12/02/22: The colas are heaving with heavy buds and more orange sites are springing up. On the full dose of nutrients now for the last few weeks. I had to use more cable ties today to keep the colas from falling over like in previous weeks. good strong smell. great environment for flower. defoliated again mostly near the bases.

So These girls are doing great in my unprofessional opinion lol. they all look like they could use a cleanup but man if I come at them again like Sweeny Todd I don't think they will make it haha. This is rolling into week 3 so I'm going to wait just a couple of days and then I'm going to hard Lolipop and defoliate just a wee tad more. I'm just worried I could herm one out and I don't really know what to do with that situation. I've been playing around with Great White and that's been fun but aside from that, I'm just weaving these tops through squares. those corners could be a problem but let me know in the comments if you think I need additional light in the center or your thoughts. OH, I ALMOST FRGT LOL! so I mixed microflora and aqua flakes B together and the plants might have sat in that while I cried for an hour over the hundreds in nutrients I just ruined lol. I dumped the system and redid it though so we gucci

Cali crasher is growing really well. She like the Hortibloom Solux 350 is for sure. I changed her air stone a few days ago. I did a solution change today that is more geared to flowering. I also added a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses to the solution. Everything is looking really good at the moment. She is developing a good frost which is a excellent sign. Thank you Hortibloom, and Doctors Choice. 🤜🏻🤛🏻🌱❄️🌱 Thank you grow diaries community for the 👇likes👇, follows, comments, and subscriptions on my YouTube channel👇. ❄️🌱🍻 Happy Growing 🌱🌱🌱 https://youtube.com/channel/UCAhN7yRzWLpcaRHhMIQ7X4g

3/28/25 chopped and humidity was a little high starting off 3/30/25 have them drying at 60% and 70° 4/3/25 Still needing a day or so of drying to be at a stable humidity Beautiful plant. Fan leaves with Triched out patterns visibly everywhere. Even though i chopped quite a bit off of the plant, i still got quite a bit bigger yield than i expected. All sizable nugs. Pulled 65 grams.

Went back through my calendar and found that today is first day of week 11 above the soil. Plant is doing really well, som3 of the large lower leaves are getting crispy-curly. Buds are very dense, mostly orange curled up hairs. Mostly cloudy with a lot of amber trics on sugar leaves. Hardly any amber on upper buds. Started flush a week ago but just couldnt bare the thought of stsrving this poor plant so I added a little cha-ching back. Shes super stinky, the most beautiful stinky Ive ever experienced. Ive found that its almost impossible to wash the smell off of my hands! Made a little slide show this morning while drinking my tea. Hope you like it!

Well another epic this week. The girls are looking very tasty indeed now! I have now harvested one plant on day 57. It was a tad early for her but she started looking pretty bad for some reason. Potentially started the flush on her a little early or could have been root rot. Either way the plant was chopped to ensure buds were saved. She weighed a cracking 550g wet, and dry was about 100g. This was the girl that was completely untouched, no defoliation etc complete virgin ;). Unfortunately the RH was high I ordered a dehumidifier but they sent me a faulty one and by time had a new one was too late some mould was starting to occur on the girls in a few places. I was over cautious and slung around 25g of buds that were near the mould just to ensure it didn’t spread to the rest of the plant. I also sped the drying up and placed in brown paper bags for last 2 days to suck the remaining moisture off after a full trim and inspection. The girls took a total of 5 days to dry and are now curing. They were a bit “hay” like in smell and taste but this was probably because of all the problems listed above. She is starting to smell much better after a couple of days of curing though so my faith is restored that the remainder of the buds may be quite good still! The last 3 girls have been going lovely, and starting to bring in some purple colours to the sugar leaves which are quite nice, all the trichomes are nice and cloudy and just starting to go amber. I will be harvesting on day 66 as this will allow me a good period of time to trim them fully into reasonable size buds and dry in my hanging net in the tent to ensure no mould problems again. For the last 3 days I have been flushing with 30L of water to ensure they are completely free of nutrients as again think this maybe another factor on the not so nice smelling/tasting buds from the first girl. I will give 2 days to fully dry the soil out bone dry before I cut them down. Happy I took her down early as it’s allowed me to ensure I have 3 good plants left and the remainder of the grow/dry/cure should go smoothly as know what I am doing now.

Well that wraps up the seed preservation run! It was a great learning experience as there were several major hurdles to get over the finish line, but nothing worthwhile comes easy. The seeds are available in my Etsy shop as long as I have stock. Thanks for the support from all of you! Thanks for swinging by and checking out the grow so far! So this week we are switching to flowering and taking a flood cycle out of the feeding schedule. The hydro plants are catching up to the soil plants and the tent is really starting to fill out ! Me and my partner have been keeping up on the training and were very happy with the results. I think we achieved the canopy look we were shooting for, so time to flower !! Were still following the floral series feeding scheduled within reason. The soil plants still have a little burn on the tips but we were overfeeding them, newbie mistake, but were flushing them with fresh water to give them a break. We cant wait to see the what happened in the weeks to come. Waiting to see what kind of stretch we get from them. EDIT:: mid week. The plants still have a great growth rate and are noticeably different every day. We went ahead and pulled them out of the buckets and gave them a good trimming before they get through the net. LST is paying off, we have a bunch of top growth so hopefully we get the sea of green look were going for.

1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. I'll go with half-strength veg and half-strength bloom for a week, then go with full strength bloom nutrients until I start flushing them in 6-8 weeks. 1/18: I installed the second far-red flowering initiator today and got all my timers configured for flowering: ========================================= timer#1 - power strip with qb's and red boosters 10:00am -12:00am timer#2 - (dual/independent setting) sideA- 3-way cube with uva bars 10am - 3pm 7pm - 11pm sideB- flowerpower uvb 1pm - 1:15pm 4pm - 4:15pm 7pm - 7:15pm 11pm - 11:15pm timer#3 - far red pucks 11:00pm - 12:15am timer#4 - sub-canopy tube 10am - 1pm 3pm - 6pm 8pm - 11pm ======================================== I also did some testing on the timers and sealed myself into the closet to check for any light leaks. All good.👌 1/19: Tonight is their first long night. It's ON!👍 1/20: I watered them today with about a half gallon each. I'm seeing calcium and magnesium deficiences here and there, so added some boomerang and heavy cal-mag-Fe along with liquid molasses, humic acid, and endoboost myco. I also foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. That's it for week 4-

27/04/22 CONTEST TIME! 😍 I'm very happy to announce that I've been selected for "Best Diary of the Year - Edition 2022" 😍😍😍🎉 Third year as grower and first time with this strain. 🙋‍♂️For those that don't know me, I'm a 100% OUTDOOR grower from Italy, great supporter of efficient and simple things; I love experimenting and always learning for my errors and this what I do also when growing 💪 🌱 The candidate for this new diary is a "White Widow Auto" by Ganja Farmer Seeds. I would like to thank @GanjaFarmerSeeds for sending me these seeds and allowing me to take part to their contest. I will update the diary once a week and in particular the first day of each week. "Day 0" will be assigned when the first leaves will come out from the soil. #OUTDOORGANG #PRAISE_THE_SUN - DD

Flowering day 34 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The buds have developed incredibly nicely this week. The smell is getting more and more extreme :-) .
