8/25/23 - Day 73 - Another week down. We did a water change today. The buds are getting fatter and WAAAAAAY smellier. I have had a couple of times now where I lost a battle to the Skunk BOSS. I have had to reach in to move some buds around because they are too close to the light on some bud sites. You can see one of the buds up top, it has some white to it, I think that's due to being too close to the light. But once I move the buds around, I smell EXACTLY like a skunk. The smell is crazy strong. It's taking several full showers and it's still all over my fingers. Gloves will be an ABSOLUTE must when just reach in for a second. 8/28/23 - Day 76 - The buds are starting to grow even more, that the buds are growing buds out of them. That sounds weird but it's the only way to describe it. It looks like Romanesco. The buds are getting more dank, fatter, and more crystals are forming. 8/29/23 - Day 77 -I did some trimming today. I push some of the buds down and really got my arms in there today. All of the buds have gained so much mass to them when I squeeze them, they are really dense. I left a time laps video of me doing some late trimming, I was noticing some of the cannabis leaves were taking some of the light from the buds. 8/31/23 - Day 79 - The trichomes are still see-through and crystal clear. 12/15: Some plants are taking too long to transition and stretching beyond my space constraints, so I dialed the photoperiod back to 12/12. 12/16: Fed today and rotated edge plants. Added another 150w of 3000k below the canopy. Sucrose Overdose and Muscadine Wines are still stretching...raised lights again. 12/17: Worked on ventilation...no A/C necessary now, as I'm using another AC Infinity 6" fan to intake outdoor air into the closet whenever temps reach 75f..and it's been cold as hell outside.👍 The final trick will be to replace the 6" exhaust fan with an 8" so as to be able to fully exchange the closet air faster ...but that's gonna have to wait til next season. 12/18: Supercropped a Muscie... again... now she's doing the "letter 'S' thang. I'll force the curves tighter over the new few days if she keeps stretching.

I started using a humidifier as the humidity has been around 45% with the lights on with temps around 80f. Next steps will be topping them.

Zake stark überdüngt alle anderen leicht, Bat Guano von plagron zum ersten Mal während der vegi verwendet war anscheind Zuviel Phosphor für die kleinen, da es der Guano der Obst fressenden Fledermäuse ist und somit mehr PK haltig. Stark überdüngte Zake wurde gespült mit dem 3 fachen des Topfvolumens, die anderen wurden erstmal weiter beobachtet

Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. Wow she's looking beautiful this week!!!!!!! Trichomes mostly milky/clear. I'm thinking one more week, the last AutoGlueBerry I grew I started harvest on week 13.

Hoping to see lots of bud densing this coming week. The smell of the terps this morning was crazy. A bit over 3 more weeks, I can't wait. Day 44 update: Leaf yellowing has definitely been slowed, and senescence of lower yellowed leaves has also seemed to stop. Some leaves that continue to be of concern are particularly those accumulating anthocyanins, likely due to my low night time temps. I think they are doing very well, with some very minor problems. This cycle is in the winter for me, so the humidity and temps has been low, but I am happy to not have had to deal with pests or mold like in previous cycles. Day 45 update: broke out the loop today to inspect the trichs, still looking very immature, as expected given there is still a few weeks left until the planned harvest date. Today I watered in a 1/4dose of Buildabloom, some quillaja, pineapple fpj, and some rootwise enzyme elixer.

They have really taken off.

Bubblegum is one of my faves from the Dam and I had the opportunity to go for FastBuds Original Line Genetics which have promising results as always! With Bubblegum being a big girl (should you let her) I popped her into a 7gal Fabric pot of BioBizz light mix after my usual methods of a day in a shot glass and another in a wet paper towel 🤓 Off to a great start with germination but a little slow to show it’s head out the ground, we all know that this can mean nothing so let’s have our fingers crossed for a big and beautiful girl in the coming weeks! 🤞 I don’t plan to do too much LST to this one, I’d like to see her really stretch and use the height she has available to her.
