later in spring. 👉Plan start date based on counting back from the vernal equinox. 👉Based on such a long growing season, Autos may be preferable to finish quickly and not have extended vegetation phase before flower. I was looking forward to being daydreamy psychedelically stoned, not to mention killing my chronic pain and insomnia. I do have more seeds and will try again in a controlled environment and trying topping or mainlining to keep her shorter and more manageable. Dropped light hours down to 16 . Topped off nutrient solution with 5.0 ph evened out .removed none chosen phenos to be flowered in separate room no longer tracking those we will only follow the chosen mothers clones i cut clones today as well had the lady friend clean floor with bleach and dawn put clones in ez cloner 32 systems

Week 7 for Black Lebanon by SSSC She seems fairly happy she's still not exploding how id like her to but i don't think the roots have started getting around the bigger pot yet putting in mind how much it rained on her after it was transplanted. Haven't even fed her in the last 2 weeks 😂 these bigger pots really catch a lot of rain 😅 Trying to give her some time to dry up so the roots can explode. Likely to not be feeding her this up coming week either as we have 2/3 days of rain coming up still😪 Im sure in no time she will take it up a gear growth wise. I tend to not touch her too much because every time i go to say hello we have some big jumping spiders on her i know she's here to help but Jesus i hate those things 😂😂

Great week all seemed to recover from transplant and lst! With new growth coming in No more signs of any knats either wich is awesome hopefully thats gone. Trying to keeping main branches at 10inches so i just lst them as needed DDS are way more resilient when it comes to training choco i dint have ti adjust much or many

Sorry for brevity we have been going non-stop trying to get all the produce harvested ahead of the freeze. Well she did her best in a difficult growing season, cold and the lack of sunshine had its effects we could not get around, Still she produced and that in the end is what is important. Next year we will do better :) Now for Zombie Quasimodo - she had to be harvested ahead for the freeze tonight and yielded 51g wet, Nice considering we already harvested this plant for few ounces weeks ago and we just noticed green in the compost heap... not including her in the total as she was an experiment and proof that if the germination rates were good this strain would be fantastic. 54 grams dry almost and I mean almost lost the main bud to bud rot, one more day or two and it would have been worthless. As it was lost a few grams like all the outdoor plants. crap hides from you

6th week of Flowering: The ambient temperature have risen last week and the plant took it well, timing is impeccable perfect for last stretch. Buds are getting bigger, frosted and the smell is developing nicely. A touch of purple is spreading across the heads. I keep the same ratio on the nutrs side and will upload more pictures midweek.
