Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. The finale grow week for the first Tropicanna XL is there (the one by the wall), she came out just lovely and the smell is mad. I could use it as perfume it's so rich and fruity, never had a plant with such outstanding fragrance. This week we start of changing the reservoir water to which I decided to add nutrients. Yes, this plant will not get a flush before harvest, it's the first time i'm not flushing a plant for the cut but you know only two of the four girls are ready to chop and it's not possible in my RDWC to seperate feed them. So yes it's kind of an experiment for me...some time ago i heard that "man does not need to flush"... yeah I don't really believe what the white coats tell us but then we watched Dr Bruce Bugbee stating the same thing and he quoted experiments performed by his team... I believe him, and I don't really have much choice. Something's not right with my fresh solution or the plants get root rot or something but the girls starting to show K deficiency...I ended up adding an insane amount of PK through the week...good that the plants are on the finish line :) The SE7000 runs at 550 Watt and about 33cm from the canopy and is doing an astounding job. After 12 weeks of flower this grow is FINALLY over It was a relatively easy grow as far as maintenance and feeding are concerned. Midway through the flowering cycle the smell became very loud and the buds were sticky and frosty. I would definitely grow this again especially since I have around 50 more seeds lol. I didn't add the wet weight of the plants because I never weight wet because it doesn't matter but I will post the dry weight for all of you when they're done drying.

A la más grandota (ventana) la hemos defoliado y podado, igual que las RLC está bien bonita. AP - ✅ . Es una bestia parda!! Ya pasa del metro. Me gusta que tiene unas hojas realmente grandes. Day 100 | 03/04/2022:💧 I am back from my holiday today but I will only be able to harvest them at the end of the week, so I watered them today. but with a reduced 1L each because I still want them to be more on the dry side when I am taking them off Day 105 | 08/04/2022: Today was harvest day and the girls look sooooo dry and yellow omg.. 😅 Maybe that 1L was not enough, but still it's better that they are on the dry side. They just all went so yellow in the last few weeks, obviously they werent getting any nutrients but also I harvested them a bit late

This week they have grown super, but unfortunately they are getting lighter. 3 days ago I added another 1 g per liter of GHSC Powder Feeding Bio Grow substrate, as they still remain a bit in the veggie. Hopefully it doesn't take too long to release the nutrients. Whatever the reason, that still not all trips are elemened 🤬. I've only seen some before, and treated directly with neem oil so that it finally has a rest ☺️. Plants are really taking off! Smell in the tent is strong, widow is still stretching but the PT is not stretching so much as she is still seeming to try and bush-up so to speak. I have all three plants in the ScrOG net and it seems I will have a full tent. Buds are beginning to form and add some bulk to them as well. Took pictures with lights off this time to show how they’re growing.

Been doing a lot of tweaking with the new gear and multiple sets of plants. Been quite a busy week and probably behind a bit on keeping track of everything. I'm currently working on trying to get better charts made to keep track of things like light schedules, detailed feedings, height change per day, etc. My current setup is my oldest 1st set of plants (5plants) and my 3rd set (6 seedlings), in my new 4x4 Vivosun grow tent equipped with a Spider Farmer SF-1000. I have kept my 2nd set of plants (4plants) in my original 4x2 Vivosun equipped with 600W Vivosun LED. These plants had been extremely stressed due to not having soil or containers available with shipping constraints. They've been doing a lot better since then and I'm hoping they make a full recovery. Fingers crossed! Running 24hr light schedule. Both tents equipped with temp/hygro high and low ranging from about 71-81°F with an average of about 78°F. Watering by plant pot weight, according to GH FloraTrio + CalMag Schedule. Mild LST via tucking of leaves blocking developing sites. No more than 3 leaves removed per plant, per day to avoid stress. ______________________________________ Can't wait to start upgrading the quality of my journals and to hear you all's feedback! Sorry for being so hectic the past week or so if anyone has been keeping up with this 😂 For the time being, I'm currently running all three sets of my plants in my 4x4 tent. It's running all three of my fans, both lights and has the carbon filter system and humidifier hooked up to it as well. I basically have the other 4x2 just sitting as a shell for the moment. Either planning to save it for climate control when curing the first harvest or sell it to invest in another Spider Farmer SF-1000 LED or equivalent and possibly another 4x4 tent. I have started a grow chart that's still a little sketchy but if nothing else having it here hells me keep up with it that much better. The first set of plant's nutrients was made to 4gal of water. The mix is a ratio of (Cal-Mag/GHMicro/GHGro/GHBloom) It's mixed (for the 4gal) in order; 10mL, 5mL, 10mL, 10mL. 440ppm @ 98.5°F 890EC @ 2.2°F us/cm This new nutrient mix was applied for the first time tonight and will run about a week. I'm running a bit behind according to the GH schedule I was following due to stunting the growth I felt like over a couple issues to where I have them an extra week of veg nutrients. As I have defoliated them and they have seemed to take it pretty well, I'm hoping the increase in bloom nutrients will kick the buds into overdrive for production and the plants will start to thicken up again. The second mix follows the same order as the first set in regards to nutrient usage. This mix is only mixed to one gallon. It as follows; 2.5mL, 2.5mL, 1.25mL, 2.5mL. 500ppm @ 98.6°F 992EC @ 0.4°F us/cm This is mostly following the same GH nutrient schedule as the first set only about 2 weeks behind. These plants suffered from being in too small of containers for too long and I believe this stunted their growth. I've had them in suitable new containers for a couple days now and hoping this new mix of increased nutrients will bring them back to life a bit and get them back in schedule. I'm honestly not too sure still about the ppm and EC numbers but a few bud-dies have mentioned that it plays important roles in plant health. So until I can better research good numbers and how to control it for my set up, I'm at the very least trying to keep track of the data. I apologise about this large chunk of text! I hope you enjoy the diary anyway in spite of the fact. I'm loving the look of the buds and everything seems to be going great. Only a few months to go! 😎

NOTE 1: Afgooey Auto pheno #3 turns out it's a MALE. Resembled nothing like her two sisters ran at the same time. In fact, I had to move her to the 12/12 tent to initiate flowering. Little did I know or expect She would be a He. Lola by the Kinks is rattling round my brain about now ;) FEEL FREE TO HIT THE LIKE BUTTON IF YOU LIKE WHAT YOU SEE ;) 2x4 French Macaron - at the time of this posting, FM is heading into week 8 flower. Second extensive flushing w/fresh rain water due to acidic conditions (ph >5). Been struggling with ph the entire flowering. I speculate ph issues due to over feeding. Ph is roughly 5.8 to 6.0 after flushing. At this point, flushing with plain RO water until harvest. NOTE 2: I've introduced two 5 gallon bubble buckets into the 2x4 grow tent. Both buckets have medium air stones running from a 125 gph air pump. Given French Macaron isn't scheduled for harvest until mid-January, I might not have cutting ready. First grow may have to be from seed. Update later. 3x3 Afgooey Autos and clones from previous grow - Afgooey #1 and #2 are firing on all cylinders. #2 running a bit acidic (>5), so flushed back to neutral with roughly 7-8 gallons of fresh rain water ph at 7.0 to 7.2. Same with clones (i.e., ph very low). Flushed with fresh rain water too. A couple days later plants look so much better. Wait till plants nearly dry before next watering. Trimmed and cleaned up three of the clones growing weird. Felt a bit like trimming a bonzai tree. Let's see how they respond.

Day 28 I’ve been training the girls branches this week and they are filling out nicely.Watered with recharge and ph 6.5 they still are not drinking heavy but watering when pots are dry.I increased the light intensity to 50 percent power and they are taking it well.Ive noticed signs of flower development so i will top dress with 50/50 Gaia green power bloom/gaia green 4,4,4 and water with recharge.

VERY BIG VARIATION BETWEEN BEANS. ONE IS SUPER AHEAD THE OTHER IS SUPER BEHIND. BUT ATLEAST ALL 5 SPROUTED. THATS NOT BAD. I MIGHT JUST HAVE TO LST. SO FAR JUST BEEN SPRAYING WATER DAILY AT SUNRISE. NOTHING ELSE. IM A SOIL GROWER. THESE ARE ALL REUSED SOIL. ADDED DRY AMENDMENTS AND HOME-MADE WORM CASTINGS AND EGG SHELLS. 3-4 GAL POTS. NOTHING HUGE. BUT I KNOW THEY NEED MORE SUN. THATS FOR SURE. THEY ARE NOT IN THE BEST LOCATIONS. BUT I HAVE LOTS OF FRUIT TREES IN BACK YARD. DIFFICULT TO FIND A GOOD FULL SUN SPOT.
